Situated in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely condo for £325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. In the prestigious Woodwinds development, this stunning 3 level townhome sits in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood on the 4th Fairway of Sierra Star Golf Course. This property is close to The Village, free trolley stops and ski slopes. We have included every comfort for you and your group to have the perfect Mammoth getaway. From your own personal jacuzzi to a fully-stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, both luxury and comfort are just a reservation away. We know you are going to love our home away from home! The 2,100 sq ft floor plan, combined with beautiful upgrades, accommodates large families and groups - plenty of space for all ages. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living areas and a 2-car attached garage all appointed with new furnishings, TVs and kitchen items. The kids will love having their own space in the downstairs bonus room complete with SMART TV, games and a pullout queen sofa sleeper. The bonus room is adjacent to a full bathroom and a bunk room (with a brand new bunk bed; twin-over-full) with a pullout twin trundle. The laundry room and private jacuzzi overlooking the golf course are also located on the first floor. The main level boasts an expansive floor plan with a fireplace and plenty of seating for home movie nights. The dining room seats a crowd; the dining table seats 8 and extra seating is at the kitchen counter. Open the sliding doors to find a large balcony overlooking the golf course with a new BBQ grill and patio furniture made specifically for sitting in serenity. The chef's kitchen is well stocked for delicious home-cooked meals. On this floor, you will also find 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds and SMART TVs and another full bathroom. The 3rd floor holds the master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and a new SMART TV. The private master bath is equipped with a jetted tub and heated floors for supreme luxury. The attached 2-car garage is priceless on the snowy days. Additional covered guest parking spots are also steps away. The private covered spa is serviced regularly and the BBQ is ready for grilling! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! We also provide a queen air mattress (no linens) as an extra bed option. NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. we stayed over with our extended family (6 adults, 4 kids) for two nights and truly enjoyed our time here. the house was warm and welcoming, well maintained and clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. highly recommended!

My group of friends visited Mammoth to mountain bike. The townhouse is .8 miles to the Villiage where the bus/bike shuttle picks up. Location was perfect! The house was very comfortable for 6 of us. We had 4 people that canceled and it would have felt crowded with 10. The garage was nice to store our bikes and gear. The hot tub was relaxing. We would stay here again.

The rental was perfect for our 10 person family snow trip. Property Manager called the day of check in to inform us the spa wasn't working which was nice of them. We didn't plan on using anyways. Parking garage won't fit large vehicles so you'll have to use the two open spots in the covered lot. I couldn't find the uncovered lot, but they had record snow so I think it was used to pile the snow on.

Overall, the property was great, and was as described. There were some maintenance items that we reported, that will hopefully be addressed. Nothing major, just scheduled thermostat changes, and tub draining. We were there during a blizzard, where power went out. It would be helpful to have flashlights on the property, but they were very responsive, even after hours. I would recommend the property.

This house was perfect for 10 friends for a ski/snowboard weekend! Clean, fully equipped, and cozy. Close to the village and short drive to the mountain. Can walk 10-15 minutes to a shuttle stop. Will definitely come back!

Great home
We spent Thanksgiving here and the home is plenty big with a nice bonus room downstairs next to the room with the bunk bed and trundle. Kids stayed downstairs and the adults upstairs. Kitchen stocked with all necessary tools. Lovely view of snow covered golf course. We even saw a bear one morning from the living room windows.

Nice Summer Family Getaway
This was a much needed and overdue summer getaway. We had a great time making memories with extended family and friends. There was plenty of space for everyone. There were a few things that needed attention which I brought up to management. Throughout our stay we had some questions, I called a couple times with no answer, left a message and no return call. It would have been helpful to have someone available to answer non urgent questions or concerns. The description of the home said it accommodates 4 cars, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Two cars do not fit on the driveway, our group had SUVs and a large pickup truck. Only one small car would fit parallel parked in the driveway. Overall it’s a great place and look forward to renting again!

Comfy, large home near the slopes
We had a lovely time at the property and would love to return. The house is spacious and comfortable with good areas for kids to play while the adults relaxed. It is a 2 minute drive from the Village, so there is plenty for families to do, and it's very easy to get to the slopes.
Our only issue with the house was that it was not properly cleaned on arrival. There were remnants of snacks on the floor, on tables, etc, and insufficiently cleaned tub and shower. To management's credit, however, they promptly got a cleaning staff over and cleaned the unit, so our stay went smoothly after that.
Of note, there are three floors in the home, and getting to the main floor requires stairs, so do be aware if stairs are an issue.

The location was excellent. The cleanliness of the house could of been better. We had to wear socks the floors were dirty and the table tops dirty. My son had found a lighter in the top bunk bed when he lied down. The bathroom shower off the kitchen was clogged it wouldn't drain immediately. We did enjoy the house and stay but have to be honest.

Great Property!
We loved our stay here, and this house has all of the amenities you could ask for. It felt like home, and was in a good location from the Village and Canyon Lodge. I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home, perfect for a winter getaway with family or friends. Plenty of room for everyone, close to skiing, with a deck overlooking the woods and a covered hot tub for a post-winter sports dip. We'll definitely be back!

Great experience overall
The house was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of games and other amenities to keep us entertained throughout our whole stay there. Overall great experience, and would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Not too far from the summit area, yet far enough where it felt like a nice little getaway from the business of living in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

lots of space!
We brought 9 guys for a bachelor party and there was plenty of space and beds and a great common area. You never know how comfortably a place will really accommodate a group that size, but we really enjoyed it. We had a minor problem with hot tub but the managment came out and fixed it first thing the next morning, which was awesome service and appreciated! Nice location on a golf course, nice garage for two cars, and centrally located in the Mammoth area. Definitely would stay here again with a big group!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The place was spacious with all the amenities one would need staying at 5 star place. Great location and distance from the Village. We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon.
