Breakfast foods were well stocked on first morning. Things like pastries ,cereal, cream cheese, coffee (was always empty) and the pot in the lobby was cold. No variety in food stuffs.

Hugh piece a metal was sticking out of side of bed. Light needed new bulb on desk. Soap holder was lying on vanity in bathroom from tub. Marijuana Oder in hallway.

Breakfast was great!

Air did not work right

well at first I like the place till they took a extra $224.22 out of my bank account and tried to tell me I was still there …when I was back in NY been fighting to get my money back..will never stay here again and will tell all my traveling friends and family about the awful service…reached out 3 times spoke to tina all 3 times she told me manager Molly would call me back no call back..now my bank is putting in a dispute….horrible service

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was exactly what we expected, clean and comfortable.

This is a lovely newly renovated hotel. It was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly.

Breakfast was ample and good. Location was right off highway. Very clean and quiet. A lot of effort is being put in to update/ renovate.

This isn't per say on the hotel but Bradford is a very old town almost run down. Neighbourhood is right downtown off highway and at times made us feel a bit uneasy but we didn't have any issues or problems.
