Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. A minimum $300 fee will apply if smoking is detected during your stay. MINIMUM AGE Guests on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The named reservation guest must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. SECURITY For security, there are exterior audio/video recording cameras. There are no recording devices inside the unit. PARKING Free street parking, driveway parking, and garage parking are available. Getting Around: You will be only a short distance from downtown, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and so much more. Other Things to Note: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels!
