Serenity Cabin is situated along the Big Thompson River at Aspen Brook. Managed by Aspen Brook Vacation Homes with a local property management office, you have the best of both worlds - stay super close to Rocky Mountain National Park, but have the convenience of being just minutes from the downtown village. Aspen Brook is a small community of vacation homes only 2.5 miles from downtown Estes Park and so close to the national park you can walk from your vacation home. Serenity has four spacious bedrooms, two living areas both with natural gas fireplaces, Flat screen Smart Samsung TV's and plenty of space for everyone. Central Air-conditioning and new natural gas furnace. So comfy, you'll be tempted to never leave! Relax in the new deck furniture facing the river and star gaze. With no streetlights, the dark skies make stargazing spectacular. The wonderful salt-water hot tub is on the river facing deck and is a great way to wind down after hiking the park all day!

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved having the Big Thompson river flowing through our backyard! The home was warm and welcoming and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the wildlife that came around every day. We will definitely stay there again!

This is a quiet location where you can listen to the river and star gaze while soaking in the hot tub. It's a short hike away from the Y which was great for the kids. It's also a short drive from downtown. The house itself was stocked with almost anything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The showers were warm with great water pressure. The kids enjoyed playing games and with the stuffed animals. Also, there is a small playground on the property where the kids could run around. Tamra was available by phone for any questions. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We just stayed a week in this beautiful mountain retreat on the Big Thompson River. House was clean, fully furnished and comfortable to be in for a week. Sitting on the deck and listening to the river was peaceful. Tamara was quick to respond with any question and/or request and checked in while we were staying there. Would definitely stay her again.

Incredibly convenient to groceries and Rocky Mountain National Park, the Serenity Cottage was a perfect place for our family of 5. It was a nice touch (and one less hassle) to have the trash bags and dishwasher detergent provided. Birdwatching from the deck and star-gazing from the hot tub are fabulous moments of relaxation after long hikes. If you come, don't miss Cinnamon's bakery or the Himalayan Curry and Kebab restaurant. Coupons for Dave's BBQ in a handout at the visitor center!

Serenity Cabin was exceptionally clean and well-represented on the website. We are a family of 6 with kids between the ages of 11 and 20. It was nice to have three floors so everyone had some extra space to themselves after spending the day together hiking, rafting, or shopping. You could easily host a couple of families here at the same time. It is an easy short drive south of Estes (a couple of miles) which makes it very close to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. The Thompson River flowing directly behind the house and the salt water hot tub made this place better than many other options. We saw elk and mule deer crossing the river right outside the cabin. Tamara provided us with quick feedback on our questions and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. We are pretty picky and we would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Ten minutes in the door and we were "un-wound" from traveling and felt as if the place had always been ours!!! ,,, everything was in its place including, not one but, TWO Christmas trees!! WoW!!! Thank you Ms Tamara and Aspen Brooks ,,, for the beautiful memories you provided for! You exceeded our desires and expectations! we WILL be back again!!

We had an excellent time in Estes and this property was a big part of it. Plenty of space for the kids and adults plus having the hot tub to soak away our aches after a long day of hiking or shopping. Property manager was very helpful and did a great job communicating to us before and during our stay.

We had five adults stay and the home fit everyone well. King size beds in most rooms. A basement with a tv and two couches gave us plenty of space to spread out when needed. The kitchen is very well stocked. We cooked at home quite a bit and had all the utensils and cookware we would need. The hot tub on the deck is fantastic. You can relax and listen to the river right below you. We will stay here again for future Estes trips. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Kitchen was well- appointed and had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. Home was in a scenic area close enough to town to be convenient but still feels like you are getting away. We loved listening to the river just off of the back deck. We had everything we needed for a fun week in Estes Park. We found lots of great hiking trails within walking distance of the house and the owners provided us with tons of information on the area that was very helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we visit.

Aspen Brook -All you can ask for
Great location just minutes from town. A peaceful setting next to the creek and deck with a hot tub to enjoy after a day of hiking in the snow. The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Enjoyed our time there during the winter storm and would definitely go back. Great communication from the property manager as well. 5 Stars!

Relaxing getaway
Perfect location, right on the river! We had coffee in the deck each morning and ended each day with a glass of wine on the deck, absolutely perfect and just what we wanted & needed. We will be back!!!

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids under 8). The deck near the river was my favorite place - so relaxing! The house is close to the Y Camp and the Park entrance. Highly recommend and our family will hopefully be able to stay there again soon!

The house was beautiful, plenty of space for everyone inside and out, it has a wonderful deck off the living room right off the river, we also enjoyed the salt water hot tub out there after a day of exploring in Rocky Mountain National Park. Great location, minutes from the National park, minutes from Estes. We drove Trail ridge road through the park to Grand Lake one day and Kayaked Grand lake and Mountain Shadow Lake, worth doing, absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we could need, was one of the best equipped kitchens we have rented, would definitely recommend the Serenity Cabin!

We’re new to VRBO, and this was a wonderful first experience. The house was perfect - exactly what we needed. The location was great - right outside RMNP. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the management was attentive and responsive… We’d definitely recommend it to friends and would stay here again!

We had plenty of room for our family and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the deck after long day of hiking. I would highly recommend!

The bathrooms are all decked out with stone/tile showers, and the kitchen has everything you’ll need for cooking and serving. Location is just a few minutes outside Estes Park, which is good given traffic and congestion downtown. This is a premier property in all facets, and most highly recommend.
