everything was fabulous. the views of the mountains and the sound of the stream was awesome. only wish was a king size bed but thats not a big deal. one of just slept in one of the twin beds and it was comfy.

Very nice property and no complaints. Everything was perfect. Everyone of the Clan thought so tooo. There were ( 7 ) of us at the townhouse and very comfortable. We found the decks of cards and played hours of Hearts. This was after day hikes in RMNP and viewing Elk and Moose. Extremely quiet and Kitchen was nicely appointed. Beds very comfortable. Crystal is a great communicator and always very prompt with responses. Thank you

This is a beautiful property. peaceful and relaxing. The townhouse had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. We had a issue with the driveway being asphalted and no parking available but owner made every effort to accommodate us. Overhaul, I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for the perfect mountain retreat.

The outdoor back deck is a terrific, quiet, spot. One of the chairs was broken. The grill is high quality. The inventory and of dishes and flatware is amazing. Pans were more than good enough. Knives as all quality houses I rented were safety sharp, will not cut yourself or anything else. There were no conveniences, salt pepper, ...Most houses allow guests to leave these. Summary, I would be happy to stay again!

We had a great time. The property was perfect for my husband and me and our Pastor, his wife, and there 3 kids. We all enjoyed the river just off the back deck and we saw deer and elk most mornings, one morning there were 2 large bull elk drinking from the river. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, comfy furniture. The only 'complaint' we have is that the beds were not as comfortable as we expected. Janice

This is a very nice property, in a great location. The host responded to our questions very quickly. We had elk in our yard every day, and the river was very nice. Two things I questioned about the property, first the tv in the downstairs master bedroom was not hooked up to cable. Second, the deck is fitted with an awning which we wanted to use as it was lightly raining, and we wanted to sit on the deck. The hoist advised that due to prior problems with renters that we could not use. This seemed strange to me as the renters have to pay for damages. Overall, an excellent property and we would stay again!!

My family loved this condo! The views out the back window are spectacular! Sitting on the deck overlooking the stream is so relaxing. Very very close to RMNP. Not even 10 minutes from Sheep Lakes...and moose!! Accommodations are exactly as advertised, if not better! Cannot say enough good things about this rental. We definitely plan to return, and stay for a longer visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to come back one day. Coffee by the river every morning was perfect and we loved being able to get to Rocky Mountain National Park so easily, both in our own vehicle and also the shuttle out of Estes Park. The host was super responsive and got the smoke detector battery replaced quickly when it started to beep. Highly recommend booking this spot!

We stayed 3 nights in this rental and it was perfect. No issues whatsoever. We loved having the river right off the back porch. Saw deer several days and turkeys. Will definitely stay here when we go back.

This was the perfect home and the perfect location for our stay in Estes Park! We were only about a mile or 2 from the National Park entrance and the home was located on the river. The theme of the house was perfect for the location too! The wildlife and outdoor theme was carried out throughout the house. The beds were so comfy and the waterfall shower in the master bath was amazing after a day of hiking! We had everything we needed during our stay and really enjoyed the back deck and the glider chair in the backyard. We sat outside in the evenings and saw deer, elk, magpies and wild turkeys on the property. The very active hummingbirds were so fun to watch everyday! My husband was able to flyfish steps from the house too! We only had one hiccup with the arrival. There is no cell service once you arrive at the address and there are numbered townhomes and we did not know which townhome number was ours since the address was not specific to ours but to the property which had many townhomes in a row. We drove back towards town and could not get cell service. We ended up going door to door of homes that were not occupied to try our door code. We got it on the second try so all was well. Screenshot your info before arriving to be safe. The stay was amazing and we would definitely recommend the property and return again! We ran out of toilet paper a few days into our stay and called about it and received extra TP almost immediately. That was impressive. 10 out of 10!

