Really nice and spacious place villa, lovely property, lovely pool as well! The only feed back I would give is an extra security lock on the door, a chain or something.

Everything was great except temp for AC was locked too high. We prefer to sleep in the cold. We did open the bedroom window, but it took hours for the rooms to cool down to a comfortable sleeping temperature for us.

This place is fantastic! Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. Villa was spotless and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities (pools, game room, gym) were awesome. I highly recommend the Villas over any hotel. Also, you’re close to grocery stores so you can buy food and make at the Villa if you want to save a little money and eat in.

We stayed for 2 nights, overall satisfied with our stay. Very good location, The property is a bit old but well maintained and clean. Heater was very loud but it didn’t really bother us, however it could be a problem if you’re a light sleeper.
The only thing that dissapoint us was, check in time stated as 4pm. We arrived at the front desk at 2pm and did the pre-check in. The lady that did the pre check in was very nice, she told us she will call when the room was ready. It was raining that day, so we really want to get settle in. 4.15pm we came back to the front desk to see if our room is ready. A different lady serve us asked : did we call you? (Not so friendly tone).
Then, No it’s not ready.
So, we supposed to wait until we receive a call when the room is ready, without given any approximate time:(
We actually understand the situation, they were short handed, but the way that lady spoke to us, just make the rainy day more unpleasant for us.
We finally checked in to our room at 6pm.

Great location and friendly staff. Game room could use a good cleaning and is a bit outdated but my kids loved playing ping pong. Price was great for the space you get compared to a regular hotel room. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool.

The place was great. It felt like we had our own apartment, with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Two bedrooms upstairs were roomy and comfortable. Very private and quiet. This was a great place to stay in Sedona.

Ok. So I booked based on the really good reviews and price. We like to have space with our family and have stayed in other timeshares before. I knew from the pictures it looked a little older and possibly dark. Or maybe just bad pictures Well it was dark! Really dark and older. The sheets and pillows had a smell to them, though my husband did not smell it. Due to that I did not sleep well the first night. I was kinda grossed out. The ceilings were really low.
The positives were the people checking us in were really nice. The space was nice. The location was really good. And the price was good compared to other accommodations. We were able to do more that we wanted to do with the savings. So overall it was fine. I would not stay here again though. I would just save more next time.

This property was kept up beautifully. Convenient to have the pool and hot tub located just beyond our unit’s back patio gate. Conveniences like a grocery store and coffee shop were within close walking distance.

We have stayed here twice now and Villas of Sedona has exceeded our expectations. On this trip, we had an issue with the toaster and coffee maker, new appliances were provided within the hour!! We also love how Villas of Sedona is centrally located, will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

HUGE property! Gorgeous and unique. Multiple pools and hot tubs. Comfy as heck! Will be coming back again!!!

Great location , very clean and quiet , great foods nearby. There’s walgreen , Starbucks , Whole Foods nearby as well. Everything you need.

There was a smell. I assume it was from carpets but you get used to it quick and don't smell it.
Lock at first floor half bathroom didn't work.

Even tho' we were only there for one overnight, we were allowed use of the pools, etc. before & after our checkout time so that made it extra nice.

Fantastic place to stay we had a leaky kitchen faucet I called and the maintance crew was there in 15 min and finished swapping out the faucet within an hour!!! Would highly recommend them!

We really didn't know what to expect when we booked here - but it was really GREAT! Clean, Quiet, easy access to whatever we wanted, plenty of room (there were four adults in a 2 bedroom unit). This was a great stay.

If you are coming to Sedona for hiking, then the Villas of Sedona is an excellent property. The unit we stayed in had a full kitchen for preparing own meals and a nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after a full day of hiking. The property was centrally located to all trailheads.

Nice hotel in close proximity to most Sedona attractions and shops. Villa was nice, lots of storage space and a full kitchen. Outdoor pool area had not been sprayed for mosquitos - it was swarming!!

For a family of 2 adults and 4 kids the accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Having the kitchen and grills available was great given eating out in Sedona can be pricey given a family of our size. There was a Whole Foods & Safeway close by. The kids really enjoyed the activity/games room.
