Reservations were messed up. Half of our group was turned away from Embassy suites and had to find another hotel to stay in.

Long waits in the lobby for elevators. Extra charge to park. Long wait for food, seating, utensils and plates at breakfast.

Hotel was fine. Town was not what we expected. Front desk staff were fantastic. Home of the original trader Vic’s.

Had an amazing stay great location and Sam was the absolute best bar tender! Great happy hour too!

Nice but pricey. Not many options in the area real close to stadiums.

We were so well taken care of when we stayed here! My friend and I were having a "girls trip" for the first time in a few years and since becoming moms. They stored our luggage while we went wine tasting, we got a nicer room than planned upon checking in, and everyone was so kind. Our room was VERY well stocked with towels, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet even with people in rooms next to us.
A few drawbacks - there are no recycling bins in the rooms (eco friendly?), the lauded omelet bar was very backed-up for breakfast (that's okay, there were PLENTY of other breakfast options, but it was a bit of a bummer), and parking is astronomical when 1.5 blocks away parking is less than half price.
Overall, 5/5, very impressed!

Amazing hotel. Great amenities such as evening reception and cook to order breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the hotel was amazing! Extra towels, room was clean and beautiful and the front service was wonderful! Most definitely coming back.

The rooms were clean and the shower was nice with hot water and good pressure. The restaurant and room service had very limited options. Breakfast was decent. The pool was busy and very murky. No lane for length swimming. The gym was nice. Overall, the cost of this hotel was not worth it.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The shower water was always very hot, could not adjust to cooler temperature. The cleaning product on the floors was very tacky. Overall the room meet all our needs.

Don't know if this was a one off weekend but something was going on with a shortage of towels on Saturday, waited the whole day for a set of towels

If you are traveling by train, you could not be much closer to the Amtrak station- it is just a walk across the courtyard. Also just a short walk from the light rail commuter from the airport. Very enjoyable stay, good breakfast and comfortable accommodations.

We were surprised by how small the room was- perhaps a problem of booking thru Hotels.com. The room wasn't perfectly cleaned but the breakfast was awesome.

Very clean and very nice. Super friendly staff. They even have a resident robot. My two complaints are the king side bed had only one night stand. And only 1 chair to sit in. The free breakfast was fantastic with made to order eggs and an expansive buffet. Yummy

Nice location and view of the city at the pool.

Great hotel in the middle of pioneer square right next to lumens field. The room was really nice. The only real complaint I have is I don't like soft pillows but maybe most people do. They have an excellent gym with a heated pool and jacuzzi although the bubbles in the jacuzzi weren't working at the time. I didn't really have that much interaction with the staff, but the receptionist was really nice and they have this cool droid like robot that brings you things if you need them. The hotel was very clean. The rooms are nice and it was in a great location.

Front desk and bartenders are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious. Great location especially for baseball and football games. Depending on your walking abilities, the Pike Market is a nice walk along the waterfront.

Parking is confusing. I know Embassy Suites is renting spaces. However, at first I couldn't get the parking gatebto go up. Then, when you get to the parking elevator and press the car button, you hear "Security Alert" and some other stuff. It was concerning.
In the room elevators, we didn't know there was a fob reader until staff showed us. It just blended in. Plus, no visual or verbal prompting to do anything.
Finally, the concert got over after 12pm, the parking gate was down. We had no idea what to do. I tried running in to the front, but the entrances were locked. I had to knock on the window and get someone's attention so they could tell me where to park. How would a guest know to pull up extremely close to the gate to get it to lift?

Thermostat is in awful place, have to squeeze in between bed and wall to adjust.
Breakfast was nice but food lacked flavor. Omelet was good.
Not lots of tv channels to chose from. Staff did
Upgrade my room to a suite for 20 a day. Had an amazing view.
Nice staff. Quiet the first night, but then the second was extremely loud with some idiot hot rodding his car all night. Had a Visiting seagull at my window. Got chicken tender kids meal at Zephyr, not a good experience, but they refunded my money no questions ask. One tender was raw. Housekeeping needs to step it up, reason for only 4 stars is the room was not cleaned very well.

Very nice motel. I made a phone call prior to booking to verify there was shuttle service to convention center since the other party had mobility issues. I was told there was shuttle service. Upon arriving, I discovered no such service. Disappointed. Aside from this issue, everything else was great.

Very friendly staff. Parking wasn't Valet yet cost is, over $50 with tax, per night. A bit much. Everything else was totally worth the price. Amazing breakfast!

Absolutely wonderful staff, clean, beautiful building. My only complaint was the bed was a little firm for me but my husband loved it! Breakfast was great. The restaurant, 13 coins, inside the hotel, was amazing! Will definitely return to this location next time I visit Seattle.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with our three kids and it was great. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfasts were nice and there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. Staff were super helpful and my daughter and husband loved Milton.

Upon arrival, myself, and my children were super excited to come back to the Embassy suites. After getting checked in by a super helpful front desk rep everything else went downhill after. The pool door wasn’t working for our keys. After going downstairs twice to reactivate keys, we had to be let in by a staff member. We had life vest and pool toys that we left at the pool expecting to come back to them when we returned to the pool. Upon returning none of our items were there. We call the front desk hoping a staff member may have moved them. No answer we’re provided. I received a generic answer that they might be in the lost and found but had no way of know for sure because they cannot get in contact with security and also there were no cameras at the pool. All that aside after going to the pool we returned to the room and called for towels to shower before check out. After waiting 30 min. , I went downstairs to personally ask for towels. The young lady said they will be sent out shortly. Let’s just say…. I’m still waiting on the towels. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Hilton property. Overall experience was ruined due to poor service and lack of communication. Very disappointing.

Great to stay with kids.

Free breakfast was amazing. We attend the Steelers vs Seahawk game and loved how accessible our hotel was to the game.

Great hotel. Service was good, complimentary breakfast was amazing and the amenities they offered where great. One thing I can complain about is the surrounding areas. I wish there was more security because of the homeless population but I know that’s not the hotels fault. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

No night stand on one side of bed , annoying.

I did not know about the complimentary snacks/drink. I did not notified about it and when I noticed it, it was already past 8pm… ;(

Would like to stay again. Better than Las Vegas hotels.

Breakfast was great, parking for over $50 for one night was a bit much. Had lots of great dining options in walking distance. Very quiet. Did not care for the sliding doors in the room.

We loved our stay at the Hilton! Very convenient location as you are close to many places and the train and is beside it. Great view of Lumen Field as well. The morning breakfast service was superb! Including the evening cocktail hour.

Hotel was great! Bruce at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Steve at Zephyr was spot on with his recommendations and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. Food was good, rooms were comfortable and the hotel is walking distance to a ton of interesting spots worth exploring.

Great hotel if you're catching an Amtrak or other train from King st station, going to a lumen field event or want to enjoy all the food that the international district has to offer. They had a complimentary free drink and snack in the evening and great breakfast
