The hotel was family and pet friendly. Easy to walk the shuttle for visits to Disney land. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great, many choices. Coffee all day long. For the price point it was EXCELLENT. A great value for a family.

It is ok, not great. Cleaning bedroom is not every day, but hot breakfast is a plus! Staff is polite and try to help. Other guests were quite noise, maybe because children were excited to see Disneyland.

This is our go to hotel when we're in the area. Amazing suites for families, nice large rooms and all the amenities you could want. Great breakfast too. And love the toy story shuttle next door.

We showed a little early but they checked us in and we hung out with staff. The front desk staff were so good with our kids and Nader hem comfortable. Great place we will be back.

As Always Homewood Suite room condition is perfect with full kitchen.
don't need to buy ART ticket but can take Toy Story Parking lot Shuttle bus instead.

In enjoyed my stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Anaheim. The hotel is located perfectly for the Convention Centre. Staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel looks somewhat dated and could do with some refurbishment. Although the image shows a kitchenette in the room, there is a microwave and a fridge but no plates and cutlery. Coffee and tea was always available in the lobby. I loved the swimming pool; the gym is on the small side for such a large hotel.

Nice room although nothing like pictures . Mattresses are old and need to be replaced. Service was nice , other than housekeeping after 1st time it was done half -heartedly . Beds are double although advertised as queen.

This is the second time we stay here.
The hotel is great, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic. We walked to the bus that takes you to Disney. The only thing is that we were on a second floor this time and the people on the third floor on top of us had kids running and jumping until after midnight for three nights straight. The staff told them to be quiet but it didn’t work. Everything else was fine. The breakfast was really good too.

This property is modern, nice, and very clean. The hotel staff was exceptional with every question or concern I had. The room was laid out well. The breakfast was complimentary and does get the job done. The hotel was right next to Toy Story parking lot, so you can just jump on the shuttle instead of having to walk to the parks. The only issue I had was the house keeping did leave my door slightly open, everything was there but could have ended differently. Overall it was a nice experience and would stay again!

Nice hotel. It is right next to the Toy Story shuttles so that was a nice treat to be able to walk to the shuttle. Breakfast that is offered is not the best and most of the outlets in our suite didn’t work so that was frustrating. Very clean hotel though!

We love Homewood. It’s walking distance to the Disneyland Parking Lot/Shuttle so it saves us by parking our car at the hotel for the entire visit. We love their free breakfast too and complimentary coffee all day.

Upon arrival unfriendly staff, low energy, I initiated greeting, there was no welcome.
Toilet wasn't working on 2nd day. Alerted chambermaid, no service was provided. At check out I informed Adriana at front desk.

This place is huge at a reasonable price. It was like an apartment, full kitchen and separate living room. Perfect for a family of four because it had a bunk bed.

My kids loved the bunk beds and additional room/tv. My family loved the buffet breakfast. A lot of people, but a lot of food and seats so it’s all good. Room service was great too….rooms were always clean and tidy.

My room was spacious with a full kitchen equipped with all the basics to cook and serve dinner in your own room. Very nice and clean overall. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Anaheim
