Sedona Sweetness #1. Stunning and Serene Sedona Getaway with HOT TUB! Nestled just a short stroll from Thunder Mountain Trail head which leads to a vast number of hiking options. Come enjoy the peaceful, clean and cozy setting of this one bedroom, 420 square foot home, featuring a kitchenette with built in eating space, a full bath, and 2 large smart tv's. Spacious vaulted ceilings with windows provide glorious natural daylight. Rest and rejuvenate on a queen bed with a memory 12" memory foam mattress with a 3" topper. Bring your swimsuit and treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Enjoy a beautiful sunset followed by a evening by the fire pit. Grill and eat outdoors or cook a meal using a toaster oven, induction stovetop, crockpot or microwave. Hosts are available and live nearby and are available if needed. The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm. Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation. Firepit: Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.

The place was perfect for two. Loved washer and dryer. Bed very comfortable. Throw rugs could be updated/cleaner, but otherwise very clean place. A little taken back by neighborhood. Homes in area pretty run down. But had no problems with noise of any kind. Would definitely go back.

What a great little cottage. Comfy bed, great location, and overall great little place to relax. My husband enjoyed the hiking trailheads within walking distance from the house. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely 4-night stay at the property. The house was comfortable for the two of us, had everything we needed to do some light cooking and the bed was comfortable, too. And you canât beat the location. Everything within West Sedona was within a few minutes away and we loved being so close to all the hiking trails, especially Thunder Mountain we could walk to. We would love to be back again sometime!

This property was the perfect âhome baseâ for our stay in Sedona. It was very clean and cozy. The hosts were great at communicating and made sure we had everything that we needed. The grill and fire pit were great extras for us as well! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

My son and I stayed here for one night during a road trip from Atlanta to California. The host was easy to deal with and the location was ideal. The place is very small with only one bed and a couch but it worked for us. Probably more ideal for a couple who could share the single bed.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights for our first trip to Sedona. It was an easy 2 hour drive from the Phoenix Airport. The home is cute, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It is in a convenient location very close to downtown which is full of restaurants, shops and hikes. We enjoyed our Thunder Mountain Trail hike just steps away from the house. One of the days we traveled the 2 hours north to visit the Grand Canyon (worth it!). We had no trouble at all with the house and everything was as shown. We would stay again.

I canât say enough good about this cozy home in Sedona! Clean, quiet and friendly neighborhood, and the entire experience of renting was so easy. All that we were hoping for, and more. The owners are easily accessible if needed and we have no complaints whatsoever with the entire process. We would highly recommend this VRBO, and hopefully we will be able to return, but stay longer next time!

This little house is the perfect little getaway spot in a great location! We did some hiking while there and trailheads were so close (one of them just 1 minute away) and youâre tucked away in a quiet area. We really enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit one night.

We had a great stay. Home was as advertised,, clean and in a very convenient location. We were visiting Sedona primarily to mountain bike this house was perfect, washer and dryer were really nice to have on-site too. Neighborhood was quiet too. Close to everything including restaurants, grocery stores, trails, breweries. We didnât have a need to contact the hosts as everything works as expected. Thank you for hosting us at your property!

This place was immaculate, well furnished and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable! Finding a washer and dryer in the bedroom closet was a helpful surprise. We wish we could have stayed longer than just one night.

Had a super relaxing stay! Everything was fantastic! They had a ton of resources in the cabin we used for planning activities! There's great trails and parks within walking distance that we explored. We also met Pete and he was very friendly and helpful! We loved our stay :)

In a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that's still close enough to downtown, and convenient to West Side restaurants. Very nicely furnished. And thoughtfully designed outdoor space with lovely views.
