We loved the location, space and river in the back. The kiddos loved playing with the sleds provided in the garage

The location is awesome, especially for little kids. The Fall River in the back yard is so safe and tranquil. Sit in the patio, sit by the river, either way the sound is soothing

Really had a peaceful stay at this home. It is close to downtown Estes Park but is really secluded and the creek behind home is the perfect serene location to have a cup of coffee. Super clean and roomy.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple while we were in CO for a family wedding and it was perfect in every way. The house is gorgeous and nestled into a beautiful wooded area. The river is right at the back of the house off of the spacious deck. The fireplace was wonderful and there was tons of room for us to either have privacy or come together for meals or games. The location is perfect as it's close to town as well as to fun hiking areas. We'd love to rent again!

Honest and seamless reservation process; Beautiful street appeal in quiet, wooded setting; Impressive, nicely furnished, spacious interior; Large, well lit kitchen opens to large deck nestled in the pines and aspens, steps away from the mesmerizing Fall River; Close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP; Perfect week-long accommodation; We filled the home with family, laughter and music; Highly recommended stay!

Property was clean and location was lovely. Comment by our friends was that blankets could have been better quality. We were really impressed and appreciative of the fact that: while we were there about 12 inches of snow fell -- beautiful tho, and we were basically trapped on the property since whoever scraped the road, piled it in the end of the driveway so high that we couldn't get in or out. After calling the 800 #, the issue was quickly and very completely resolved. Kudos to y'all for taking care of it so quickly. It's a lovely, comfortable, and spacious property. And we all had a good time. Thanks for letting us use your property.

I spent 5 days at the house with my family for Christmas. It was great! Plenty of room for everyone, an amazing living room fireplace area and lots of wild life.

This was my family’s first time staying over On Fall River, Estes Park, CO. We loved it so much, we plan to come back again. We saw wild life such as wild turkey's & elk. The scenery was amazing and fishing on the river right in the backyard was super convenient.

The view is great, area is quiet, Estes is neat. But cant say that much for the cabin.
Home wasn't cleaned. Debris in carpets, husband had to vacuum the entire cabin. Light bulbs blown out. Dishwasher didnt clean the dishes, appliances old and badly taken care of. Coffee maker was filthy. Foid and drink splatter on the walls in dining room and bedrooms. Mold in master shower, mold and skin particles encrusted in jet tub, upstairs shower tub filthy and stained with dirt or mold. Lamp shades broken or punctured with stains in every room. Oven was dirty. Ice/water dispenser apppeared to have mold growing in trivet and some black grime all over. Washer and dryer very old, very loud. Propane grill was filthy inside and out with rotted meat inside. Deckstairs are warped and unsecured, many family members fell and sustained injuries. Left us only 1 roll of toilet paper for 8 people for 4 days.... TV and internet didnt work the entire time we were there, no DVD or VCR to play movies on, so kids were super resltess in the evenings. Master bedroo. Window doesnt lock or fully close so it was freezing cold all night. Master bathroom window missing window crank. They dont allow you to use the fireplace so dont count on it. They removed the outdoor firepit. Cobwebs and dust everywhere, more than average for a cabin. Doubt this place was dusted in the last 10 yrs.
I would like some sort of reimbursement because we WAY overpaid.

This place is amazing, and the communication from Vacassa was spectacular. Check in prices was smooth and simple, check out prices was easy. I'll be back to stay here again!

It was a wonderful location and nice place. However, the cabinet pulls, door knobs and dining room table needed a thorough cleaning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Lovely setting by the River, plenty of space for our family of five, well equipped kitchen and very close to town and RMNP. Loved the house and we would stay there again.

This house is situated on the Falls River which made for an incredible backdrop...elk were seen, great sounds of the rushing water. Convenient walking distance to town and to a fabulous bakery right around the corner.

We loved this vacation rental. Perfect location(near town and RMNP) by the river. Kitchen and living room were huge. The house is better than the pictures show. Beds are very comfortable! Laundry room was a plus too. Only criticism is the full bath upstairs is pretty small.
Wildlife at your doorstep…we saw elk and deer. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Beautiful quiet setting yet close to entrance to Rocky Mountain National park and Estes Park. Clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this vacation home and I would rent this home again. A 2 minute walk to Cinnamons Bakery. 20 minute walk to town on sidewalks.

The view off back porch and every room was the river. Most relaxing sound to sit outside and take in nature. Comfortable beds and every amenity you would want. We saw elk and turkey around the house.

We have been to Estes Park several times before, this was the first time in this property. The pluses are that it is a lovely property in a lovely location away from crowds and traffic. It was spotlessly clean. Kitchen equipment, sheets, towels, wifi - all good. However, we chose this property specifically because it listed a king bed. There isn't a king bed - it is three queens plus a sofa bed. (The listing has been changed as of May 4, 2022.) Because the property is managed by Vacasa you don't have direct contact with the host. I spent a significant amount of time on the phone and online with three different Vacasa contacts on this issue. To their credit, everyone was very pleasant, but we were overall quite disappointed.

This is our second time staying here. Great location. We got to watch the duck race while sitting next to the creek. We had elk in the front yard one day and mule deer on another day. The house is nice but the fold out bed is very uncomfortable. The rest of the rooms are fine and comfortable. The table out back could really use an umbrella for some shade but is nice for sitting next to the creek and watching the kids play. Grill works great and was perfect for our large group. We did find some broken glass in one of the bedrooms that I’m sure just got missed by the cleaners but was a concern with our two grandkids running around. Overall a very nice location and comfortable quiet place to stay.

The house was spacious and a great for a girls weekend getaway. I do think the information on this house needs to be updated, as there is no king size bed on the property and this was one of the reasons we chose this house. The pamphlets and signs need to be updated as well- the check out time throughout the house stated 11:00am when checkout is actually at 10:00am. It felt cozy and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure/temperature were prefect. The location was close to downtown.
I would stay here again!

Loved this location, although it may be almost too close to town in the busy season. We had mule deer, wild turkey, and even an elk that came on property while we were there! So they were certainly fun to view. The beds were too firm for me! The kids stayed upstairs and thought the beds were hard, but they slept fine. I ended up having to sleep on the couch. But, it was very clean, very well kept. The furnace was loud, but maybe that’s just how furnaces are? The water pressure in the showers was wonderful!! We loved being able to use the garage, too. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was all our first time in Colorado and this place was amazing! The kitchen had so many amenities we didn't even think we needed like an air fryer! We also saw wild elk and we were so close to the national park. The hot tub was SO nice after a long day of skiing. My only rooms for improvement was that they add streaming services in the main TV (maybe a Roku or Amazon Firestick to plug in) and sand and salt in the garage. We got stuck coming in and leaving because of the snow. Coming in was because it was dark and it was hard to find the house and we got stuck just around the corner trying to turn around. Luckily they had shovels and rocks in the garage. But the second time we got stuck was hard, good thing we got some help. I would definitely stay here again. This was a dream getaway.

What an amazing Christmas experience we had staying at this property. Such a nice, rustic house positioned in the woods, but so close to town. The neighborhood was quiet and had wildlife along the road daily. The house interior was a mixture of cozy and rustic cabin. The large picture windows gave us a great view of the snow falling on the river. Plus, the large, rocky fireplace made the cold nights cozy. What a memorable Christmas!
