Palmetto Rose is a spectacular oceanview home directly across the street from the ocean which is located in the 300 block of Edisto Beach; a perfect location to be able to stroll to the grocery store, 3 restaurants, coastal shopping, ice cream shop and more. 6 bedrooms and 4 baths with an ELEVATOR to ALL floors allows you to never walk up the stairs if you don't desire to do so. If prefer to walk you can just send all the bags up to the level you want and meet them there. They are no cramped bedrooms in Palmetto Rose. Each perfectly decorated bedroom has it's own private entrance to the beautiful large covered decks with wonderful ocean views allowing you to kick back and take in the tranquil ocean breeze. Unwind with your family in the family room and luxuriate in the ambiance of the oceanview, the large TV and the gas fireplace offered to you in this family room. as well as to the kitchen and dining room. You will be able to cook up those family meals you don't have time to cook at home in this kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops which is fully stocked with everything you need. You can all dine together at the large dining table or dine al fresco on the covered deck and be entertained by the ever changing ocean views. Palmetto Rose offers not one but two master suites; both with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. When was the last time you were able to savor a long hot bath in a jetted tubs? Spoil yourself and take the time to do this on vacation! Both master baths also have luxurious separate walk in showers. Go have fun on the beach and delight in the enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water when you come back from the beach. Palmetto Rose provides you with the perfect venue to cook out with your family with a gas and a charcoal grill on the beach level as well as covered parking and a wet weather entrance. Rent a bike and explore the beach or go across the causeway to the State Park and ride the paths. Go on a fishing expedition, rent a kayak or paddle board, play a round of golf at the Plantation Course on the lower end of the beach and visit one of several more restaurants on the lower end......nothing is far on Edisto Beach and there are no traffic lights either! There might be a movie in the Park and a Fishing Tournament, an Art Show or a Shag Festival, there is always something going on at Edisto Beach. Of course you can just sit on your covered deck and enjoy the libation of your choosing and watch the ocean waves roll right in. If you are so inclined you can wake early to catch the sunrise...just use your private entrance to the covered deck right outside your bedroom. This was an amazing house. Great location, the layout of the house is perfect for a large group. All of the furnishings seemed to be in like new condition. This was is the Ritz Carlton standard. We will be back next year.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Palmetto Rose. Beautiful home! There is plenty of space for everyone, if you want to hang out together or spend some time apart. The beach is across the road, and it's a short walk to the beach accesses. This Nana enjoyed her time with her children and grandchildren. We all enjoyed the beach and ocean during the day and several evenings we enjoyed the sunset on the sound side of Edisto and even saw a dolphin or two. Beautiful!

We had a great stay at Palmetto Rose. Spacious house on multiple levels with plenty of beds and baths as well as inside and outside hangout space for an extended family. Large dining tables inside and outside with lots of outdoor hangout space. Would definitely recommend!

Good ocean view from balconies. Felt the ocean breeze and heard ocean and great view making us feel like sitting on beach.
