The desk person was nice but the hotel was old smelled bad inside the rooms of mold and our room was dirty and the door would not lock most of the time. We tried to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the night but someone was smoking marijuana and it was so bad we had to go inside. This place is not family friendly.

comfortable, relaxing, friendly staff. No breakfast as advertised. Just a good clean place to stay. Refridgerator, microwave, TV, No alarm clock, phone didn't work. Bring your own utinsils and such for in-room meals.

We had a great stay. The staff were terrific. The place was clean. The location was fantastic. My only two knocks would be that one of the A/C units didn’t really put out cold air, and the 'kitchenette' had no provisions (like utensils or paper towels). Knowing that will make us better prepared the next time. We would certainly book again.

I try to do good review only but I have to say this was 1 of the worst experiences as property is concerned Ive had yet I grew up coming to PCB there was no signage anywhere except it was very clear where you could smoke! I went to shuffle board area there are 2 stairs to step but not being warned I fell and hurt both knees & bruises I went to office to ask if I needed to file an incident report I was told no but would tell mngr if I did never seen anyone! Our room was very clean beds comfortable we booked a room with the large bath and we got a pass through closet with a toilet & shower & we kept locking each other out. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW 😮‍💨

I loved how this hotel is directly on the beach and completely away from the high rise towers and commercial stuff.. The check in process was easy. The hotel room was somewhat outdated but was clean. This is an older hotel. I would love to see them get rid of the carpet in the rooms but wishful thinking. Mattress was comfortable and was able to get a good nights sleep.

Would definitely stay at this property again. While it is an older property, it is obvious the rooms have been recently refreshed. Staff was very polite. Views were great from our room and from the pool/hot tub.

No so good! The best part was outdoor; on the beach & pool. Sticky cabinets, dirty bathroom, cracked ceiling, old dirty balcony chairs, and mattress was not sealed.

This was an amazing hotel for a great price. The employees (especially Jamie) were super nice. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who checked us in as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I wish I had the gentleman’s name at the check in. Management, please give him praise from me, 4/26/2024 approx. 11:00 a.m . All of desk service were awesome, also the employees attending all rooms were more than friendly by speaking and more than just hello. Would love to come back if we can set up a longer trip .

The rooms are definitely dated, but it is clean. The balcony views are great, the pool is perfect (and heated), they have a great little tiki bar and the beachfront is perfect. I'd stay here again, but just set your expectations with the room itself.

Hotel is pretty rundown...at least the area near the pool. Couple things we would expect, but weren't there: - No pool towels provided (not a big deal) - No shampoo, soap, etc. (little surprising) The hot tub make a really loud sound from various holes (by design) around the hot tub. Very hard to communicate with others while pumps are running. Pool is nice, with a view overlooking the beach Front desk was very friendly Bar/grill staff is very friendly

Little outdated, rooms were clean, walls seemed thin, could hear the guest in the next room, (everything) door locks need updated big time, just a chain lock. Beautiful view, employees were very nice and helpful. I would stay again yes with tv on all night (lol), beach view was amazing.

location....excellent check in...that disclaimer about checking in with desk at 3pm to see if youre room is ready before posted check in time of 4 pm...MALARKEY...youll get keys to your room at 4pm but housekeeping starts pushing carts around making noise at 715am...i.e. waking you up n telling you to get out so they can get started

The staff is super friendly! We stayed in a large room that came with a full sized refrigerator, sink and microwave. We also had a beach view! The pool and hot tub are awesome and we noticed that new umbrellas and tables on the outlook deck! This is our second stay. If you don’t mind a little dated, but clean and affordable- this is your place!!

The room needs an updating, but was super clean. The bathroom ceiling was lower than the rest of the room and the shower stall is small, so for tall and big people it was a little confining. The water pressure could have been better. We were able to pick what floor we wanted which was great and rhe view was spectacular. This is a great budget friendly place to stay in Panama City if you want a great view of the gulf.

We got there early and asked for early check-in and was told they would call us. They never called and when i went back up at 4 they were filling units and we were never called and I paid in full. The overall place is in a nice area, love the beaches, but could be updated to make it look nicer. The bathrooms are a clean but very outdated.

Stayed one night. The room smelled like mildew and weed. Carpet felt wet. My parents room had vomit on the box spring and the comforter. We have stayed there many of times and we were not pleased this time.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. The room had a weird smell. Some nights the toilet ran all night. When i checked in the floors were full of sand and the comforter and sheets had a stain on both. The bathroom is so small with the toilet a few inches from the tub. On at least 2 mornings i woke up to loud thumping noises above me. Come to find out my room was located in the maintenance area. But the worst part of all is that the front deak worker PRETENDED to not know why there was so much noise and when i told her that i didnt like the room, she kept saying the whole hotel was booked and we couldnt be moved to another room. Also the room had spots on the walls and doors that looked like somebody patched up holes but never finished painting over them and the baseboard around the sink fell apart. If you go, do not let them put you in rooms 129, 130,or 131.

Everything met expectations with a few exceptions. The hot tub wasnt hot but barely warm. The water in the room was at most luke warm. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable i remember sleeping on.

The property is not maintained properly at all. The service is poor, I had to followup 3-4 times for room service as they skipped room service of my room and I was told they had run out of towels. Front desk was rude. Hair dryer was not working, door locks not working in the room, rooms and furnitures are very old. Only good thing was it is a beach front property. Would not like to stay here again and neither would I recommend anyone to stay. As Hotel.com you should also vet what properties you are listing. It reflects poorly on you. Expect better from Hotels.com

Positives- View is wonderful Room is great, we had a full size fridge, a sink, two TV’s for the two beds Price is great Negatives- The ceiling in the shower was falling apart, our door was left open by cleaners and they weren’t supposed to be there that day (they came the 2nd day there when they are supposed to come every 3rd day) since we weren’t expecting anyone to be in our room everything of ours was laid out every where so something could have easily gone “missing” or anyone could have walked into our room.

Our family of 3 stayed in a standard double queen room for 4 days, the view of the ocean was amazing! The room was fairly clean, the shower looked a little rough, poor patch jobs in the plaster. The hotel could use an update. The elevators were kinda sketchy and didn’t work some of the time. The ice machine was down so you have to go to the bar by the pool to get ice. Customer service was decent. The pool and hot tub was clean, the walk to the beach was literally seconds. Honestly this place was a pretty good deal. Could have definitely been a little bit cleaner overall and definitely need to hire a maintenance man but if your just here for the vibes and aren’t going to be in the hotel much, this would be perfect for you.

A woman working at the front desk was very rude when I called for towels since we didn’t get housekeeping services. I waited 6 hours at least and no one came with towels. We had to take towels off a housekeeping cart so we could shower. Air conditioner worked, but was falling apart. In general the room was pretty old and beyond worn. But the bed was comfortable. Also found a cockroach under bathroom sink. I would not rebook here.

My husband and I travel to PCB several times a year and always stay here. Not too expensive and is far enough away from the busy part of PCB to feel like we have our own little slice of paradise. The rooms are clean. It is not the fanciest hotel there is but we spend most of our time on the beach anyways. All in all, we always come back to this one!
