Nice people, clean, great free breakfast, and affordable would stay here again over any other place.

The free breakfast was great! We had a lot to choose from and the lady that was there was very nice and helpful. She would even take our empty plates and throw them away for us when we where finished eating. Anything that we needed all we had to do was ask and they helped right away. I would stay here again anytime and let anyone else know that this is a great place to stay.

Well the only thing we didn't like was the toilet in the restroom. It wouldn't flush good. We had to flush it and wait for it to stop running and then flush it again for it to get the toilet paper and other things down the toilet. The second flush had more power to flush things down but you had to flush it that way or it would not go down. We didn't tell anyone so that was our fault but not sure that they could have fixed it.

Staff-pleasant, Room-comfortable, Several hiccups, however minor, will affect decision where to stay

That it was close to King's Island, which was why we were in the area.

When initially checking in and going to our room, the guy who checked us in gave us the wrong room. He gave us a king room and I had paid for a queen suite, so I had to go back down to the front desk. I had my family with me so it was very important that we received the room that was booked. We were given the correct room but I had to go back down to the desk again because the housekeeper had not checked the hide-a-bed and dirty linens were in the couch and we needed clean linens. A third trip had to be made to the front desk to get more towels. Only 3 were put in the room when the room can sleep 6, which we had. I believe the max amount of towels should be put into the rooms and it is very irritating when the rooms aren't properly stocked, such as linens and towels. It was also disappointing that we couldn't use the pool because it's seasonal. This is August. A pool should have still been available. You also couldn't access the fridge when the hide-a-bed is pulled out so that was a bit annoying.

All and all it was a restful, peaceful stay.

breakfast was great. a good selection of things to eat. Bonnie was awesome also. even if you were a little past the stop time she would make sure you got something. The building was also very quiet.

it was unfortunate that the pool was closed. That is about the only bad thing about my stay.

The front desk employee was very helpful to us as we checked in and helped us with some things for the room. The room was a great size for the value.

The pool was closed. We had to change rooms due to one had a little smoke smell.

Size of room, bed was comfortable, breakfast was amazing, easy checking and check out, would stay again

Our room felt damp and turning on the ac did not help. Had to ask for bed linens for the pullout bed. Those should be in the room already if knowing there are more than two guests.

Comfy beds. Great breakfast

We stayed 3 nights. Out first two nights were perfect, no complaints. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet , breakfast was great. Unfortunately, our last night was not so quiet and none of us were able to sleep. I did call the service desk at 1 am when the noise was still active. Running in the halls, loud music, thumping on doors. The female who answered did not seem too concerned and the noise continued. I understand people can have fun but also be respectful to those around them attempting to sleep for a very important day.

great location, excellent recommendation in food close by, comfy room, and excellent staff members.

2nd Shift guy is super nice and have great customer service all the days we stayed there and each time he helped us. Breakfast attendance was super nice too and very helpful!

The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. close to restaurants.

3rd floor. There was like 10 kids or more in one room. Loud the entire night. In and out there room. Door slamming.

Exceptional

Everything! Very nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, hallways and lobby are well kept, the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Staff is very professional and polite, especially the lady working the breakfast area (I didn't catch her name). Will definitely be back!

The only thing I can think of is maybe have some more lighting in the rooms.
