2명이 눕고도 남을만큼 넓은 침대와 넓은 샤워실. 중심가랑 약간 거리는 있지만 15분 도보로 걸어갈 수 있어요. 호스트가 질문에 친절하게 답을 해주시고 도보 10분 거리에 주차(1일 13.05유로) 안내도 도와주셨어요. 와이파이 엄청 빠르고 잘돼요. 냉장고도 커서 음식 보관이 용이합니다.
사진에 거실 같은 공간이 있어서 넓을 줄 알고 예약했는데 방 1칸짜리 원룸 수준이어서 아쉬웠습니다. 세탁기도 없고 거실이 별도로 있는게 아니라면 그냥 호텔 예약했어도 됐는데… 가격이 모두 동일했는데 다른 방을 주신 것 같아요. 제일 아쉬운 부분.
그리고 개 짖는 소리가 상시 나니까 잘 때 이어플러그 꼭 챙기세요. 아침엔 집 앞을 트램이 다녀서 소음이 심한 편입니다.

Chambre agréable, lit confortable et belle douche. L’appartement est bien agencé et assez grand pour ne pas se sentir enfermé.
Cafards, on nous avez dit que quelqu’un passerait mettre du produit et au final personne n’est venu.
Le lendemain des cafards étaient à nouveau présent dans le salon et maintenant je crains d’en avoir ramené.
Il y a des chiens dans la court en bas de la salle de bain. Nous avons donc eu droit aux aboiements intempestifs tous les matins et soirs de notre séjour. Ce n’est pas du tout reposant lorsqu’on essaie de se coucher tôt ou de se lever tôt.
2 capsules de cafés pour un séjour de 4 jours à deux, mention “serviced” mais n’avons eu aucun service, la chambre n’a jamais été faites ni nettoyé.

Appartamento grande, moderno, spazi ben pensati e strutturati: due camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno con doccia.
Cucina attrezzata con tostapane, macchinetta del caffè (con cialde) e bollitore. Posizione centrale, vicina sia al tram che alla metro ma con la possibilità anche di raggiungere a piedi alcuni tra i principali punti di interesse della città (noi ci siamo mossi maggiormente a piedi). Appartamento silenzioso. Il check in avviene in completa autonomia.
Lo staff ci ha risposto in maniera celere fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.

Super Lage; Alles gut zu erreichen.
Sehr geräumig, schön hell, viel Stauraum, super ruhig, riesige Dusche. Self Check In funktioniert reibungslos.
Super, wenn man einfach nur übernachten will und geringe Ansprüche an Extras hat.
Eher pragmatische Einrichtung, die nicht mit den Fotos bei Booking übereinstimmt. Eher auf das Nötigste beschränkt (z.B. Kapselmaschine, aber keine keine Kapseln, keine Ablage im Bad trotz vieler vorhandener Möglichkeiten, keine Deko, keine Aufenthaltsinfos, keinerlei Extras).
Zum Teil deutliche Abnutzungsspuren (z.B. Bruchkanten an den Türen, Spuren an den Wänden, nicht immer ganz sauber). Der Mülleimer im Bad müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden (sehr deutliche Rostspuren).

Grande, bastante moderno y ubicado cerca del centro. Estaba muy limpio. En general, bien.
Esta ubicado en una especie de callejón muy sucio, bastante lleno de basura (como muchas calles de Lisboa) y no es nada agradable. No había microondas y el espacio de la cocina era bastante pequeño.

such a spacious apartment
There was a manhole cover directly outside the property that banged every time a car drove down the road. We had to keep the windows closed on that side of the property.

In a great location, close to transport links, breakfast cafes, restaurants and pink street. Hosts replied quickly and provided us with towels when we asked for them.
Fans were provided but no air-con, lighting in the main room was poor, room did not look as well presented as it does on booking.com, mould was by the bed and in other areas, floors were not clean and there was a dead fly that had been squashed on the wall!

No aircon!! It was advertised with aircon but only had fans. Definitely would not have booked this if I knew this as it was so hot!! Wanted to leave the window open as it was a lot cooler outside but couldn’t as it was really noisy outside

Very clean and spacious apartment, location is very central. The furnishings are really modern and sleek.
It was very loud at night, there seems to be some sort of dog shelter next door so there was a lot of barking as well as traffic noise. Unfortunately there is no airconditioning so keeping the windows closed is not an option.

