Situated in Big Bear, this attractive house for R 10,352 per night is a great option for your next break. This home is large, spacious and fully equipped for your stay! It has 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This home is perfect for family and friends and it is also very close to the Village. Here you will enjoy the natural and picturesque beauty of your surroundings. The space: The upstairs features a large open living room along with an open kitchen and dining room. There is one bedroom and bathroom located on the top floor. The top floor also has a walk out patio with a gorgeous view of the lake. Downstairs features two open bedrooms with lots of space, a full bathroom along with the master bedroom and master bath. The master bedroom is large with a sitting area and it has a beautiful view of the lake. The master bathroom is spectacular, large and has custom marble walls in the walk-in shower and bathtub. You will also find a small living room downstairs with a beautiful fireplace and access to the outside patio. At the back end of the home, you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to the full house. Interaction with guests: About an hour before your arrival please text us (number will be provided to confirmed reservations), so we can meet you. Upon your entry, on the kitchen counter, you will find a key to the house and a garage door remote. Before departing please be sure to return the house key and garage door remote on the counter or you can incur a $ 100.00 fee if the items are lost, destroyed or stolen. Other things to note: Please be sure to remove your trash. There is a fee of $10.00 per trash bags and $20 each trip. Take all trash and waste to 39690 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or 41974 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. We love pets but they must be approved. There is a two pet maximum. The first pet is $100 and the second is $75. Pets must be house trained. No pet waste left behind outdoors or there is a $25 fee. If you are having your guests sign the Good Neighbor Policy electronically as part of your check-in process, you must include the following content verbatim. You also must be able to email or text a copy of this to a Compliance Officer when requested. Do not exceed the occupancy limit Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. License No. 2023-1000

Our stay was the weekend of 2/3-2/5. Check in process is fast and easy. Jimmy greeted us upon arrival and gave a tour of the house. The house itself is big, spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was we couldn’t get to connect the living room tv, other than that tv downstairs worked great and Wi-Fi also. This house is good if you are looking forward to bringing younger kids and family with you, as the house is very spacious and they can just go downstairs and play in the snow. Our overall stay was great. I would totally recommend.

Communication was really easy and Jimmy was a great host who provided a birthday cake for my husband and saved the day. It was a great surprise for all of us.

This property is so much bigger than I anticipated! They have a huge living room upstairs and a big dining table off of the kitchen. This is exactly what we wanted to be able to spend time together as a family and play board games at the table. Also, the bedrooms and living room downstairs gave us plenty of room to unplug and get privacy as needed. The view of the lake was gorgeous and I loved that there was an enclosed backyard where we could let the little ones play in the snow safely. Jimmy, the property manager, always responded to my text/calls promptly if we needed something. We will definitely be coming back to this property for our family vacations!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The property was more than enough to accommodate us. The place was clean and ready when we arrived, we had no complaints at all. I would recommend others to book this property especially if they’re looking for a place to just relax and not stress during the trip.

We rented this property because we wanted to be close to the lake, unfortunately, the lake is not at its best and this property is located at the worst side of the lake. We still had a good time, house is in good condition but carpets had dog hairs all over the place, the couch is old and not too comfortable, but enough for our stay. The kids couldn’t watch tv, no instructions on how to use it, we didn’t want to cause any trouble. Management is great, Stephanie was so attentive and helped us with every question. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the main reason we had this property is the lake and the lake on this side is poor and very ugly. I believe should not be advertised as a lake property to avoid guest from getting down. We know that this is not the owner’s fault, the lake is not at its best like I mentioned, but we believe that should be stayed. Also, 3 beds are full, not queen, if you plan on sleeping with a 3 year old like we did, this bed would be a challenge. Better for couples or one single person. Hope you enjoy your vacation here, we do recommend.

Enjoyed our stay but a few things to improve : In time of Covid there should have been sheets on bunk beds, new sponge for washing dishes, We had 8 members, only enough Hot water for 2 showers. Heat: too hot upstairs, cold downstairs.

Very clean cabin. Had a nice wooden deck on the main floor that made the cabin feel a lot bigger. Two big fire places made it very cozy. With snow falling Jose still arranged to have the heat going and meet us on time to give us a walk through. Definitely will be back!

This cabin is definitely a home away. Immediately through inquiry process you knew you were being admitted to a home with extremely caring and hospitable property management. Stephanie really helped out and made this booking extremely easy. Jose the property manager met us and even brought us donuts. Constantly kept checking in and move out was extremely easy. Definitely coming back.

Thank you Cordova Lake Properties for a wonderful stay! The place was spacious and clean. We had a total of 12 people and the place was more than enough space for us. Property personnel were all quick to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this place. The lake view was a bonus!
