We were there only 1 night would have liked to stay more but unfortunately were transiting thru Montreal. Location was excellent. 5 mins walk to central station and bus station. Lots of eateries within 1 minute walk.

It was ok.it was clean and personnel were great but it’s an odd place. Lighting was poor in room,room arrangement is odd, sofa bed not comfortable, mismatched furniture-not homey! Construction noise was a problem that we were notified about but too find another place! Disappointed!

We only stayed for one night but we had a great experience! At check in, because we arrived early and our room was not ready yet, they let us check in early, we even got upgraded to a family room which was so spacious! My kids love it! The front desk and the vallet parking staff are so nice! The room and the pool area are clean. We loved the rooftop with the view of the city. Breakfast is delicious!

We were in a suite. 5 people. The location is wonderful, cleanliness overall was very good. After waiting to get the key, the room was cleaned , but we have to ask for tissue box, and slippers which was provided immediately. All together we enjoyed our stay. We will recommend this hotel and it will be our choice next time too.

It was very nice stay with a spacious studio room with a full kitchen. Perfect location, central to everything, very walkable. Everything was very clean and organized. The included breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast I’ve had. The only criticism I do have is I wish that the bathroom garbage had a liner in it and that they provided paper towels in the kitchen. Otherwise I will be staying her again next time I’m in Montreal.

Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean, friendly staff, always generous with the number of towels and bath essentials. Very spacious rooms, high ceiling, spacious bathroom u have everything u need.
I didn't book a room with a view so unfortunately our view was facing a tall building we couldn't see anything else. Also the bed is a queen bed so for two adults with a 5 year old it was uncomfortable for us because we were squeezed but the bed itself was comfortable.

Our stay was great. We travelled by train so the hotel's location is very convenient if you dont have a car. The room was big, eith high ceilings and complete with kitchen equipments. It felt like home.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Montreal,12minutes from the Bell Center. Big rooms with high ceilings and a full kitchen. The continental breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice. There were a lot of options and the staff kept everything well stocked and tidy.

I researched many places to stay in downtown Montreal and hope this review may help others. My reasoning for visiting Montreal was for an interview at the US Consulate. I chose this hotel as it’s proximity to the consulate was within walking distance( less than 10 min) and the reviews were the most positive.
The rooms are huge, it’s like having your own apartment. Having a full kitchen and kitchen table was such a unexpected blessing. The beds were comfortable, clean and pillows were fantastic.
The breakfast was nice. Although we are all gluten free, and could only eat some of it, they had a nice selection of bagels, breads and cereals, deli meat and cheese, yogurts and fruit.
The location is ideal. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, churches and methods of transportation. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. The staff is friendly and helpful and the pool and gym area was really well kept and spacious.
We visited as a family of 3, but would definitely come back and stay here with the rest of our 3 kids.
They sent a notice about possibility of noise from construction next door, but to be honest we didn’t notice or hear nothing to disturb us in any way. The rooms were very quiet and we all had very restful sleeps.
Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying in the family suite with our two young children. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos online and the location is excellent. It is very easy to access the metro. We would definitely stay there again!

This was an incredibly enjoyable stay with lots of great food and activities within walking distance. The suite style room we had with the kitchen and extra bathroom felt more like an apartment than a hotel room! The only downside was the early morning construction which we were warned about and wasn’t too disruptive. All of us slept well and felt incredibly comfortable!

The hotel was clean, comfy, centrally located, and the staff was very helpful. We stayed in a suite with an updated kitchen and tons of space. The heated pool was a real treat for my daughter. I would definitely stay here again.

The water on the tub wasn’t going down so I had to clean the drain in order to finish my shower , I let the manager know next day he expected me to call them to repair it when I was already in the shower… he didn’t care much he was very rude

Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown and prime location! Very centrally located and just a few minutes walk to all the best restaurants/shopping/grocery/etc…10 minute walk to all Consulate/Embassy’s. Old Montreal with wonderful restaurants and Notre-Dame Basilica and river is also a nice 20 minute walk.
The rooms are very large with full kitchen so great for families with kids. Free/Complimentary breakfast is from 6:30-9:30am

We arrived the evening of Feb. 8th and the front desk attendants were very welcoming and helpful in trying to make suggestions for dinner. We ended up dining right in the hotel and we were treated beautifully there as well, and the food was great with several options and full bar. The area has plenty of shopping, restaurants and there is a pharmacy and souvenir shops nearby. The room was really nice and was so spacious and clean and included multiple toiletries in the bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen and separate dining area. Our package included breakfast and there were plenty of options from which to choose. I would certainly stay here again.

Very comfortable for a family of 4. And enjoyed the free breakfast and the gym as pool was under small renovation or cleaning. Clean generous sized bathrooms comfortable bed.

It’s my 3rd stay here and love this hotel. The valet parking is peace of mind for parking and keeping your belongings safe. The hotel is located right downtown walking distance to lots of great restaurants, Eaton centre and a 10-15 min walk to bell centre. Very quiet, not much traffic.
Cons - the pool is very cold and not enjoyable both times I stayed previously and this time it was closed.
The breakfast is good but there’s no hot food.
Pet friendly but the nearest park to go take the dog for his business is about 10 mins walk away (if you have a picky dog like mine that needs green space).
