Net, ruim,... Steeds vriendelijk en hulpvaardig! bedankt.

Goede locatie , ruime slaapkamers

Veel lawaaihinder door werken in straat. Douchekop was kapot De woonkamer was opgeofferd om een 3e slaapkamer in te voorzien. We misten een ruimte om te zitten

No living room, lots of noise from neighbours and roadworks that we were not informed about

Good

The location is very central. Very nice surroundings. The bedrooms were all made nicely and fresh linens and towels were provided too. The host were helpful

The centralised location make it harder to get parking spot for us since we are driving (doing a road trip) even with a nearby underground carpark, the hassle of dragging the luggages to and fro is inconvenient. We were fined a total of 120euros for parking at the nearby alley, esp when the road along the apartment’s entrance was blocked for some road work.

Location was great! Close to restaurants and points of interest.

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower was a uncomfortable.

Good location, but absolutely unacceptable conditions such as super unhealthy mold in ac units and lack of personal care

Big apartment in fantastic location in Baixa

Location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the Baixa. We were early and couldn’t leave our bags in the apartment but there are Bounce luggage storage places very close by which was really easy. The apartment is big. We did a tuk tuk tour of the old town with Paolo from Eco Tuk Tours that I would highly recommend. Lots of great places to eat just round the corner from the flat.

At the moment there is major works on Rue de Prata changing a water pipe which is a bit smelly. Ok if you keep the windows closed (it has aircon). While the apartment is big (3 bedrooms and a kitchen) there isn’t anywhere to sit together and eat which is a little strange. Table and chairs would be good. And the shower is over a very strange bath with a step in it (would be amazing if it was upgraded to a walk in shower).

Great location

Great location. Two of the bedrooms spacious and light. All you need for an easy stay, but don't expect luxury or any service. We managed well but in hindsight we should have chosen a proper hotel. We could leave our luggage in storage for a few hours before our flight left (250 m away, 3rd floor no elevator, strange small dusty locker but it worked).

No meeting with personnel, requested to drop 50 euro tax in mailbox. They didn't come to collect it at the Apt. as they had requested themselves at start (we had a day and time set), didn't let us know they were not coming. I finally had to ask via WhatsApp since we were waiting till and wanted to go outside. Only communication via WhatsApp with "Ricardo"(?), lots of smileys, friendly. Dishwasher not working properly, I was requested to send video "and their technicians would check it". Not fixed during our stay. One bedroom small, like a dungeon and smelly (was to the back of the building, food fumes from other buildings entered, had to keep window shutters closed). One person could eat in the kitchen at a time, if you put in a second chair nobody could pass. Hard, worn beds, lots of noice from the street in early morning. Worn and scarce kitchen utensils.

spacious and close to the water. easy to get to and had all the amenities needed for a little stay away

the mattresses on all beds definitely need replacing and AC units need checking as the apartment was freezing. may be good at getting a tumble dryer

The perfect place for a city break.

The apartment was perfect for us, plenty of room for 3 people, all the facilities that you could want and in an excellent location for everything Lisbon has to offer. Great instant communications with the owner. We hope to be back very soon!

Wonderful cozy apartment!

It was very close to the center and the apartment was beautiful. Great to have a quick dinner or breakfast in the apartment. Very clean and comfy

Tub is a little bit dangerous if you use it for the shower cause it has a step that is easy to slip on Room in front of the bathroom has a small window above the door and if someone turns the light while going to the bathroom (switch is outside) all the light comes into the room

Good location, facilities were lacking in essential needs for our stay.

Location was very good. Comfortable beds.

There was only one toilet in the unit but it did not work. We spent a lot of time trying to get it fixed. The host was very delayed with responses and getting us help. We spend 2 days/nights at this location but did not have a working toilet for 1 full day/night. Host also ignored our requests to get a discount for the nonfunctioning toilet. Also, for a 3 bedroom place, there is no adequate sitting area.

Beautiful sunny Lisbon weekend.

Ricardo was excellent and sent information before arrival. He was always prompt with responses when we needed anything, and with recommendations. The flat was clean. There was tea/coffee and spices available. The flat was in an excellent central location with easy access to Barrio Alto, Tram 28, Alfama. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep. Would definitely book again for a weekend group trip.

We had a great time. Recommend. 10/10

The location is super convenient, right next to restaurants and port. We had no problem stumbling home after drinking in the restaurants round the corner ;) The rooms were very nice, clean, tidy, no complaints there. There were clean towels, blowdryer, nice kitchen. 10/10.

The only downside to being in the center is the noise - old tram on old tracks going the whole night right next to the rooms. We could also hear people coming into the building. It didn't bother us much but if someone is a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Great location but the apartment is in a bad shape.

The apartment is very small, old and not maintained as expected (nothing like the pictures in Booking). It does not fit for a family of 5. The bath is disaster. No place to sit and eat. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Great and comfortable apartment in a good location

Great location, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for sleeping with the wooden blinds

Taking a shower was really difficult as there was no medium heat water, it was either very hot (too hot) or freezing cold. We were not able to flush the toilet more than once an hour. It made it difficult to live between 4 people in the house. Considering the price of the apartment, you would expect these facilities to be working well. I was also missing a living room/living area to sit together with all the guests.

Great apartment, centrally located, close to luggage lockers

The apartment is centrally located - Restaurants, cafes and popular attractions were at walking distance - well furnished with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Staff was really helpful and always reactive when needed. Thank you Ricardo for assisting with everything. Ricardo helped us find lockers to place our luggage at at check out. There's a close one around 5 minutes away.

The rooms face the street so the sound of the tram is slightly noisy which is totally normal when centrally located. The shutters are double glazed which makes it much better. We slept well

Great apartment, excellent location, excellent hosts with great communication. A little work needed.

Lovely apartment with very high ceilings, there is no living room as what would normally be the living room is the master bedroom, allowing 6 people to sleep comfortably. Air conditioning in each bedroom worked very well.

The bathroom sink was partially clogged and drained very slowly, and the toilet flush didn't work the morning we left, so it needs some care. I didn't find our bed very comfortable. It was just OK.

Lovely appartment in the heart of Lisbon. Excellent location.

As we were a family of 5, it would have been nice to have a living room, as there was no main area to congregate.

Very poor

The location is great.

The management was really poor. We had to wait for 3h until we could get in to the property, even though, it was not ready by the time we had to get in. The number of towels were less than the number of people we stayed I the property, and they didn’t provide us more. I messaged them and never got resolved. On top of all of this, a new guest tried to come into the flat the day we had to do the check out really early in the morning. The management of the property was very bad, and if you have any issues they won’t help.
