Located in Steamboat Springs, this attractive condo for £158 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Perfect two bedroom three bathroom ground floor unit. Whether you enter from the one car garage or the building entrance, you will feel right at home in this great mountain condominium. Take a load off on the living room sectional sofa, and watch your favorite TV show, sports game, or a movie on the large flat screen TV. Not in the mood for TV, there are plenty of games in the entertainment center. Chilly winter days turn up the gas fireplace, warm summer days open the private balcony door to bring in the fresh air. Out on the covered balcony are chairs to enjoy the serene surroundings. Overlooking the pool, hot tub, picnic area, common yard, and grilling stations you have a great view of the action. Just on the other side of the living room is the dining room with a table to seat six, and four bar stools at the kitchen island. Having the kitchen right next to the dining room makes it easy if you forgot to grab anything. Fully equipped with black and stainless appliances, well stocked for all the meals you will be cooking. Still being part of the group, while cooking in the kitchen with it being open to the living and dining rooms. There is a full bathroom in between the garage and the kitchen. The stacking washer and dryer are at the bottom of the stairs on the way towards the bedrooms. For the master bedroom, there is a king bed, closet, flat screen TV, a door to access the private patio, a vanity sink, and a full bathroom. In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds. A closet, vanity sink and full bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. The Phoenix complex features fantastic amenities!! One of the Best properties in Steamboat Springs. With an outdoor heated pool ( closed in off seasons ), two hot tubs ( closed in off seasons ), a lounge with game tables and a pool table, a fitness center, a sauna, and high-speed wireless internet. It is a five-minute walk to the base area and Mount Werner, and just four miles from Downtown the Heart of our great little town. This is one of the best vacation spots on the mountain. Everything was great overall. Internet connectivity is not so good, but i think thats an issue for the entire town. The garage is too small for a f150 short bed, and outside parking is limited. Check in is a few miles away in a storefront office. The place is clean comfortable and spacious. The ac unit in the main area was a welcomed treat in the hot months, and cools the upper floor quite well. The pool and clubhouse are also clean and nice.

The location to the ski base is outstanding. Garage is great to have as we received over 2 feet of snow over the weekend. Would be nice to have some updated kitchen equipment and the stove burners are in need of attention. Showers were great. Overall great property for a ski trip.

Location was excellent - within walking distance to Gondola and square with restaurants. The condo is spacious and comfy with the exception of the 3 very small but clean and functional bathrooms. Everything was clean and nicely laid out for us. We did hear our upstairs neighbor a lot through the ceiling (lots of walking around and it sounded like they had a dog who was on the move quite a bit, but it didn't bother us all that much). Pool and hot tubs were nice. The building is older and a bit 80's feeling but not a big deal to us. Overall we were very happy with our stay and wished we didn't have to leave so soon!
