Everything was perfect starting from the person working on reception. He was very kind to that level that he shared with us information about most important things to see in Rome. Towels were changed every day and the room was being cleaned every day. The location is nearby every kind of public transportation. To sum up, looking forward to coming again.

Kind staff, great location: close to the station. Decent price. AC was great!!! Fridge has an ice compartment.
Limited choice for breakfast. Dirty towels. Yeast in the bathroom. Dust on shelves and a dirty floor (when you wipe it).

The location is very good (close to Roma Termini, about 10 minutes walk). The staff was very nice and helpful, answering every question. The breakfasts were tasty. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The beds were so comfortable that I slept on them better than at home haha. I recommend this hotel, for this standard everything went very well.

Close to Termini station, 5 minutes on foot. Fridge and cattle in the room.
Dirty curtains and walls. Not suitable for a long stay, for 1-2 nights it is ok.

The location quite close to Roma Termini
They charge 20€ more to paid by cash for late check in, when in their website it says 10€ and we notify in advance our check in time. The building Is super old and the elevator just work for 2 people. El desayuno es super basico.

The building outside was tired but for a 2 star it was very nice. The breakfast was excellent and our host was very kind.
Probably the outside but that wasn't the hotels fault.

I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. They somehow get good reviews, but my experience was pretty bad. I got a single room, which is more expensive, and I got a room in the reception, with all that noise and I could listen to the receptionist from my room. Also, it was freezing. I asked to change the room and the receptionist was rude, finally, I had to pay more to get a decent room. The personnel speaks basic English with a strong accent, if you don't understand them, they get mad. I came with my family and they complained about the cleaning, if you like clean things, don't come here.
I won't come back to this hotel when I visit Rome again
