Alcuni dettagli: difficoltà di regolare il termostato in camera, dispenser di sapone dall’altro lato della doccia che era molto lunga e quindi si doveva continuamente uscire dal getto d’acquq

Excellent short-stay location for Pedralbes & Bonanova

Excellent location for Pedralbes and very helpful, kind staff. The hotel restaurant is amazing quality

Some street noise (traffic, early morning trash collection etc) in rooms facing on the main road - make sure to ask for room at back if you are a light sleeper

i loved ever aspect!

there is nothing to talk about really. there hasn‘t been a toilet brush, which was inconvenient but else everything was perfect.

good stay but need to be clear on what is included and additional charges.

they had two rooms available suitable for our family of 5

i was told breakfast was included only to have the woman chase me out the door to charge me (didn’t have time to question as we had to get to airport). was also charged $1 euro for 2 nespresso pods that we used in the room to make ONE cup of coffee which I never ended up drinking because there was no cream; only sugar. there was no sign posted either about the charge or how to use the machine. you can’t assume people will know!

Nice hotel with good location

Nice location, 7-8 min of walking to metro line that will take you anywhere you need as a tourist. It was cleaned every day, towels changed also. Enough space in a room for 2 persons, where to leave luggage. Room looks modern.

Bathroom without a brush for a toilet and there is no air vent in bathroom to take the steam out when you shower. Also, bed was not so comfortable, with hard mattress, I had a feeling like I am sleeping on the floor

Good, but could be better for 4-start hotel

The personal on the reception was very friendly and responsive, they change our room on a bigger and better one after a water leak problem in the bathroom. Sound isolation from the street was very good in both rooms. The location of the hotel is good, in 9 minutes walking distance metro line L3, which can bring you directly to the city center in 20-25 minutes, and very good connection to the airport by metro (only one switch). Overall the room was clean and there was wine/bottle opener, and coffee machine.

In the first room which we got was cracked shower tray in the bathroom, but we got a room upgrade. There were also a few ants in the first room near the entrance, but we didn't see them in the other room. The lighting in the room could be better. The soundproofing from the corridor is terrible, you can hear everything very loudly.

My secret getaway in Barcelona.

Beautiful and functional design of hotel and rooms. Attentive staff. Restaurant serving delicious food all day. Close to transport for city centre.

our coffee wasn’t restocked each day and one of the dressing gowns wasn’t replaced.

Absolutely fantastic and attentive staff, excellent restaurant.

The rooms are somewhat basic. The bed is a bit hard, the pillows - quite flat, and the blanket - quite thin. The hotel charges for coffee capsules in the room, which was an (unpleasant) surprise at checkout. The breakfast is not a buffet, but à la carte. It was excellent, but got repetitive after a while.

good value in this neighbourhood

chose the location because of meetings and was very good value considering other hotels in the area. has a very nice modern appearance and pleasant bar/restaurant.

not too much to do in the neighbourhood. just a regular residential neighbourhood and quite a walk for anything interesting for visitors.

Excellent stay, excellent quiet location for family and business people.

The location (quiet), the room and the beds, the breakfast and the staff that was always very helpful to us. Speifically Olliver who made our son (8) feel like home :-).

When you have a room at the front side it can be a little noisy since the restaurant/bar is downstairs and has a terrasse that can be quite busy in the evenings, but we didn't really mind because around midnight the restaurant closes.
