Sa situation, l’amabilité du personnel, le confort de la chambre, l’entretien de la chambre., le buffet du petit déjeuner.

La situation de la chambre ( vue sur la canalisation) manque de luminosité, l’insonorisation de la chambre, problème au niveau de la distribution du café.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

Staff were very responsive and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Room was very small. I missed having a fridge and some coffee/ tea making facilities. Having said that, they probably would not have actually fitted in to the tiny room. Staff did provide a kettle upon request.

clean rooms and excellent location

noisy at night time, you can hear other rooms / the corridor. No soft close on the doors so they bang constantly through the night. very little ventilation in room and bathroom.

ВСЕ! Этот отель вряд ли вообще должен называться отелем.Скорее это хостел!Номер 225 с окном во двор-колодец площадью 3-4 метра не имеющий ничего общего с фотографиями представленными в описании и с метражом заявленным там.Самое страшное в этом ОДНОЗВЕЗДОЧНОМ отеле это кровать!Она не выдерживает ни какой критики.Если мне одному было тесно в этой коморке то как там можно быть вдвоем я с трудом себе представляю.В номере нет ничего вообще!Ни холодильника ни даже воды.Спать на этой кровати невыносимо !Такое ощущение что она вот вот развалится под тобой.Дверь в комнату без упорного нажатия не закрывается.В туалете отсутствует ершик так что делайте выводы…Вокруг в этом районе много отелей чуть дороже НО ПОВЕРЬТЕ :лучше заплатить чуть больше чем экономить на собственных нервах и здоровье.НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ДАЖЕ НА ОДИН ЧАС тут останавливаться.👎👎👎

A pleasant stay

Very nice and cozy place. Close walking distance to the main sites and a metrostation near the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rich and delicious. We had a communication with the host before the stay - they were very easy to chat, fast and responsive.

Good choice in Barcelona for first-goers

Excellent location and access to public transport. The facilities are clean and cozy. Good breakfast.

Shower temperature was inconstant and very hard to be settled. Suddenly, you can be caught by cold water blast or maybe feel your skin cooking.

Too expensive for what they offer, not very helpful and very stringent.

Location was decent. Hotel quite central so that helps. Facilities of the hotel are ok, nothing overboard but had all the basics.

Wasn't really impressed, even after we paid for the extra guest they only made up the extra bed on the last night. Even when we asked them to provide us the bedding ourselves and we'll do it ourselves, they refused and told us to always wait for the next morning, only for the maids to come very early in the morning when we're still asleep thus having to always postpone it.

Not what we were expecting

Location was good. Right in the heart of La Rambla.

We didn’t have hot water for around 2 hours one night and our sheets had stains on them when we arrived

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of La Rambla, making walking to sights very pleasant.

The hotel has a perfect location for sights along La Rambla and the waterfront. The staff was gracious and helpful at all times. The breakfast room was large and cheerful, having a huge selection of hot and cold items. It exceeded all our expectations and was perfect for walking all to sights as far as the Cathedral.

Even though the bathroom was very clean and a good size, the shower floor was quite slippery. Perhaps some rubberized decals or strips would help make it easier to stand without the fear of falling.

Good hotel in great location

Good hotel in great position right on La Rambla. Our room overlooked the street which we enjoyed but if you are a very light sleeper you might find it a bit noisy. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

No soap or body wash that can be used in the shower. Only a fixed container of body wash at the sink. No tea or coffee making facilities.

location was great, room was nice, good size bathrooms, able to get extra pillows when requested etc

Staff knocked on our doors every morning, even when we had put the do not disturb sign up, to the point where we thought they were making a joke at us maybe? It disrupted our sleep a lot on the visit and made my friend anxious.

The staff was wonderful!!! Helpful and responsive and willing to go above and beyond in making reservations for dinner or other events. Sonja went out of her way to get us a reliable cab driver on short notice when the one we booked didn’t wait for us.

Traveling with my father

The staff are reception were so warm and welcoming and very helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and also included a terrace which was a real treat. The showers are walk-in which is perfect for anyone with mobility needs.

The lift closest to our room was out of order when we woke the next morning so had to use one farther away but still nearby.
