This charming contemporary top floor 1 bedroom plus loft 1.5 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been remodeled and renovated. Once you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and parking. The bus runs all day, so when you're done on the hill, they're there to pick you up and take you home. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're ready for a night of apres skiing in town. Great place, great location, great fun, enjoy the pool (summer only) plus spa, BBQ, and laundry facilities onsite plus 2 parking spaces only. Cute place but not the best for summer.
The property is in a great location and is overall very nice. It had new carpeting and seemed quite clean. It is rather dated and there is an extensive use of extension cords throughout the property. The management company was fabulous. We had one incident where the wiring on the cable for the TV wasn’t working. They sent someone out right away. He was polite and very thorough. Because there’s no air conditioning it gets quite warm in the condo. It is on the second floor so I was OK with leaving the bedroom windows open. The trash truck comes at 7:15 every other day so if you plan on sleeping in this is an issue. The kitchen is very well appointed. Lots of serving bowls good pots and pans and enough dinnerware for 6 to 8 people easily. One of the best appointed kitchens we’ve seen at a rental.

We stayed three nights over Presidents Day. This is an older value unit, but the floors and carpet were very dirty. The carpeting was dirty to the touch with small rocks and debris, and There were pieces of potato chips, coins and an old sock under the couch and table. The kitchen facilities were adequate. There was only one toilet in the unit considering it was billed as a 1.5 bath unit.

Great location. Very cozy. Sleeping space should be listed as "4" though. 2 Double beds are great but the loft futon mattress needs replacing,it's a back breaker. The sofa sleeper mattress is even worse. Kitchen is loaded. Common Jacuzzi and sauna are wonderful. Catch the red line to the village just out front. Shopping is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo is located in a great location but somewhat dated and only have 1 toilet. There were 3 beds plus a sofa bed which made it uncomfortable for 5 people. The cookware were all scratched up and only some of the burners on the stove were working.

The unit's layout was nice. Unfortunately the unit need to be dusted or better cleaned because my allergies went crazy and had to purchase medicine. It always cleared up when I left the unit. The carpet and entry needs cleaning...first impressions when walking in makes for a lasting impression.The couch needs to be replaced. It's sunken in the center and toward the back. Someone must have waxed their winter equipment with the iron because there was wax dripping off it when it was heated (lucky we didn't ruin any clothes).There were loose planks on the stairs leading up to the unit on the north end...I felt a bit uneasy walking on them.Side note: watch for bats at the front door. One welcomed us. :)I come to Mammoth regularly (every month) in the winter and I would not select this unit again.

All in all I would say our stay at this property was Okay. All the amenities were provided to us which was great. They had enough blankets, pillows, coffee maker, pots and pans, etc.it was only my husband and I so the space was big enough. But if there was a couple more people staying with us it would be really cramped.We booke a four night stay but left after three nights. We could not sleep at all. The bed was really uncomfortable. The couch needs to be replaced because the cushions are sinking in. and finally, some of the cooking pans should be replaced because the Teflon is worn off.

I came to visit my daughter who lives in Mammoth. This is the perfect location to everything. Free trolley system has a stop right near the complex. Condo was very clean and had many amenities to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this condo!

Our stay for Bluesapalooza was great. We simply picked up our keys from the drop box (no having to awkwardly go through the unit with the owner), drove down the street, and entered our unit. Sierra Manors was great because they have two spas, a pool, and saunas! We were lucky enough to be RIGHT next to a spa and sauna, which we definitely utilized. The only thing, which is very minor, was that there was no air conditioning. The unit and loft would get really hot at night and there are no windows upstairs to let any fresh air in.

What a wonderful place. Our previous rental was cancelled last minute due to flooding. We contacted the management and received access the same day. What a relief!! The place is well furnished with cooking supplies and enough room for two couples to have a wonderful trip. Close to a shuttle stop and the town. Definitely will come back again!!

Condo is smaller than it looks. It was okay for 3 people but the one toilet is a bit of a problem. Also the steps to the loft are steep. The overall appearance of the complex is poor but the location is good. Had a walkway outside to the other condos on the same level (second floor) which caused some noise. Bathroom and bedroom lacked heat. The heater was in the living room. The Jacuzzi had a partial cover which made it nice. The dishwasher looked new but it was difficult to start and very loud. You would not want to run it at night.

2 bedroom is actually a bedroom and a very spacious loft. Was a little surprised that one half bath was a sink and shower and not a toilet. Overall very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is excellently stocked with utensils and pots and pans and even some spices and other necessities like coffee filters. It is a second floor unit, so stairs are the only way up. Parking was easy, but expected that at this early part of the season. Bottom line is, I would stay here again as large space and well stocked kitchen are very important to me.

The only small catch was that I hadn't realized the condo is on the second floor with outdoor, rustic stairs. That wasn't great for my elderly parents. Also, there are two showers and sinks, but only one toilet. This was probably in the unit description, but I missed it. Nonetheless, they managed and we had a great stay.

Condo was a 5 minute walk to the Vons. Easy parking. The board games were a nice touch. We played Sorry. Super convenient location. Would stay here again. Bring your own oil to cook with, because there was none when we stayed.

We found this property fairly run down for the price we paid for it. The couches, pillows and carpet could use a good steam clean (very dirty and rundown). The counters still had coffee stains on them and there were remnants of food in the sink, which made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. The 2nd bathroom light didn't work so we used the main bathroom instead. However, the beds seemed clean and we were able to get a good night's sleep. Had we paid 25%-50% less, I would expect the mediocre conditions; but we paid top dollar for this place and felt uneasy sitting on the furniture or walking on the carpet without shoes/socks. I would probably only recommend this place in a pinch (which we were).

We stayed at Mammoth for a few days during Labor Day week. The condo we booked through VRBO was spacious, clean, and well-located. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by the Creek Fire which had erupted a couple days before we arrived. The air was quite smoky. On our second day, the surrounding national forest areas were closed due to the increased fire risk. I appreciate that we received a refund from Mammoth Sierra Reservations for the one night we forfeited by leaving early. We would definitely consider coming back some time in the future.

The property is clean and well-appointed, as described in the website. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and grocery store which made it very convenient. The property manager was very responsive when we found, at breakfast, that the coffee machine was broken. I called the office to let them know and, within the hour, delivered a brand new coffee maker. We are very pleased with the unit and will definitely stay here again.

Visited during summer time.
Overall the apartment/loft was great , however there is no A/C so it can get really hot at night ( since we were mostly out during the day) specially upstairs. I would recommend for winter time!

Minimal Views
Overall the property is great and if you plan on spending most of your day about town or on the mountain then its great. The downside is that there isn't much of a view and you can hear noise coming from adjoining condos.

Cute Cabin for a Cozy Stay
We traveled with another couple and this cabin was perfect! Central location and all the basic amenities covered. Spa and Sauna were a nice touch to end each day!

Amazing stay, nice place, good location
Nice place, lots of towels, conveniently located near lots of places to go (and near tram line to the slopes). It was easy to check in and out, and the place was very clean. Great bargain!
