Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions. We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games. We also have a foldable crib available if needed. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Chad has done a fantastic job with this property. Kitchen was fully equipped as well as the bathrooms. It snowed while we were there, and Chad came out and shoveled the walks. Everything was clean, well decorated and cared for. Chad was quick to answer any questions we had about the unit and surrounding area. We will definitely be using this property again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The manager was very responsive, when we first arrived we had one issue but it was quickly resolved. check-in was very easy and the location is close to a lot of restaurants and activities/attractions. We came into a house that was well stocked with snacks, ice, milk and juice and the kitchen was fully stock with appliances and anything you will need to cook. we didn't have any infants but I noticed that they had a lot of baby gear such as a playpen, highchair, and strollers. The game room was a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was great to get in after a long day of fun!! I will definitely stay here again.

I will definitely be coming again! So clean and it’s like a home away from home! There was everything from pots and pans to cups and spoons. I wish all rentals were like this! He even took time out to come and check something out then stayed to spend time talking about life! We felt like family.

Clean and plenty of space. Had the Christmas Tree up for us along with snacks. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and games. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time to stay in this pet friendly home. Chad is so easy to communicate with and provided a large roasting pan for us to use at Thanksgiving. The kitchen is WELL stocked with just about anything you could want. Plenty of paper products were supplied and more shampoo and conditioner than 2 families could use!! Please though all you pet owners that bring your pets remember to pick up after your pets instead of leaving it all for the next renter!! I picked up poo for 20 minutes before I could let mine go out into the backyard. This is in no way the host fault, but if we expect to keep things pet friendly we need to ALL do our part and clean up at least before we check out. Thank you Chad for being the upmost host!!

We brought our grandchildren to ride the Santa Express at the royal gorge. The house had plenty of space for 9 of us. The house is in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We had a wonderful time in this impeccably clean house! The beds were extremely comfortable, very well stocked kitchen and the hot tub was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again.

Older property but spacious. The home had everything you would need with exception of food of course. Furniture upgrade would make it nicer. Carpet in need of deep cleaning. The house was dusty and not clean. Dog hair was present. My daughter has allergies. Nose, eyes and face stayed red.Also sneezing. Patio was full of leaves. Cleaning fee is in price. I had to clean so l would like a cleaning fee refund. We still enjoyed ourselves.

The host is incredibly hospitable! The house is exactly as described. Host even provided snacks. Very comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool table. The house was stocked with everything you would need.

It was perfect, everyone had their own space. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with pans and utensils. Hot tub was very relaxing. Really clean and comfortable.

The house was perfectly beautifully decorated and fully stocked. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with all you could need. The bedrooms were beautiful with comfy mattresses. The game room with pool table and hot tub were wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here and would definitely come back

We we very impressed with how Chad was with communication and happy we were able to check in early. When we arrived he had snacks coffee juice and milk all there for us making the start to our vacation amazing. House had lots of space and beds and pillows were comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This property was great. We had two little children with us - they had high chairs, a pack n play and a double stroller. So very nice. They also stocked the house with starter items like milk, orange juice and some snack bars. Will definitely stay again. Thanks so much

We absolutely loved our stay at Chad’s house. The house was perfect for our group. We made great use of the game room and hot tub. Chad had everything stocked so well. There isn’t a single other thing we could have needed. We will definitely be back!

We've stayed in a lot of houses, and this is one of the best houses we've stayed in. They provided breakfast bars, milk and juice, plenty of towels. We enjoyed the game room. Plenty of outlets for charging our devices. We especially liked the bedroom charging stations. Attractive decor. If you want a place to relax this is the place!

Our family joined us to celebrate our 40th
anniversary. The VRBO was wonderful. It had everything we needed & more. The host provided an abundance of breakfast items, shampoo & conditioner, towels, etc. We all enjoyed the huge hot tub, pool table & games. We hope to return to CS & book this great place.

We loved this property. Not only were we allowed access to the entire house but the garage as well.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, utensils, spices, and condiments. Chad even provided fresh milk and orange juice.
The hope was tastefully decorated with many extras. I would highly recommend to others.

There was plenty room for all seven of us. After a long day, we were able to come back and use the pool table, games and hot tub. Chad was quick to answer all questions. Location was good for us to attractions and the academy.

Lots of room and a pool table and Wii for the kids. A fenced yard if you have pets. The owner stocks snacks and coffee galore as well as milk and OJ for your use when you get there. Nice neighborhood! The backyard has a nice rock fountain.
You can park in the garage if you wish. Very responsive and kind host! I would definitely stay again.
