Upon reaching the property I was worried we would be right in the thick of things in a noisy downtown way. Alas there was a quiet short walkway to our place and it was serene and private. There of us were visiting a friend who lives in Key West and we had a fine time cooking at the Duval St place as well as eating out in several great local restaurants. The grill was nice, enough cookware for us. The faucet sink was rickety but usable and the fridge made a weird noise but everything worked just fine. We would all go back there!

Very cute place, quiet when wanted. Loved the location, little walking but mostly centrally located on Duval street. Loved qll the shopa near by wirh great foos options. Beaches were close. Loved it

We had a great time in Key West, the location of rental was perfect, it was so convenient to everything in Key West. The rental was perfect for four people and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend this rental and will look to stay here again next year.

The property managers of this place are the most incompetent people in the world. The manager of the property management company (I think her name is “Kessenia” or something like it) lacked any sense of urgency to my various issues. First, finding parking wasn’t clear. Then, I came to realize I didn’t have access to the patio which included the hot tub and grill. On top of that, they were doing construction to the area ALL WEEKEND! I’ve been fighting with them for a partial refund which has yet to be processed, and I stayed there well over two weeks ago. It’s been a total nightmare dealing with this company. Also.. the pictures are not current at all. Different furniture. The apartment is also super noisy, and you can hear full conversations from the people below you.

Location is what you’re paying for. Beds and couches are extremely uncomfortable. My husband left in terrible back pain because of the mattress. Because of his back pain, we missed out on NYE celebrations. So disappointed on our first trip to KW.

I will start with great location. My allergies where horrible the entire time from what I thought may have been from the previous dog… but come to find there is black mold in the shower ceiling.. I didn’t realize the unit was upstairs and it was but rough on the knees. The hot tub smelled and is very old not worth going in… The beds were very squeaky, very hard and it killed my back. The furniture is pretty dirty… and very dated… It also wasn’t clear to me that there was a Vasca office for me to keep my luggage due to an early flight in, found out from the people that were there before us. All in Allgreat location and well equipped except mine I would suggest basic condiments for cooking and perhaps for the coffee maker cream and sugar.

The location is great. You are on the south end (quiet end) of Duval close to restaurants, shopping, the southernmost point, and Duval loop bus stop. The place was comfortable we stayed with another couple; they need to age the pictures to reflect the condition of the unit. All in all, a good place to stay and I would do it again.

As the header says, this is a great location, great place. Feels very safe, wonderful hot tub and the Vacasa team was helpful without being obtrusive. Also location is perfect for a short stay. I'd come back and recommend to others.
