This Gorgeous 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in one of the most desirable complexes in Panama City Beach. Top of the line furniture creates the most calming ambience for you to relax in while on vacation. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, a TV with a Netflix account already loaded, so you can enjoy your favorite movie or show. There is a private en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom. The bunk area is located in a separate nook area and its own private bathroom offers the ultimate set up. The living room is very open, bright and spacious. The living room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. Laketown Wharf: Laketown Wharf offers THE resort-style vacation you are looking for. From the 5 unique pools, a beautiful lakefront boardwalk, to its fitness center and miniature golf course, there is really no reason to leave. Just head across the street for your beach day! It truly is a phenomenal setting offering a Vegas style fountain show every night. Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee: A one-time fee of $86.97 (depending on number of bedrooms) will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in. * Guests must be 21 years or older to rent. Those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 2 cars. * Business Tax Receipt (BTR) #54330 An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The worst aspect was the checkin process. I had an early flight to Panama City. I took an Uber to the condo. When I arrived, I requested a place to store the luggage so I could explore the area. I was told No they could not accommodate my request but I could pay $65 for early check in at 1:00. I asked if the room was ready and was told it was clean but not inspected. I was told I would receive a text when I could go to the room. I sat with my luggage outside the condo waiting. I checked back after 1:00 and was told it still had not been inspected yet and there was nothing they could do to expedite the process. By then I was very upset and could not understand why they would not try to help. I do not think it would have cost anything to allow me store my luggage in a closet in the condo. I told them the customer service was nonexistent. The reply was I am sorry the result wasn’t what you would have liked. This just made me angrier. Good customer service is meeting the customer’s expectations not telling them they wanted too much! At 4:20, I still had not received a text. I called and was told I could have accessed the condo at 4:00. She said I already had the code. I told her I did not have a key code. She said Oh, we have been experiencing problems with the automatic texts with key codes. The entire process and lack of service was ridiculous and I would never book a condo managed by Benchmark.The room was not dirty but not very clean—sand on floor,mold on shower curtain, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not pleased at all and was ready to leave the same night we arrived. When getting to the location the door was open to the condo, my husband goes in to check the condo had an unclean smell. The refrigerator was not clean. There were bugs. The shower curtain in the main bathroom had mold on it. I’m not a person to complain, but I was very unhappy. After reaching out to Benchmark Management, they were apologetic but it still didn’t makeup that the condo itself wasn’t in good condition.

To start off, check in process was a joke. We called 3 times to see if our room was ready and they were rude the first two times, the third person said they would call us back and never did. Finally I said screw it, it was 2 hours after check in, I just walked into our room. The room was very clean, minus the sand on the floor, which is expected being on the beach. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Only thing I would say needs changed is a new bedspread & sheets. Bedspread was all stained and the sheets kept falling off the bed. The view is beautiful. You also have to wait on the elevators, but again, it’s expected. We would stay here again if we came back to PCB.

I had concerns I addressed directly with the property owner. The options that were given to me did not work with me as me and my family already were in the unit and all our belongings were their. She stated she has addressed the issues with the management/cleaning company. No action or compensation was extended due to the inconvenience.

This space was perfect for a big family! Very spacious, two great tvs, and a quiet washer/drier allowed us to accommodate different bedtimes and still have fun adult time without bothering the little kids. The unit is exactly as described and super close to the beach.

When we stayed, most all of the elevators did not work. The owner did mention in the checkin info that this was an issue but wow was it such a big issue. Plan to wait 20+ mins at some times to get on an elevator. It was lovely that we were so close to the beach and had a private boardwalk (with direct access to pineapple Willy’s, can’t pass that up). The parking tower was never too full which was nice and the parking tower and building are connected which was lovely, if the elevators by that door worked. Also when you are booking and you are putting people into the portal that are staying INCLUDE YOURSELF IN THE GUEST SECTION, just bc your name is on the reservation does not mean that you are gonna be included in the guest list. But overall a great place if you have a big group!

We had a very nice stay at this property. There are several pools to choose from, parking was easy, and it’s a very short walk to the beach. The balcony has plenty of room for several people to relax comfortably, and the apartment was very clean and welcoming.

The unit was exceptionally nice. Modern furniture, the best mattress in the world. Me and my husband had a hard time letting it go!! It was clean and fully equipped. Our hostess was outstanding. Answered every question and met every need. We will only stay here when we visit Panama City!!

Condo was clean & nice just as pictured. Beds were very comfy. The property had everything from restaurants bar ice cream shop! Only complaint is the elevators… they were HORRIBLE!! I know this is not the fault of the condo owner and I was told by a worker on property that they are getting all new elevators in October! We look forward to staying again after that!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything we needed. We felt right at home! The decor and aesthetic is updated and modern with great style, looking like it's right out of a magazine. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. The views of the ocean from the balcony are incredible and you feel like you're on a tropical island. The resort has great amenities, and an added bonus, security staff at all entrances and exits, which makes you feel safe. The pools are awesome, clean and beautiful! They even have a kid pool, although all of the pools were kid friendly! We loved Pineapple Willy's across the street and everything else is in walking distance. We also went on a 2 hour dolphin tour with Panama City Beach Dolphin Seafari and got to explore Shell Island, which had breathtaking views. Aneliya was a great host and super responsive to all messages with excellent communication and detailed instructions about our stay. She also provided a detailed lists of great restaurants and activities to do in the area. Thank you so much for an amazing week. We loved it here and we can't wait to come back again very soon!

This unit is beautiful. The view is breathtaking whether you are on the balcony or sitting in the living room. All the amenities that you need for an extremely relaxing stay are provided. I highly recommend this place!

The elevator were super fast 8sec max the place was well stocked etc and very comfortable and it look just like pictures the area was very close to Walmart you had a lot of restaurants that was within 20 walk or drink I would recommend this place I love my host

The room was amazing and we were so pleased! It had no sand anywhere. Everything was perfectly clean and the furniture was all up to date. The check in was super easy and all in all are stay was perfect. We’ve been to Panama for years and never stayed in such a clean room. Definitely will recommend!

This was one of the best parts of our trip! Views are gorgeous, access to the beach is great! the only thing that surprised us was how far we ended up walking from parking garage to front door.. but we didn't realize how large the whole complex was. Vegas meets Panama. A+ stay! Will stay again!
