The worst experience.

Not one thing

The room smelled so badly of cigarettes that it saturated all of our belongings. The noise was awful and we didn’t get any sleep. I would not recommend a family to stay here. The front staff person was extremely awkward and made us feel very uncomfortable. Went to check out and no one was around. Way over priced.

Won’t stay again.

The rooms were large.

The floor was dirty, they used an old piece of carpet in front of the door. Bathroom walls were dirty and the shower/tub had no caulk. We received no service other than towels on the third day. No shampoo, no coffee in room. Overall, very disappointing for motel 6. I know this is the less expensive option, but to clean and provide basic services should be included.

staff were very friendly, walking distance to shops inc. groceries, microwave and fridge in room, besides a towel being visibly dirty the actual room was clean

we didn’t get enough towels for everyone and reception wasn’t manned much of the time, one of the towels we did get looked visibly dirty, wifi speed was slow, room smelt of cigarettes, fridge didn’t stay closed without a bag holding the door shut, cigarette holes and stains on the top sheet

I stay in hotels all the time and I wasn't pleased with motel r#

Not much there's no breakfast. My room had a huge gap under the door so it was windy and it was freezing. I asked that they comp a room for the next night but they refused.

I could've been comped for my troubles and inconvien but they refused that. I wasn't happy and asked to talk to GM and they didn't help me either.

Two stars are one too many.

Lights didn't work. Shower broken, had to was in the sink. Toilet paper stuck to bowl upon arrival.

My wife and I stay there anytime we are in town. Friendly staff, clean rooms and they accommodate us and our dogs

Exceptional

The room was decently sized

I didn't like that it was right on the street next to busy traffic and you could hear the traffic

Basic but safe and reliable.

The gentleman at the reception was friendly and since there were no ground floor rooms available he even helped me carry my very heavy bag upstairs. Thank you for your kindness to this weary traveller.

Blankets on the beds are very thin, street noise can be an issue.

I’m very glad this place exists. It is bare bones but it is clean, simple and feels safe as a solo female traveler. It’s also close to a big grocery store which is nice, and walking distance to Starbucks for morning coffee.

It’s next to a large busy road so the street noise is not great. A couple non-essential things in the room needed fixing.

A positive Motel 6 stay - comfortable & convenient.

This was a good Motel 6 stay. I use them frequently when I travel, & they vary widely! But this was definitely a positive experience.

The mattress slid around on the base! The room was well appointed & furniture mostly comfortable, but the mattress didn’t stay put.

I did enjoy my stay...

The place looks like it was just built, or was recently renovated. Everything worked like it should (sink/bathroom/lights/heater/AC). I liked the simplicity of building design: stairs to upper floor are outside of the building -- easy access to rooms upstairs and no dark/smelly inner hallways.

Ok for the price.

The price was fine, the location was on the way to the mountains. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The location was in an area of town that made me uncomfortable.

Average place to stay!

Close to restaurants and shopping. Easy check-in and check-out. Size of room was bigger than most.

Car parked right outside our room had an alarm that kept going off, looked like it didn't even run. Need coffee in rooms. Room was supposed to be a King, had two queens but no complaints.

Not clean. The floor was dirty, socks showed the dirt. Used wet towel to wipe all the floor.

trying to get refunded for a night as only ended up staying 2 nights. not an easy task to do.

Can’t beat the price! Hard to sleep with the noise.

Clean, convenient, courteous service.

We were placed in a room next to their equipment room. It seems like every time some flushed their toilet or used the shower it would make a loud sustained noise in our room. very hard to sleep in.
