The location is just perfect, the staff were super nice and professional. I would like to thank Sofia at the front disk, she was super nice and helpful, one of the best front disk i ever deal with, well educated, respectful, nice and polite, she finished check in in a minute, she answered all questions about the city and recommended nice places to go, sent me complementary choclate 2 times. First time for me here but i felt home and i extended my stay because of her nice treatment, i will stay at majestic everytime i come to berchalona,

Water in bathroom is warm not hot. Elevator is slow sometimes.

Tesisin ana binasının dışında caddenin karşı tarafında ( süit) yine tesise ait bir binada konakladık. Her konuda yardımcı oldular ama ana binadaki kadar güvende ve konforlu hissedemedik kendimizi .

The location, apartment lobbies smelt lovely. Very clean and organised apartment.

The hotel doesn’t have a warm pool for a child/children. 2 different lifts to get to the apartment.
