Property is old but very well maintained. It’s a decent place to stay on a budget.

It was so nice to stay in the Villa. It was roomy and perfect for the 4 nights we were there. Loved our location (end unit looking out to the river/brook).

The property is located in a nice, secluded area. Room furnishings were clean, although a bit rundown. The pool is nice. There was some smell to tobacco/cigarrette in the lobby. Personnel was corteous and helpful. Deiving to the place, the map does not really take you to the property but to another place nearby.

No check-in desk after 5:30, so no one to talk to if there is any problems. Not only didn’t the WiFi they listed not work, the whole resort was devoid of any internet/ cell service. My phone actually went into SOS mode because it couldn’t connect to anything, even while roaming. Tub wouldn’t drain - so you had to stand in 3in of water while your were showering, and the recliner and couch looked like it came out of someone’s basement 20 years ago - we wouldn’t even sit on them.
The saving grace was that bed was comfortable and the place was clean - even though it was very dated.

The villa I was in was exceedingly comfortable, secure and clean. The view of Oak Creek and sound of the water was soothing to the soul.

Pros: Convenient to trailheads, spacious room, nice kitchenette, nice grounds
Cons: No internet or cell phone service in room. We had to go outside to a specific area to access both internet and cell service which was not pleasant when it was 32 degrees outside. Not having internet or cell phone service really impacts your stay by not being able to look up trailheads, restaurants, etc., and not being able to communicate with your family back home.

Had a great stay. Nice room & dinner at the Willows was delicious.

I forgot to call to say I would have a late check-in but they had the forethought to put my keys in the late night access box anyway.
Apartment was clean and comfy and next to the river

We loved the location and views at this property, but the Villas themselves didn’t meet our standards. There is barely one bar of cell signal and we were told at check in the WiFi wasn’t really working, so phones were basically inoperable unless I went outside to try and get signal. Our first night there no one was in the room next to us and it was very quiet. The second night the room was occupied and we realized the walls were PAPER thin. You could not only hear every word spoken very clearly, but we were awoken when they got back to their room drunk late at night and proceeded to have very loud s3x. Not exactly the relaxing and peaceful weekend I had in mind being awoken by and having to listen to that at midnight. With lots of choices in Sedona, I’d look to stay somewhere else next time, which is a bummer because the patio views were amazing.

Had an amazing stay at Poco Diablo with my family of 4. I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. The room was properly heated and clean upon my arrival. Enjoyed the mini refrigerator and stove for easy meals. The location is very close to town and nearby hikes. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Sedona.

Went for a getaway but needed to work. The property did not have internet. We had to go to a local bar to get advice so I could work. The room we were in (301) was very dark even with all the lights turned on.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was warm when it was cold out during our time. We turned the fireplace on and opened the patio curtains where we had views of the pond. It was a beautiful setting and felt very comfortable. It was a bit dark but the room was clean and the location was perfect with everything we need in a short walk or drive. We have stayed before and would stay again.

Wonderful, spacious suite. Clean, nicely decorated, ideal location. Didn't have sheets for pull out and after a call to front desk, they were delivered promptly. Best place in Sedona for the price.

A few reasons why I am giving the rating I am:
- The facilities are a bit old, and in need of repair. (Meaning like the cabinets are barely hanging on in the kitchen and bathrooms)
- Everytime the air conditioner came on at night, it made the most obnoxious noise.
- It was stated when we arrived that they were re-wiring for WiFi, so there was no WiFi and no cell service.
- Overall the grounds are beautiful, I just didn’t love the room itself.

The villas were very comfortable and quiet. Nice view of the river in the back. We had a fridge and simple kitchen with microwave and some kitchen appliances which were nice to have. Bed was very comfortable but pillows could be better. We wanted to take advantage of the hot tub since it was chilly out but there were lots of debris and little bugs in the water and it wasn’t very hot either. So that was a little bit of a bummer.

We were in Villa 313 for 2 nights in early March. Despite wifi being listed as an amenity, we were unable to access it unless we sat in our car at the check in office (which is only open 9-5). After a number of calls to the front desk to try to resolve our lack of access (with instructions to reset phones and other settings) staff admitted that this is an ongoing issue. We requested to be moved rooms but none were available or, if they were, we were told the issue would persist. We were told they were in the process of fixing it but after further inquiry this meant in the distant future (like upgrading hardware to fibre optic), not something that would be resolved during our stay. Unfortunately, the resort seemed to also be in a cellular dead zone, so we could not make or receive phone calls or use personal data plans in place of the wifi. I was extremely disappointed; this is 2024 and many people work and travel and require connection on the go. Not only was my work impacted, we were unable to plan the next days' events or relax in our room/connect with our family back home. The rooms were clean and well equipped (kitchen had everything we needed) but dated and worn (carpets and upholstery). Water took a long time to heat up, which felt wasteful. Staff were friendly but not able to resolve issues / not empowered to offer any sort of compensation to disappointed customers. Cannot recommend a stay here if you want to work / connect by cell or internet to anything.

This was a great home base for all of our
daily adventures in Sedona.
The room was a great size. There was a kitchenette with a 2 burner stovetop, a small refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher. They supply silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster and blender.
The bed was comfortable. The pillows were not super comfortable to me. The fireplace was nice ambiance.
The bathroom has a huge tub (big enough for 2). Nice to soak after a full day of activity.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is laundry on site as well.

Perfect place to relax. A decent kitchen (not kitchenette), comfy bed, fresh linens everywhere, and above average kitchen amenities.

Villas At Poco Diablo was a lovely community. Our studio was comfortable and clean and offered all the amenities we needed. Bed was comfortable; shower was strong. Two separate bathroom sink areas. And our view was fabulous! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that our unit smelled very musty. But we opened both the front and back doors and lit a candle and that took care of it. Please note, for folks who need internet access, the signal is very poor in that valley. Wonderful stay and would definitely return to the Villas at Poco Diablo!

Such a beautiful place. Lots of beautiful

The check in was quick and easy and friendly. Plenty of room in the villa and was fully stocked. Loved the huge tub, it was perfect to soak in after long hikes earlier that day! Loved the little fireplace and the view of Oak Creek from the back patio slider!

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, we had to call maintenance to have our heater turned off because it was very loud. The internet did not work (which was advertised as an amenity) and cell service was poor so I couldn’t use my hotspot. The walls are thin so we heard our neighbors late at night and early in the morning.

Loved the gas fireplace in the villa especially since it snowed during our stay. Plenty of room in the villa and bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Sedona.

Very quiet and seems like a condo. Didn’t like the loud noise from the heater. Fireplace made up for it.

The front desk attendant was really sweet. She let us check in early and had great food recommendations. The rooms are nice a big w plenty of room. A little outdated but clean. Kitchen and fireplace was a plus! The views are nice too. The cons are the WI-FI was horrible. We couldn't watch TV or use our devices!!

Unit was clean and fully stocked. Internet connection was weak.

The rooms were very dark and dated. It was quiet and the location was good. Just gave a weird vibe, wouldn’t stay there again. The best part was the ancient tree in the parking lot, it was incredible. Older property, the worst part was no cell service and we couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work.

No wifi! Otherwise a nice place

This was a wonderful stay for our 35th anniversary. We had a fireplace to set the mood, a jacuzzi bathtub, a four poster bed, hundreds of ducks on the pond outside your sliding glass doo, a kitchenette and vaulted ceilings. It couldn't have been better! We will be back!
