Enjoy a stylish experience at this new centrally-located gem in West Sedona. 420 square ft guesthouse nestled on our treed lot in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a private bedroom with a queen bed and a television. Features a stylish kitchenette with coffee pot, coffee, hotplates, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and a crockpot. The home is a short distance to many hiking trails such as: Thunder Mountain, Chimney, Devil's Bridge, Little Sugarloaf etc. There are several dining options and grocery stores just a few minutes away. This is a Brand New Guesthouse! It is nestled among the Pinon and Juniper Pine in West Sedona making this a Stunning and Serene Getaway. Come enjoy the peaceful, clean and cozy setting of this one bedroom, 420 square foot home featuring a kitchenette and 3/4 bath (beautiful shower, no tub). Spacious vaulted ceilings recessed lighting and plenty of windows which provide glorious natural daylight. Rest and rejuvenate on the organic, pillow top, queen bed. Enjoy an evening stroll around the neighborhood followed by a evening by the fire pit. Grill and eat outdoors. The Parking for the Guesthouse is a paver driveway to the right of main house. There are two steps down to the patio which leads to the front door. Your hosts live in the main home on this property and will be available for any questions that you may have. This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of W. Sedona. We are within a few miles of many trails, restaurants, and uptown shopping area. Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a limited service available with LINKS transportation. Sedona is a dark skies community and allows only low lumens lighting. Nights skies can be very dark, so your phone flashlight may be needed for evening walks and late check-in's. Sedona also has a noise ordinance and requires quiet after 10 pm. Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door. Our beautiful bathroom features a tiled shower, heated fan feature, shampoo/conditoner, and body soap. We opted out on a bath tub, but please enjoy a hot shower!

This was such a wonderful place! We didn’t have heaps of time to enjoy the patio, but the inside was so clean, cute, and comfy. The owner gave fantastic instructions ahead of time and had information for us upon arrival as well. Checking in was a breeze. Definitely recommend this cute house!

We enjoyed a two night stay in Sedona at Theresa’s guesthouse! Clean, well built and decorated and had all the comforts of home. Very responsive hosts and available via text if we needed anything. Could see the stars of the Sedona skies right from the patio. Highly recommend!

This little cottage is a gem. We loved that it was located in a quiet neighborhood. Hiking trails, attractions, and shopping are all very close by. The space is compact but very well planned, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. We hope it is available for our next trip to Sedona.

Beautiful property to stay for a 2 person getaway. My husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and were close to beautiful hikes. We will definitely be back!

This was a clean and modern little house located in a quiet neighborhood close to town and to great hiking trails. It was the perfect place for us.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would choose this home on future visits. The location was near everything but outside the most traffic areas. The home was comfortable and stylish. Kitchenette included a number of other appliances that you could cook if so desired. We really enjoyed the outdoor gravity chairs on our return from hiking each afternoon.

Truly such a beautiful little home. The property and all the amenities they had for us was over the top! The house is close to the owners house BUT the respect they showed us makes them one of a kind host. One might we grilled out and were enjoying the night by the fire place and host came down very politely and let us know if we needed any more propane where to find it. A blessing I found my go to Host / House to stay in Sedona

My wife and I spent 3 days in Sedona hiking, mountain biking, and gawking at the unending vistas. This was our home away from home during our visit. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. The property description is totally accurate. The location was perfect for us in a quiet residential area within a few minutes drive of restaurants, markets, trail heads, etc. The accommodations were new, fresh, squeaky-clean, and very comfortable. As the property description clearly notes, do not expect a gourmet kitchen. Having said that, we cooked in or grilled dinner every night and had everything we needed to make our meals. We especially liked the outdoor patio, which provided a wonderful place to sit, listen to music, and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Theresa was very responsive to our questions from the time we booked until we checked, typically responding to emails within minutes. The bottom line is that, if we return to Sedona (which is very likely), we will stay here if at all possible.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home away from home offered by our hosts. It was the perfect location, quiet and serene. All the amenities the hosts have to offer was a welcomed surprise. When we plan our next visit to Sedona we will definitely plan on staying here again. This is the perfect place located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a wonderful home base for Sedona adventures. It is close to all that the town of Sedona has to offer and Red Rock State Park is just a few miles away. Highly recommend!

The casita was exactly as advertised. Clean and well appointed, easy to access and very clear instructions on how to manage the property during the stay and when departing. The owners were excellent communicators and their recommendations for local restaurants and points of interest were greatly appreciated. This is an excellent property for a 1-2 person rental.

Wonderful stay! Perfect location, close to “Uptown”for dining and shopping. The house has everything you need. Very clean. Very nice shower. Washer and dryer a big plus since we were traveling all month and needed to be able to do laundry. Probably the best place we’ve stayed so far on our journey from bury. Thank you for providing such an excellent place to stay.

Perfect little place for a couple to stay in Sedona. It had everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend get away. One great feature is that this is a new casita(built within the last year and a half or so). It is well equipped and close to grocery stores and dinning. The host were very accommodating and right next door if you should need anything. Plan to stay again when we come back to the area.

The guest house was great! Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The perfect place to return to after a full day of hiking. We really enjoyed our stay! This is a gem-we totally enjoyed everything about this tiny house and would rent again if we returned! The hosts have given great thought to the renters needs and a Great location too. The only negative we found was that the TVs lost wireless signal often-we may not have normally used much, but we had some rainy days during our stay and it was NCAA tournament time and our teams were involved so we wanted to see. Otherwise we loved our stay!!
