Not fancy but excellent hotel and value

Great location for downtown Montreal and the Bell centre. Cora’s right in the hotel was perfect for breakfast. Although you are in a busy area the hotel was quiet.

Great location. Rooms were clean. Gym was great. Staff were wonderful.

Great location. Have stayed here multiple times while visiting Montreal and have never had a bad experience.

Très agréable séjour

Hotel très bien situé au centre ville avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, mais pas de petit déjeuner dans l"hôtel, un café restaurant dans le même ensemble. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, armoire, commode et bureau. Eclairage très efficace. Le personnel est très accommodant, mon séjour a été reporté d'une journée suite à un report de mon vol, j'ai demandé à l'hôtel de pas payer la première nuit, l'hôtel a accepté après que j'en ai obtenu l'accord auprès de booking.com

L'hotel est parfois bruyant, bruit de claquement des portes des chambres voisines, peut-être installer des ralentisseurs de portes?

Location . Close to downtown and Bell Centre.

There was no elevator on our floor. We had to walk up stairs to get to our room.

Comfortable stay.

Good location

Elevator to small, no elevator to access 6floor, must take stairs to go to the room. N has terrace that cannot access as well.

Not the Best, but the OK Western

Comfortable and easygoing. Wouldn't call the Best Western, but the OK Western. No problem with that.

The smell of cigarettes! It's hard to believe that in this day and age, there are still hotels with rooms where smoking is still allowed. My room was near enough one that the smell was quite noticeable. Be mindful of that if tobacco is an issue for you.

Very good

The room was big, comfortable and cleaned daily. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The hotel's location is excellent.

The AC was very noisy but could be turned off, so it wasn't much of an issue. The windows could not be opened and the view was pretty bad (small yard full of rubble). The corridors are showing their age.

very near Rue St. Catherine where the shops are walking distance to the Train Station

Hotel and room clean and comfortable and great location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning team good and also friendly.

Nothing specific that I didn`t like though room and bed was comfortable, it is on smaller size side.

Great economy room in the heart of Montreal

The hotel is very close to the central train station and walking distance to all the main sights and attractions in the downtown and old city. Staff are attentive and efficient with the check-in and check-out process being seamless. As a value proposition, the room was hard to beat. At less than $200 CAD per night, in a prime location, the room has a lot to offer to a traveller.

The decor in the facility looks a bit dated and the elevator has certainly seen better days. The room is very small as is the shower. Housekeeping is good but irregular.

On of the elevators was not working, we had to stay up to 15 minutes for another elevator to arrive, the staff was not friendly at all, and the washroom was not clean 100 % even the toilet paper in the washroom was in half

The location is very centric, and the rooms are spacious with a good price-quality ratio. The gym is 24h and the reception desk is quick and friendly.

The hotel is a bit old and unrenovated; they lack modern equipment in the rooms like USB ports.

Hotel was clean, friendly and helpful staff and great location

We went for hockey and shopping so it was perfect location for walking.

We did not get the rooms I though I had requested, very small so we ended up booking an extra room, so extra expense.
