Y’all will love it here at Ocean Dunes on Hilton Head Island. This cozy family-friendly villa has a beautiful oceanfront view. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony while looking at the sunrise later take a short walk and spend the day on the beach or take a dip in the heated pool. Walk or bike to Coligny Plaza where there are a lot of great restaurants and shops or stay home and use the grill & picnic area next to the pool. This unit has a king-size bed, 2 bunk beds & a sleeper sofa, wireless internet service, gated parking, elevators & stairs, on-site laundry facilities, Two beach accesses with bathrooms, and an outdoor shower clean-off area, Marriott & Hilton are neighboring hotels that you can visit their Oceanside Bar and Starbucks, down the street and coming soon the Low Country Celebration Park & bike paths to everywhere on the island. The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool that will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, which is the industry standard. This was our second time to stay at this location. We find it to be in the perfect spot close to everything. We accidentally got locked out of the room and was stuck on the balcony. We called to get help. Help arrived within 30 minutes and we were so grateful! We cannot wait to come back for another 8 day vacation!

To Whom It May Concern,When my husband and I arrived in Room 220 July 22nd, it was not properly cleaned. We are not complaining people, but we were very unhappy when we checked into the room. I really think the owner should be informed.1. Silverware in drawer was put away with caked on food! Gross.2. Someone's old water bottle was between the bed and nightstand! How they put clean sheets on is beyond me.3. Dust under the bed has been there for some time.4. The front door always took minutes to try to open. That really needs to be changed.5. The sliding door and screen definitely needs to be replaced. Very difficult to move.6. Hairs all over the bathroom floor.

We liked this condo a lot. Very nice location, great view of the ocean, and perfect size for two people. The AC keeps the unit nice and cool. Our only complaint was that the lock and key were a little tricky to work. A touch pad would make it much easier.

Liked the view and furnishings. The door lock was a little headache. Using the key. Had some problems with the TV. Might have been self imposed. Enjoyed the stay but weather was a little testy.

We found this to be an absolutely perfect location (we took frequent walks and bike rides to Coligny square, and long bike rides along the beach to the southern tip of the island), with a beautiful view, a nice heated pool, and a grill area that we enjoyed using. The only things that could have made it better would be if it had electronic vs. key entry, and a more comfortable pull-out bed.

Mom always enjoys staying in room 220. It was an early 80th birthday treat for her. This place is clean, and everywhere has beach accents. Even thoughtful notes from the owner of where to find things. Love being oceanfront and enjoying that view in the living room and sitting on the porch. It's close to the shops and the staff is great at welcoming you home when we visit! Love this place!

The unit was very nicely decorated and perfect for what we needed for the three of us. It was very clean and stocked with all the things you would need for your trip. It faced the ocean and we could easily see the pool which was wonderful. Would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future!

Fall beach vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! We were able to sit on our balcony every night and watch the deer down below us as they ate. We were able to see the diving seagulls at the ocean as well. It is the perfect spot, in the perfect area. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had!

Location was fantastic!
Had a wonderful time! Unit was exactly what we needed. Wish the management company would add a link to the listing to communicate before booking. Just a couple of cons. Handles in the tub need to be fixed, AC trips the breaker, and no storage for dry food. Other than those minor issues, unit had everything we needed.
