Our 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse is the perfect location and style of home for your next visit to Denver! The updated interior welcomes you with an open concept floor plan which joins the kitchen, dining room, and living room when you enter the main living space. The spaces in this townhouse are amazing especially when it comes to the rooftop lounge space that includes a firepit and views of the Denver city skyline. Watch the lights of the city twinkle in the evening hours as you sip on cocktails and socialize. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa This property is a row home and therefore has stairs. If you struggle with stairs, this is probably not a great rental for you. Only blocks away from Mile High Stadium, one minute from a great brewery, and a seven minute e-bike or scooter ride away from Union Statin; this home is in a great location for your next trip to Denver. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). The unit was quiet and well-stocked. The location worked out well. One thing I need to stress is that you will be climbing a lot of stairs. If you're not physically great at stairs, I wouldn't consider the unit. We had no problem with stairs, but others especially elderly would.

Came to Denver for the Browns game vs Broncos.
This unit is 4 blocks (easy walk) from Empower Stadium.
Many restaurants in walking distance!
This unit was extremely clean.
The beds were great and linens were comfortable.
The second level was wide open with the kitchen and living area.
Kitchen had all high end appliances, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a coffee grinder.
There was coffee and filters provided by the property manager.
The large tv, surround sound and PS3 was Great.
The bedrooms especially the master were very nice.
The third floor rooftop was amazing with views of downtown and the stadium.
Gas grill and fire pit was a nice touch.
We had no trouble getting our rental in the garage.
All the stairs could be an issue with people with disabilities. Will not lie they were a challenge for myself but my knees are bad.
Only complaint we had was the couch in living room was uncomfortable and there was no other furniture to sit on except at the table.
We had a great time in Denver and took Lyfts to dinner.

Beer and Fish was a great spot for seafood also.
Red Top Rendezvous for pizza and wings.
A5 Steakhouse was Excellent!
Briar Common Brewery and eatery was a half block away. Great smash burgers and brews.
We hope to return and would definitely recommend this unit!

We enjoyed the property itself, plenty of room for the 4 of us that were staying there and the location to restaurants and parks was easy walking distance. We felt very safe during our stay. The only downside was the communication for us as guests:
1. Communication about accessing the property was inaccurate - the wrong street address was being provided. It was clarified after I contacted the property management company that sending the emails.
2. Property instructions was provided for garage code to access the garage and for door codes for the outside front door. The garage code was needed. The door code was not needed because there are no boxes at the door (inside or outside) to enter a code. The doors are managed by a key.
3. The management company was very responsive to questions I had for extra towels that were needed and they followed up frequently to see if I had any other needs. This follow up helped me feel that they were truly interested in the quality of my stay.

I really loved this rental. The kitchen looked completely brand new. Even the appliances. Loved the space and the private rooftop with Firepit had great views. 4 levels of stairs so you need to be ready for the workout but I enjoyed it.

Walkable to Jefferson Park and many great restaurants. Property has new appliances, great amenities and is exactly as represented. Location is great for a dog with the park so close.

We had a fantastic time. The property was centrally located. All of our activities were nearby. There was a park half a block away, so every day there was a parade of dogs to watch from the balcony. Great amenities and very clean. A lot of stairs but overall a fantastic spot. We would stay there again

Home was nice. No coffee as stated in the advertisment. AC would automatically adjust to 79 degrees during day while we were out. House was very warm throughout visit.

My wife had a work trip so our daughter and I decided to tag along. The house was great to stay in. Lovely kitchen, comfortable beds. Close to lots of attractions that are good to wear kiddos out. Briar Common right up the block with good food and beer. Our one regret is not spending time on the rooftop. Totally blanked after having a toddler wear us out.

My St. Louis friends were in town because they lost a bet when the Avalanche beat the Blues in the cup finals, the winner had to visit the losing party. We had an amazing time! The property is located very close to downtown and many golf courses so it was perfect. Very clean and modern, with a bidet downstairs. Check in and out was easy as well! Highly recommended!

Only thing was the sofa/sleeper didn’t fold out? And couch was small. Needs maybe another comfy chair too! Otherwise excellent place and great location!

We found everything in place and exactly as advertised. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The location is ideal with plenty of options for dining and shopping within walking distance. Walking to LoDo was easier than anticipated and the level of noise in the evening was lower than anticipated.