The apartment was in a great location! And it was light and open, and very clean. I would happily stay here again.
We had some difficulties with the codes getting into the apartment, and it turned out we were given the wrong code. However, the staff were quick to respond and were able to help us out.

The property was beautiful. Lots of space and set out really well. Love the shower was a great size 
only disappointment was it was supposed to have been air-conditioned. There was a fan, portable which I assume they classed as air conditioning, but not what I would class is it

Pretty and comfortable apartment. Great shower.
The location is close to the centre but there was a lot of noise (neighboring dogs barking all night). Not something to blame on the host but still worth mentioning.
The respons time on whatsapp and calling from the host could use improvement. They were nigh impossible to reach.

I visited Lisbon for some work / leisure and this seemed like a good location and price.
The property had various locations when I searched on Google and the location that was provided by the staff on whatsapp was correct, but it didn't have a board or something to say that we have arrived as the building had a different name which was so confusing and when we searched on Google there was a different location. Then the keypad at the entrance was not working and needed several attempts to get in. It would be helpful if the instructions were more clear as the person on whatsapp said they would send a picture and failed to do so. Also the keys were saved into a lock which was not very easy to open and spend more time going through that was delayed. Then the instructions had mentioned that it needed to have two separate beds which were not provided. Then the flat only had one large duvet when it was clear it was for two people. Although it was for my family member I didn't wasn't to share it. So had requested for a separate duvet which was provided with no cover. And even after requesting that it wasn't provided. It was also frustrating that the instructions was not clear of I needed to pay for a city tax even for the night that I missed as my flight was missed

Really good value for money, and quite accessible. We had a mobility scooter which we were able to leave in the lobby without any issues. There is also a lift and the staff were easy to contact and were helpful with answering our queries. Would definitely stay again!
The apartments are off the main road on a little side street so there was some rubbish and bins outside that was a bit smelly, however this could not be smelt within the apartment building itself. And being on the smaller side road was generally preferable from the main road in terms of taxis

The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 3 day trip. The location was perfect, walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, trams and train station. The staff were very helpful, sending us information before our stay. We felt the accommodation was very good value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Clear entry instructions, great A/C, good shower with 2 mini bottles of shower gel.
When we arrived, the suite had not been cleaned properly (and looked like it haven’t in ages). A clean top sheet was simply put over blood stained and hair coated sheets on the bed. Blood on the toilet flusher. Dirty kitchen and bathroom taps. The walls and doors had spots of sticky stains, and the windows had streaky handprints. The couch cushions were stained and warn, as well as the fabric headboard. 4 burnt out lightbulbs. Gunk covered light switches. Upon complaint, the apartment sent over a very sweet young girl who did some cleaning, changed the bedding, pillows and put the couch covers in the wash. After sending over the cleaner and offering cancellation, Carlota (the contact provided) immediately stopped relying to our messages and we had to contact 3 other lines to get a hold of someone to sort out the situation as it was the Easter long weekend and there was nowhere else to stay. Finally, we were able to get in touch with the apartment and we were granted 40% off our stay as there were no alternative accommodations (If we could have, we would have vacated immediately!!).
During our first night we discovered.. No fire extinguisher, fire blanket or first aid kit (which are legal requirements in Portugal?). We found dirty plates in the cupboard and had to run everything through the dishwasher. The freezer works, though has broken some broken plastic. No tea towel and a millimeters of dish soap. There are rat traps on every stairwell landing - perhaps an indication of infestation?
The entire suite is covered with dents and dings and needs to be redone.
There is potential for this to be a lovely suite, if it was properly upkept and cleaned. The walls need to be repainted and the chipped cupboards, doors and walls need updating. Very unfortunate situation. Would not recommend this suite to anyone unless it has been seriously tended to and the hosts gain some serious cleaning and upkeep standards.

The apartment had all the basic requirements and was reasonably quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was airy and spacious, and the shower room was nice and clean. The locaction is reasonably central, if slightly shabby, but does have some nice coffee bars and small shops for basics
We did have a few problems with things missing, such as the information pack, there was only one wine glass etc and the freezer was completely solid with ice. We did contact the owner who promised to fix but only the freezer was sort of resolved. Our apartment was on the 4th floor (eight flights of stairs) and the lift was broken for the whole of our stay not great with bags etc
