Book your stay today! THINGS TO KNOW The internet in this area is unreliable. This home does not allow early check-in. Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location to Eagle express, but description about cable & media were somewhat correct in that internet is intermittent or non-existant, although the other condos had service. Found womes soiled panties in the guest closet.Also in the description it was said to have cable & media. Those both NEVER WORKED & when I reached out to Vacasa they told me they were going to take care of it. When after 3days of not hearing or seeing any action, I reached out everyday by the way. After inquires to any action, I asked for some compensation & was told it would be referred. Haven't heard anything from since.

The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The heater was a bit hard to figure out. It was driven by the fireplace. It took a while, but it eventually warmed up. It was convenient to Eagle. Vacasa evidently does not provide much other than the basics for the kitchen. We were given 2 coffee filters for 3 mornings. When I called to see if we could get another the answer was no, they don't stock the kitchen. Disappointing. We improvised with a paper towel. Not sure I'd rent from Vacasa again.

Newer complex so unit was in good shape. Kitchen supplies seemed a little light. Hot tub was really nice and hot but had only one jet working. And satellite TV wasn’t receiving so only had streaming options for watching TV.

This condo is in a great location. It has a good layout and offered all we needed for our family of 5. It was very clean and vacasa was great at communicating with us.

Contrary to prior reviews, there were no bugs. The unit temperature was perfect. Internet is excellent. (12/MB days and 350MB eves).
Quiet and convenient location. 5min walk to eagle lift. Will stay here again if unit is available. Complex is on the mammoth lakes trail system, which was awesome for getting around quickly.

Unit is good, except for lack of screens on windows. With no AC and daytime temps in 80s, open windows is a must for evenings. Unfortunately, mosquitoes are plentiful and fill the room with open windows and no screens.
Management company was of little help, only politely giving us "I feel your pain" replies to texts. They have weak local response. Don't stay here during warm summer days.

We enjoyed very much the home, its facilities and the surroundings.

Host did not provide amenities/services which are offered in the rental contract & paid for in advance; deferring blame to provider. No refunds issued. No internet service or cell coverage for 5 days. Instructed to check out local businesses if I needed to check out the internet. Internet service up and running at adjacent units.

I like the neighborhood. It’s next to a golf course so open view out the back patio. The place was clean and had everything.

The place was beautiful and very well maintained. There was instruction for every appliances and plenty of great features, like automatic garage key, 2 bathrooms, washer and drier and even soap for it and for the dishes. Even an electric fireplace!

After 20+ years coming to Mammoth and renting from various companies, including AirBnB, and after having literally the worst experience on AirBnB las December, it was nice to know there’s hope in rental properties in Mammoth. Vacasa delivered what I would consider the best condo we’ve stayed at. It was clean and everything was in good working condition. The host was very responsive, ie: the coffee maker stopped working on the second morning and they had a brand new one at our doorstep in the early afternoon. The location is perfect: close to grocery store and Eagle lodge, but just off the Main Street, so very quiet. The unit is right above to pool and spa, making it a very short walk. You can hang out on the porch with a beer or coffee, listening to the wind, watching golfers and the occasional herd of deer(yes, that happened). We’ll worth it!

Look no further
We have stayed in Mammoth several times, but this home is by far the best we have stayed in. Super cozy and very clean, also close to the village and grocery store. Private garage was a plus. We will definitely book this home again.

Everything was in working order, clean, and efficient. Had a little problem with the garage door remote, but the people at the Vacasa hotline were very helpful. Walking distance to Eagle Lodge. It was wonderful.

The unit was in great location with a nice view of the pool and golf course. It was clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint is that the kitchen was not very well stocked with plates and utensils. Everything else however was great.

The unit was in great location with a nice view of the pool and golf course. It was clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint is that the kitchen was not very well stocked with plates and utensils. Everything else however was great.

This place is located within walking distance to Eagle. We liked the convenient garage parking with close stair access to the home. The home is very nicely furnished and our family enjoyed staying here. We would definitely stay here again next time..

Nice enough place though couldn't get central heat to work-bedrooms only. Nothing fancy but easy walk to Eagle lodge.

Overall, a pretty good stay and a decent condo. Just FYI there could be some better instructions on how to turn the pilot light for the fireplace on. The toaster is broke.

Nice townhouse with 2 br and 2b - one of the bedrooms had 3 beds which was great for kids. Located on Sierra Star golf course in mammoth lakes and just a few miles from Mammoth mtn main lodge
