Terrible customer service. As soon as we got there before checking in we were told that we had to park offsite due to lack of space. The second day we come back from exploring the city at 5:30 to find that our room was not cleaned. When enquired about it I was told they would be coming up soon to clean but at that point we were trying to get ready for dinner with zero supplies (toilet paper, towels). When I expressed my displeasure I was met with eye rolls and sorry’s instead of a remedy to the issues. Beds were comfortable though and pool was fine. Good location.

Thé stay was fine, only negative point is that there was no parking available as it was under work and limited on the number of cars so we had to park somewhere else

My daughter had so much fun on the unique pool and the hot bath/cold bath combo were nicely rejuvenating. The beds were not the most comfortable, but the service was excellent. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would recommend for family or business stays. Great location close to a lot of restaurants and activities. The restaurant was under renovation so the on-site dining options were lacking, but that should only be temporary.

It was an excellent experience. The staff especially is amazing. Everyone has a smile on their face and are so helpful. We asked for a microwave and they sent ot to our room in 5 minutes. Im very glad i chose this place to stay in Montreal. Thanks to all the people who work at Le Westin you all are doing an amazing job in making your guests feel comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay here! I came back home (Montreal) to bury my father and the staff was absolutely amazing! The valet service was perfect and I was very fortunate to have been a guest here! The cleanliness of the premises was great and my room was especially clean! My view was beautiful as well! Location was great too!

Great location for walkability and exploring the city! Fun pool, cold plunge, sauna, jacuzzi. Decent parking options available around. Room was good but found long hair in my shower. Gross! And I let them know before that I was bringing x2 small dogs with me and they said they will provide bowls. However there were none in the room. At checkout I told the concierge and he said that something you should ask for even though I had email confirmation. If you’re looking for a dog-friendly hotel, go elsewhere. Otherwise a good location for families.

Lovely, centrally located hotel. Short walk to old city, waterfront, giant Ferris wheel, science center, and Chinatown. Spacious, clean room with super comfy bed. Tasty breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pleasant enough experience, great location, wonderful view from the 21st floor. Room was VERY warm for us (22 degrees) and no matter what we did to the in room thermostat, could not get it lower.

We have a great stay! Location is central to everything, making it walkable. Great gym, kids loved the pool. Very clean and comfortable.

Everything is great for a Westin but check in nightmare the front desk didn’t know there machines for check in kept running my card and locked it up because it looked like fraud but everything else was great high prices like normal for the bar and food in the hotel but too be expected

On a Subway line, perfect location to explore all areas of Montreal by foot or metro.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Beds and pillows are, as always with Westin, super comfortable.
Pool, cold pool, sauna, and hot tub provided a mini Nordic-spa experience.

The entrance to hotel was a bit tight to load & unload luggage’s but it’s to be expected in the downtown area.

Hotel and room lovely. But one of our two rooms wasn’t ready until
About 2 hours after check in time. And it took hours to get a foldaway bed.

We had a great stay here for 5 days. A little out-dated furnishing but everything was clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. One disappointment I had was how the extra living room that comes with the suite look like a sad waiting room in a dr’s office. Bad lighting and uncomfortable furniture. We did not utilize that room at all.
All the staff was outstanding especially the bartenders made our stay so warm and fun. Very conveniently located. A short walk to Old Montreal.

This property is centrally located with many things to do. The property is clean but dated in furnishings. I am disappointed with the pool. It has limited chairs to sit in. Also, they over used chlorine to the point of my son and other kids leaving due to coughing badly. My son sustained what appears to be a chemical burn shortly after leaving it. I informed the front desk and they did not have first aid items to help and took time to gather ice from the restaurant. No manager came to check In.

It is the first time choosing Le Westin since I want my mum have a good rest during the trip. I love the room set, looks really chill and clean, but one of the biggest issue is as a 4 star hotel, I thought carpet is the basic facility but it is the wooden floor, during that time Montreal rain a lot and it is really freezing. Others are good but it could be better!

In the heart of Old port

The location of the hotel is close to the historical center of Montreal. We were very close to multiple Christmas markets and other attractions. Restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Hotel room had a nice view of the city and river. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was adequately stocked. Even though we were there for only two nights, housekeeping kept us stocked with towels, coffee/tea, ect. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Valet services were very convenient though a bit pricey. Pool and gym were adequate. Will stay here again!

Nice property. Room was large and very clean., but very generic Regardless, gave them a 3 as it was so expensive. Not sure it was worth the money. We have stayed at other boutique hotels in Montreal, a few blocks with so much more charm for less

The staff was very accommodating. We were able to do early check in. Very close to the Notre Dame church. They also have a very nice restaurant

I booked two rooms with two Queen beds and we had double beds. It would be nice to get a partial refund.

The bathroom was a bit dated with leaks in the taps and the shower had an older style two-nozzled head but only one side worked. Still able to shower but for the price of the room should have been updated

Le Westin on St. Antoine is in a great location within walking distance of many attractions and excellent restaurants. Very professional and courteous staff, room was clean and comfortable. Electronic access (WIFI, internet TV) was easy and efficient. A great place to stay!
