Everything was as described and was very homey!

Six adults a two yr old and a three yr old on this trip to visit family for the holidays. The kids had a blast running around the basement game room. There was also plenty of space for them to play with their toys! There was plenty of room for us all and the house was clean and inviting! The check in was easy and the host responds quickly to messages! All in all a great place to be with a great host! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice property, lots of activities for teen +, responsive owner. Good location, nearby highways and a bus runs right by property for access to downtown. Functionally stocked kitchen worked well for meals in house.

Would not recommend this house if you are traveling with a large family! The host charged us extra for “additional” guests even though we only had nine with us(three guests were even under the age of five). The second “full” bathroom was in the basement in the laundry room. The shower was dirty and the toilet is just out in the middle of the room with no walls around it. The air conditioning did not work well and for the first 36 hours we spent in an 80 degree house☹️ The house is also located on a very busy road, so just another thing to think about when booking this house.

The house was spotless could not have been cleaner. The games were great. Loved the location quick into town and close to our relatives in North Hills. the only thing I would change is the check in time. I have never seen such a late check in time(5 pm) and have rented house or apartments for 20 years all over the world. Also as someone else suggested a mirror in bedrooms and maybe a small table to keep your things on. The living room could have better lightling maybe some tables with lamps. We would definitely stay again. Very spacious and comfortable. Loved the dining room very spacious and plenty of room to sit.

After sending my government issued ID, it would have made me feel better that it was received as I was concerned it was a scam.
Could use mirrors in bedrooms and downstairs bathroom. Hooks in bathrooms. More seating in living area. The cold rainy weather didn’t allow us to use the game rooms and outside area as much as we would have liked. Games are a great idea! Fire pit too. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

The house was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, and it met our needs precisely. It was easy to travel into the city from this location. We enjoyed the pool table, in our down time. thank you!

We had a nice long weekend celebrating a family birthday.
Check in process was easy. Arthur was immediately responsive to a thermostat change when the weather changed from summer to fall overnight.
The house was very clean and with lots of attention to detail in decorating and amenities. It's a great location for trips into Pittsburgh. Plus, there was a lot to keep my three children entertained while staying at the house!
