Your back patio houses a private hot tub, dog-friendly accommodations, and grill, perfect for lounging with the group after a long day of play. You're located on historic Duval Street, where stylish eating like Nine One Five mingles with high-end shopping. Stroll the two blocks down to the beach at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, and don't forget to snap a photo of Southernmost Point. This rental provides two private parking spots for guests to use. This property is made up of two condos that can be rented individually for smaller groups. Two full kitchens provide plenty of space and amenities for meals in, and a private washer and dryer make for easy laundry loads. You'll have six cable TVs and free WiFi during your stay. A dog is welcome. Book your group's visit to this home in the heart of historic Key West! *Please note that last-minute bookings cannot be made online. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This property is right on Duval St. so you're right in the middle of everything! The gate and locks make it a secure location and there's plenty of room. Highly recommend!

The bottom listing is the first floor rooms. Upstairs is remodeled and nicer. I think a shelf in the bathroom shower downstairs would be nice. We enjoyed the property and the location is fantastic. Vicasa agents are so nice and extremely helpful

Not one thing!! The unit was flooded, not one thing worked and all of us are sick from the mold in the unit. Neighbor told us Hurricane Ian flooded the unit and VACASSA never cleaned or fixed the unit before our visit

We loved the property however getting in contact with someone from the property was difficult. I never received the email about the door code and was locked outside for 15 minutes waiting for someone on the phone. There was also no first aid kit I could find when I was in need of a bandaid and there were no check out protocols listed. Otherwise the place was great, great location and easy to walk to and from.

The location was perfect! We were able to get to and from all the action on Duval with an easy walk to help burn off all the extra beer and let you sleep faw away enough from all the noise. The hot tub and amenities were clean. Be prepared to bring all the little things like salt, pepper, etc. Just make sure they give you the proper code to each door. Once you're in and settled it is an amazing getaway.

We recently stayed at the Duval Street Retreat with a party of 10 plus 2 dogs and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was spacious and very clean located on the southern end of Duval, making it very accessible to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The outside courtyard with table and chairs and hot tub was used every day and was a big plus. This is a perfect retreat in the heart of the action on Key West. We’ll be back!

The 2 units were perfect for our extended family and location can't be beat. Off the street enough for privacy but close to shopping and great options for dining and treats. Did have some difficulty with the key pad on the bottom unit that required several phone calls on multiple days and two visits by maintenance personnel while we waited in the heat - the issue was finally resolved on the third day. Management was responsive each time I called although one person kept insisting that the door was open according to their information but I kept telling her that it was not - the bolt was in place, she finally sent someone out but it wasn't until the third day that the maintenance person found the problem was simply that the batteries needed to be changed.

We went for a bachelorette party during the tropical storm in June 2022. Although the weather was less than ideal the location and apartments were perfect. Walking distance to most things on duval. The apartments were clean and well air conditioned. We were unable to use the outside deck bc of the rain but it was cute. The only down side is that you are very close to other houses/apartments behind you and can hear people talking. Would recommend!

We travelled with a mixed group of friends and family of multiple ages. The two unit setup worked well for us. The location is great. Right on Duval but at the ‘quieter’ end yet close to the beach and other attractions.

Very clean, seamless check in and check out. Easily accommodated 9 adults. The only issue was the pullout sofa on the upper level was missing some springs on the bed. The first morning my son woke up and had sunk into what can only be described as a nest 😂. It wasn’t an issue we just removed the mattress and laid it on the floor which for him was much better than a hid-a-bed anyway. Great restaurants and shopping and 2 blocks from the beach. I would 100% recommended this property and look forward to staying here again! Also the local office was also 2 blocks away and since our flight was several hours before check in. They were very gracious in letting us store our luggage while we did some exploring and checked out one of the great restaurants nearby.

The fixtures and appliances worked well - for the most part, the light switch in downstairs right bedroom didn’t function - manual on/off of lights by disconnecting plugs. Upstairs unit is more updated than downstairs. Good water pressure. Amenities as promised - beach and regular towels, ample tp etc. The outdoor deck needs repair (multiple people reported splinters) and the hot tub was sub-perfect but didn’t stop us from using it at all. The TVs were pretty ancient - but had cable and come on - you’re not there to watch TV.
Would recommend - it’s key west, I’ve stayed in worse, stayed in better. Price reflects demand and was superior to other options in the price range. Loved the courtyard and set back off street atmosphere. Very safe. The location is great if you want to go to Higgs, southernmost areas, and enjoy the 1 mile stroll down toward the heart of Duval with a little less noise. We sure did.

City shut off our water for a good part of the day.
