Nestled in Corvallis, this charming house for £175 per night is a great choice for your next break. Relax in style in our newly remodeled and fully equipped 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with outdoor patio and grill as well as high speed internet. We put a lot of love in this place and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families, a group of friends as well as business travelers. It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, banks etc. and one block from the bus stop. OSU and Reser stadium are just a 7 minute drive away. Open Floor Concept to Relax or Entertain The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings and the cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house has both air-conditioning and heating. Depending on your preference, the heating can be controlled individually in each room. Multi-Level Setup Two bedrooms with one full bathroom upstairs and the 3rd bathroom and full bathroom downstairs allow for privacy when needed. The new mattresses as well as pillows have protective covers to guarantee best hygiene standards. Bathrooms Enjoy spa-like showers in both full bathrooms. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as fresh soft towels. You'll also find a hair dryer and first aid kit. Kitchen & Dining The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quality pull-out cabinets, granite countertops and ceramic cooktop is equipped with necessary cooking ware and utensils. The beautiful reclaimed wood dining table seats 6 people comfortably. Patio with Grill & Outdoor Dining Enjoy a nice BBQ or breakfast outdoors on our patio, which comes with gas grill and outdoor furniture with sun protection. Guest Access You'll be able to enter the property at any time during your stay with a code that will be provided before your arrival. Other things to note The place is professional cleaned prior to your stay and fresh linen and towels are provided. The garage fits one cars. Additional parking space for 1 car is available in front of the house and street parking is also possible. If you love nature, Martin Luther King Park with several hiking trails is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Our family was overwhelmingly joyful with our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and suitable for all of our needs. I was especially impressed with the kitchen amenities and spotless bathrooms. To my surprise, my family found the beds made for an easy night of sleep. Too, my 4-year old was amused by the deer and turkeys that roamed the streets near the property. The only form of dismay I have is that the property is already booked for the all of the other weekends I'll visit Corvallis - good for them!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had three adults visiting Corvallis for the first time to see our OSU child. The layout was just what we needed. Spacious bedrooms and cool AC was just what we needed between campus visits, sporting events, and wine tasting. Would highly recommend, and will try to rent the same house for future stays!

The house was a great place for a quick visit back to Corvallis. It was easy to locate and had everything thing we needed for our stay. Saw a few deer out the windows in the morning. It’s an easy drive to McDonald Forest and Chip Ross for a hike and a short drive to MLK park for an evening walk. You won’t go wrong if you book this house.

Overall this was a nice place to stay with our family visiting for a graduation. There was plenty of room and appreciated being able to park 2 cars in the garage. Quiet residential neighborhood.
The basics are provided like a hotel but not much else. One towel per person and no extra blankets/linens. There was coffee, soap/shampoo, detergent. Overall clean and clutter free. If you’re visiting with a family, bring things that will make you comfortable. I was glad I brought a deck of cards for our family to enjoy a night in.

Property is in a great location, very quiet neighborhood. Deer peaked at us each morning thru the kitchen window! Carpet should be changed out or deeply cleaned and the house could use a deep clean. Overall, our stay was lovely.

The only problem in the condo I found was the carpets in the bedrooms were very stained. It was an excellent size and we took full advantage of using the bbq grill out back. I don’t know if it mentioned it or not, but the cabinets in the kitchen are very high. Since I am only 4’ 10”, I had to have someone get all the dishes down for me. This place is perfect for a family gathering and it’s got a great location in Corvallis.

We were a family of 5 and had a great stay in this townhome in Corvallis. It has a new kitchen and was very comfortable for us. We would stay there again in the future. Highly recommend

This home was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean, and in excellent condition. It was fairly close to my daughter’s Sorority, which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Catharina was great at communicating, and making sure to drop off anything we needed for the kitchen. ( the kitchen was a bit sparse for baking etc- but just asked her and she dropped things off.

Very clean condo for 6, nice and simple plan, 3 bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay.
If you are a reader and want to just lounge in the bedroom or living room the lighting is low, this could be improved.

We stay at a lot of VRBOs. This place is beautiful. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood of townhomes about a 5 min drive to downtown Corvallis. Great property in a quiet and woodsy location
This unit was so relaxing. The outside area had dears roaming around and it just felt peaceful. The home was clean with modern decor. We spent most of our time on the back patio as the weather was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This townhome is absolutely beautiful—very modern and deocorated tastefully! Loved the layout—great for sharing with another couple or even 3 couples. The location was good—located in a nice neighborhood and Just a few minutes drive to shopping. We highly recommend this townhome!

Great for Thanksgiving visit to Corvallis !
We came to Corvallis to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and this was the perfect location and options for our immediate family. Six adults and two young children. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths we could all settle in and enjoy. The kitchen was great for preparing our portion of the Thanksgiving dinner held at our family home in the area. The space was great for relaxing and getting our own breakfasts and snacks..... the area was nice for some walks when the weather allowed. Enjoy it .... we did.

Winter Soltice in Corvallis
Well appointed townhome. Comfortable beds. Heating works well. Full kitchen has all needed to feel at home. We saw mule deer out the back window every day - a total of at least five different ones, and several we saw numerous times. Close to hiking trails.
Wish they had washcloths in the bath. Had problem with the freezer in the fridge. Wish they had nightlights in baths and dimmer on light over dining table.

We needed a place for a small family visit and this could not have been better. Great patio, kitchen, and dining area. The modern bathrooms were perfect.Could use more reading lights, but maybe we read too much, and all other features worked great. We would definitely rent this property again. It was great to have a nice place close to our son.

It was a very quiet area. Good neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. A few deers and turkeys roaming the area but I thought that it was awesome. The only thing that I didn’t expect was all the stairs. I was glad that the main rooms was on the 1st floor. But the positive side of it was that we did put in a lot of exercise during our stay with all the stairs. Thanks to our host for allowing us to stay there. We came to help with a wedding of one of our friends who were staying in your unit that was located above us. It was so great because we didn’t have to travel far to help each other. Again thank you!

Great!
Everything was great! Everything felt new and clean, from the furniture to the sheets. The layout was ideal for our situation; the parents had a room next door to the kids’ room, the grandparents had their own room on the main floor.
The location was quite, no rowdy college kids near.
I appreciated the garage door opener to provide parking there or in the driveway; there was also plenty of street parking.
The tv, with a Netflix account and access to other viewing apps, was also a huge plus.
I recommend this place & will stay here again on the next visit to see family.

Great property. Just like in the pictures. Quiet and comfortable.
The property looks just like the pictures. It is in a quiet neighbor and very easy to get to a main street. The kitchen, living/dining area and bathrooms have all been updated. I really liked that each room’s heat was controlled by individual thermostats. The owner’s were very easy to contact and were very quick to reply. We were coming to Corvallis on short notice from Texas and the owners gave us suggestions for places to eat and directions.
This is a great townhouse and I would definitely stay there again.