This is one of our all-time favorite rentals. The unit is located along the Fall River. We fell asleep each night to the sounds of the river murmuring by. The enormous windows on the river side of the unit make it easy to watch the elk and mule deer stroll by. The Fall River entrance to the Park is less than 10 minutes away. Fully equipped and exquisitely maintained. Plenty of space for 6 people. The kitchen is ready for frozen pizza or serious cooking. The gas grill on the deck is a big plus. The community is quiet and other owners/renters were very friendly. Very close to key attractions in the Park like Sheep Lakes (bighorn sheep viewing), Trail Ridge Road, and the Alluvial Fan falls. We had a minor hiccup with the washer that Crystal dealt with very fairly. We look forward to our next visit!!

The home is beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. It's location is close to the river, wildlife can be seen and it is close to the North entrance to Rocky Mountain Park. Easy drive into Estes Park. The host is very friendly and helpful . We would return for another stay and recommend it highly.

This was our first VRBO experience, and we were very much satisfied and happy with our selection. The unit was everything described in the listing, and the communication with the agent/owner was amazingly fast and easy. Probably the thing we appreciated the most was the many little "things" (that are commonly overlooked) that were made available to us and would have otherwise required another trip to the store (soaps, washer detergent, sugar, flour, coffee filters, etc - too many to list). We're a family of 6, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The unit was located about a mile from the north entrance to RMNP and a 10-min drive to downtown Estes Park. We enjoyed the solitude and views of the surrounding area, and our visit in March 2023 was during the off-season so crowds were light. We were close to popular hikes in RMNP like Bear Lake and Alberta Falls and also went sledding at nearby Hidden Valley. We hope to re-visit in the warmer months and would definitely stay at this location again!

This was a great experience. The property was all it was made out to be online. It was a beautiful location and easy to get back into town. The unit itself was clean and really cozy. Everything worked and the ambience inside was really special. Our next trip to Estes Park will include this same place to say.

This location was absolutely gorgeous. It was easy to find once they send out the address, and the check in was super easy. The VRBO automation didn't send me the lock code at the correct time, so I messaged the property owner and she sent it over within 2 minutes! She was so quick to respond and I really appreciated that. The space was beautiful, even more so than the photos show. My friends and I, who booked a short getaway, were thrilled when we walked in the doors. It's so cute and we loved how the kitchen was fully stocked with not only the bare minimum (plates, cups, flatware), but also had mixing bowls, pots and pans, cutting boards and knives, wine openers, and anything else you'd need. The space was clean and so cute, and it was far enough away from town that it felt secluded but also not so much that you would worry about getting lost or being too far from society. If I ever need to come to Estes again, I will be coming back to this location.

We were so impressed with this property. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need. We were in Estes for a wedding and the location of this place was perfect for both the wedding venue (Della Terra) as well as an afternoon walking around downtown Estes. We were there with friends and two babies (18 months and 7 months). The place was perfect for the adults and also the babies. Working with the owner was a breeze. Everything we needed to access the property was communicated with us in timely manner. We have already started talking about when we can come back to Estes and stay at this property!

The condo was a 5 star! Beautifully decorated, clean, the kitchen had everything you could possible need, and more! Pristine setting with big windows over looking the creek and a mountain! We stayed during Christmas and they has two decorated Christmas trees which made our holiday stay PERFECT! I would recommend staying at this condo! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our son got married in Estes Park this week. Being able to stay less than 1/2 mile from the venue was perfect! The condo has a beautiful great room where we were able to relax and decompress the night before the wedding and after a long wedding day! It is spacious, comfortable, absolutely gorgeous! We will certainly return for a family getaway!

Great experience, great place, great location! The only thing of importance not noted in advance is that there is literally no cell coverage at all which hampered checkin a bit. Make sure you take screen shots of entry code, wifi info, etc. We were able to stand next to entry door to connect once we had screenshots.

Loved staying here! So relaxing and the views were amazing! I could not believe how much wildlife we saw from every window! The little personal touches to make our stay comfortable were awesome! My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! We will definitely be back!

This rental was such a treat. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Probably the most well-stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in! The location can NOT be beat. Incredibly convenient to RMNP and Estes Park, but still quiet and peaceful. The view off the back deck is amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer!
