a very good stay, would look to book again next time in town.

gracious and accommodating hosts into the small hours who were most helpful before and during our stay. a fantastic location in the NQ for bars, clubs, parking, shopping and restaurants. great beds and comfort.

there's a gorgeous wine merchant next door, would be great for the kitchen to stock a set of wine glasses and not have to use tumblers :)

Overall cot should be included in the price

Was clean

Baby cot was not included in the price and was only told it's and extra £35 once I've booked and paid. Also on the site it says guest at this hotel can have a complimentary breakfast included but that was not the case, the hotel said it was a booking.com error on the site that needs to be corrected. How can you mis sell this hotel with this information? I emailed in advance to ask for the location of the car park and for other information but was not given a reply until our stay was over and I was back home.

Brilliant apartment in a lovely location.

Great location, well equipped apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean.

The fold out bed had a dirty mattress protector on it and no pillows.

Highly recommended. One of the best city Appartments I’ve stayed in.

Great location, in Northern quarter, on a pedestrianised road. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Very spacious flat, well provisioned kitchen. Good shower. We’ll definitely be back,

Brilliant northern quarter stay

Great size for myself and 2 daughters, amazing location right in the northern quarter. The lady on reception was ‘the nicest lady I have ever met’ my daughter said, she was lovely and let us leave our cases earlier than check in time. Would recommend and definitely stay again

Peaceful and just what I needed. I slept during the day as I was on night shifts and there was no noise.

Clean, great facilities tea and coffee provided. Everything I needed right there and the location was excellent!

Would recommend for short stay

Great location, close to the city centre and aø arena. Easy to find. Very comfortable.

Car park difficult to find. Tiny cleanliness issues like grout in the bathroom.

A great night out with our friends to see a comedy show

It was clean and spacious, situated close to bars, AO Arena, lots of places to eat.

The only thing we didn’t like was not to do with the property it’s self, the car park we parked in was disgusting, it smelled of urine and made us feel very uncomfortable

Sehr tolles Apartment, nähe des Einkaufszentrums . Tolle Lage. Viele Lokale und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung.

Es war leider sehr laut, aber wahrscheinlich für Silvester üblich!!!

Great space in the heart of Manchester

The location was great in the heart of the northern quarter. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Reception staff were very friendly. I would stay again and recommend to others wanting a city centre location. Not the cheapest for an overnight stay, but the price is reflected in apartment size.

There were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Door off hinges on built-in wardrobe. The shower tray in en suite was very slow to drain, and the mechanical extraction took a long time to cleat steam. Doors to balcony from living space need adjusted, although double glazed road noise was clear to hear. Chains on window blinds are broken (which is common as they are not very robust).

Great Apartment, comfortable for a family of 5 and in a really convenient location, close to shops, restaurants and theatre. Great parking option and super friendly host!

Modern & spacious apartments but not without their issues.

Lovely modern apartment with modern facilities. The apartment is nice & spacious, the bathroom is bright and stylish. Unlike most apartments I stay in, the kitchen was well stocked and the bonus was the dishwasher. Host was lovely and welcoming and happy to help with an issue I had about the TV in my first apartment, Wi-FI is nice and fast and central heating in the apartment works great.

The shower had a hole in the pipe so it still was high enough pressure, but was squirting water everywhere, making a puddle gradually build up overtime And the only other issue was my TV, they are LG smart TVs but mine and the one in my last stay. Had a blue tint coming from the screen, making image appear a lot different and colours being incorrectly shown. Playing around with the settings this time, helped the picture a lot better then it did on the previous TV, so it wasn't a huge issue.

Superb

We stayed in a studio flat which was quite spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant and most friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. It overlooked a pedestrian street of bars and restaurants and double glazed windows locked out any noise.

The kitchen wasn’t particularly equipped for cooking, but we managed.

Great apartment. Fabulous location.

Reception staff were always so welcoming. Great location and surrounded by so many restaurants, pubs & bars. Shopping centre an easy walk to get to. 2 bedroom apartment quite spacious.

Gave us just what we needed and had everything to make a stay there comfortable.

Well decorated! Awesome location and nice and clean.

It was SUPER loud being on the second floor - could hear everything going on at the bars below. Some ear plugs did the trick, through!

A fab girls weekend in the city!

Easy to access and obtain keys and a friendly host on arrival and departure he extended our check out and parking time which was really helpful. Car park round the corner. Great size apartment for 4 people to share lovely balcony view you could see all the hustle and bustle of people enjoying themselves! Value for money. Safe location. Central location, easy walk to all the shops, bars, clubs, transport links and even the stadiums very handy as we were in city to see Coldplay. Had a fab time and would definetly come back!

A couple of knobs missing from the cooker and the lights tripped due to one of the appliances but minor fixable things highlighted and sorted other than that no issues had everything you could need.
