Located in Crested Butte, this lovely house for £439 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Historic 4BR newly renovated, located in the heart of town on Elk Ave. The Space: This is a beautiful fully renovated historic 4 bedroom home at the top of Elk Ave. Walk or bike to anywhere in the town of Crested Butte with ease. The home was just renovated top to bottom and offers top of the line furnishings, fixtures and appliances. This is an incredible property to enjoy historic Crested Butte from. Upon walking in you will find the kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and every cooking item you will need to chef up a world class meal. The living space is right next to the kitchen so you can enjoy the conversation of your family and friends while you cook. A dining area that seats 6 is across from the kitchen with 3 bar stools to accommodate additional guests at the bar top. The living room has a gas fireplace to warm you up after a day playing in the area. Off the living room is a powder bath. On this floor you will also find the master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom with steam shower. On the 2nd floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 with a full shared bath that each have a queen sized bed in them. The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in them and the house is also equipped with A/C. In the basement you'll find a recreation room complete with a full sized pool table, television, and comfortable seating. Upon walking into the backyard, you'll get to enjoy your personal hot tub sized for 6-8 people and your own parking area that you access off the alley. Also in the backyard is a lovely patio complete with a table and seating for 4 and a gas grill. Beautiful landscaping surrounds you at this historic home with all the finishes for a first class vacation! Must be 25 years of age and older to rent this property. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. Town of Crested Butte short term rental license is 001188. Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email. Guest Access: Check in instructions are emailed 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 pm MST. The Neighborhood: In the historic part of Crested Butte this house is walkable to basically everything town has to offer. The business district starts a block away. Getting Around: Easy to walk town and walk to the base area shuttle. Car is not necessary.

This is in a perfect location along elk ave, quiet dead end street but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is nicely maintained and the hot tub was great!

Wanted to stay in town this trip and this house on Elk Ave was the perfect spot and host! We had an extended family trip with three generations and the amenities, house layout and location were absolutely spot on. Would highly recommend for family or a couples get away! Thanks for the experience.

This place was fabulous!! This was my family's third visit to CB for a ski vacation. We have tried other locations in CB and this location on Elk Ave was perfect. We could walk to the city bus which was one block away. Walking distance to the grocery store, shops and and restaurants on Elk Ave. The home was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of dishes, linens and quality sheets/bedding. Nice touches of lovely art work and home decor set this vrbo apart from many others we have visited. The property managers were above and beyond! (we had a cancelled flight and they were so helpful to us). The layout of the home was perfect. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

The house was terrific for our stay with elderly parents and teenage kids. Nicely renovated and great size. The pool table was great fun for whole family in the evenings. So convenient for walks to everything in town and easy walk to ski shuttle too!

Great location - close to Kebler Pass and trails, in town, but quiet.
But if the weather doesn't favor hiking or strolling around town, there's a pool table, multiple TVs and puzzles to pass the time pleasantly. We'll be back!

Very clean with a very functional kitchen in an amazing location. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. which our group (2 families, all adults) loved. We went mountain biking and were able to walk to the bike shop and access awesome trails right from town. The hot tub was great after our days of hiking. This was our first visit to CB. We loved the town and our cozy home at 30 Elk! There were eight of us, two couples with our 4 adult daughters, and we were very comfortable with the bedroom and bathroom space. We all agreed, we’d love to rent this house again!

We loved our stay with our adult children! This beautiful home has been remodeled with top of the line appliances, beds are comfortable, house is very clean. The location is ideal to walking down the block to restaurants, coffee shops, & shops. Also very close to hiking trails. Parking right behind house. Appreciated the steam shower in master bath.

We were attending my son’s wedding in Crested Butte and were looking to stay near downtown, the wedding venue at the Performing Arts Center and near the bride’s parents’ home. This property was exactly what we needed. The lower level recreation room was wonderful for the kids, plenty of bathrooms for the seven of us and everything was well stocked and well maintained. We would stay again!

A beautifully done reconstruction with high end appliances and many thoughtful touches. We loved being so close to everything in town but a special surprise was the Sunday Farmer's market literally at our front door. This property would work well for a group that needs three adult bedrooms and a children's twin bedded room..

This is a great home. Had everything we needed for relaxing and enjoying some great family time. Kitchen is one of the better stocked homes we’ve rented (and we’ve rented quite a few). Great location , made it nice for walking around town plus close to great hiking trails. Shay was great to work with and ensured we had everything we needed foe a very comfortable visit. Hope to be able to go back!

We stayed here for my daughters wedding. The location couldn't be beat, right at the top of Elk Ave. The house is beautiful with high end appliances and fixtures. Beds were comfy. My young adult children enjoyed the basement entertainment center and pool table. Had a little trouble getting into the house b/c the info email link was broken but I was able to get a hold of Shay who gave me the key box code. I would hightly recommend this house and rent there again.

Perfect family vacation
We were in Crested Butte for a family vacation with our kids and parents and sister. This house was big enough for all 7 of us to sleep/live comfortably, was completely adorable, sparkling clean, extremely charming, and steps away from the downtown shops of Crested Butte. We could hike and mountain bike seconds from our doorstep. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and I can't wait to return.

Amazing time in CB!
The property management was great! They were amazing at helping us out with our skis that were shipped out early, and even picked them up! The property was perfect as well. It was quaint, but updated and just the right size. The hot tub was icing on the cake. It was perfect for Apres skiing as well. You can walk to dinner and go out for a couple drinks before walking back. I will definitely book again!!!
