It's just outside seminyak, which is nice due to traffic. Spacey appartment/hotel room. Friendly staff, nice view on the pool from the restaurant.

I found it a bit untidy, not so clean.

i booked this place for the pool for my kid and we could never use it! always green and close! they said under maintenance and that was almost one week! breakfast not good!

the bedroom / bathroom were really dirty and crumby. The shower sprayed everywhere and the tiles were mouldy / dirty. the room smelt stale and the air conditioning was poor - our room was so hot. the swimming pool must have been really dirty as it turned my white bikini green?!?!

The images are deceptive and the property is not the money it charges. Also, its pretty far from the main city. We had booked initially for 2 days but then checked out in 1 day.

My Villa was stunning. Most beautiful Private Pool I've ever had in all my Bali stays. The Staff at Restaurant were wonderful, fun and friendly. Reception were very helpful. I will never Stay anywhere else.

Being picky - but I hated going outside to get a drink out of fridge (unlock doors etc in middle of night) Tiny fridge in Room would have been perfect. Also English Subtitles on TV.

the food was fine. the personal was pretty pleasant. beds were good and cozy.

I’ve booked the villa for three people, and contacted the property in advance trying to understand the number of beds in the villa. The property failed to understand this question only answering that there’s two bedrooms. When we arrived the property asked us to pay in advance for the whole stay so we do. it turned out the villa has two large beds. so we asked for an extra bed. It was not free so we had to pay for it. it’s ok. when we go for the breakfast, it turned out that we have only breakfast for two people (despite indicating three in the booking) and since we have a paid extra bed, we can pay extra for our friend could have breakfast as well. so we did. the villa was pretty ok, except for two things: the telephone to connect reception was barely working. we could not hear a thing. and there was no restaurant menu in the villa. while combined those things led us to be unable to order food from the restaurant to the villa. the second thing is the private pool. it was not dirty but very close to this state. The water seemed to be flowering a little bit so it attracted tons of frogs or toads to the pool every evening. The poll illumination was very dim so you could have a face to face frog meeting while using the pool at dark time of the day. i love frogs, i really do, but they make a lot of jump-scare things in this scenario. The last but not least thing. it turned out the villa Wi-Fi connection is very poor. it was not enough to provide a stable connection for a call (even without a video). and it was not acceptable for us as we had to work remotely including a lot of calls. we found another villa with better wi-fi and booked it as soon as we can (not via booking though) but to our surprise Kesambi property refused to reimburse the money paid for the rest of the days that we were not going to stay there (3 of 7 days remained unused). Not even they agreed to return the money for extra bed and extra breakfast for the third person.

The villa was nice & the private pool was clean enough. Hired a moped from reception which was really cheap. The WiFi was good

Shower pressure kept dropping out & smelled when you first put it on. The main pool was filthy with grime on the bottom. Service at the restaurant & room Service was painfully slow even just for a drink we waited 30 minutes for it to arrive

Nothing the entire stay was horrible

Rooms are not clean, staffs are rude, food is not as expected, very far away location

food and prices were great. everything in one place if you wanted to stay at the resort.

the pool guy need to be retrained or given money to buy pool cleaning products. once he new that I also need about pools and his claim to come back and clean and shock the pool. I never see him again. No plates or bows etc to eat with so you had to go the restaurant they happy gave. wash and leave in fridge otherwise house will take.

Spacious villa. Nice exterior of the whole complex. Lots of greenery

Needs repair, old furniture, really old plumbing. Kitchen's sink is terrible and unpleasant even to touch. Mould in the bathroom. TV is old too, quality is awful. Staff is slow. Needed to call twice to ask if smb could bring us 2 plates (waited for them more than 40 min). Plates actually looked old and unpleasant too. Too many ants (in comparison to other even cheaper villas). Bath tub looks great on pictures, but in reality - nothing could make us to take it (old rust and mould inside).

the hotel is in a good location, also has a large swimming pool and a good priced restaurant on campus.

villas are riddled with insects, ants, lizards, mosquitoes, spiders you name it. the toilet had a sewage smell and the out door shower isn’t the most convenient, especially when you want to take a shower at night and you’ve got all the wildlife making noise outside!
