The house has a lot of custom built details that you will adore. This gorgeous house has an open concept. The kitchen is fantastic. From the Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, you won't want to leave. You will love this home as you continue in to the living room to the incredible ceiling fans and tray ceilings. Feel free to kick back and relax with this large sectional sofa and TV. Everything in this house is top notch. This house has 2 wonderful patios. Picture yourself, after a day at the beach, coming home to relax on the back porch. During the summer, you can avoid the crowds and enjoy the Bayside Fireworks at Louie's, right from the privacy of your own patio. This beautiful house sleeps 10 people. The master bedroom has a wonderful King size bed as well as a day bed and trundle. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The Third bedroom has a set of Full size bunk beds. Between the queen bedroom and the bunk room is a Jack and Jill bathroom. You also get a wonderful fenced in back yard to enjoy. This is a fantastic gem on this island. This property is in a great location and has all the necessities. The only thing that was concerning was that my 7 year old found some dirty underwear and bra in the drawer of one of the bedrooms. Then I located a dirty shower towel in the bathroom. This caused me to question the thoroughness of the house keeping. If you're not that concerned about how clean a place is, then this is a perfect stay!

It was clean and nice but we expected all rooms to be on one level. The backyard was so over grown we weren’t able to do anything back there let alone even go back there. There was a leak in the ceiling on one of the lightings. Water was coming in from underneath the doorway from outside

Great location; neat everything SPI has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice extras like a load of laundry soap, dish soap, sanitizer and coffee saved us the time and grocery store trip. The beach is just a few houses down from this spacious and comfortable home.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. Also, we brought some of our favorite kitchen items as most condos lack some things , but this condo was so well stocked that we didn’t need to use any of our stuff. The washer and dryer were excellent. And all the beds were very comfortable, even the pull out bed. We will definitely consider staying here again if it is available.

The house itself was clean and beds comfortable. The back yard was a complete jungle with vines growing on all three sides from the neighbors yards into the space as well as knee high grass. It was unusable, even the dog didn't want to get out in it much. The front porch was locked off, we could not enjoy that. There is no grill to speak off, one super tiny unclean tiny grill on the floor, not big enough to cook anything on and you would have to get on your knees to do it. It needs trim/mow and a grill and it would be great as the location is good as well.

The property is incredibly roomy and tastefully decorated. I was travelling with my wife, daughter, daughters friend and mother in law along with 2 dogs. The location is great because it is probably a little over a block walk to the beach access point. If you are staying here, I would recommend using the "Moonlight" access point because it has showers. There were a couple of little quirks with the property but nothing we couldn't work around. Truly a great value for what you are getting!

We had a great and relaxing time on South Padre Island. The rental is about 1 block from 2 beach accesses which was fantastic since we spent most of the day at the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us (9) plus we got to bring our dog Chloe to enjoy the beach as well. Kitchen was great since we cooked most of our meals with the exception of two meals. Could use a few more pans and cooking utensils, but what was available worked. Overall, the rental was very nice, clean and accommodating. It could use some detail touch ups here and there. We enjoyed it and so can you.

This property is within walking distance to the beach, souvenir shops, stores, restaurants, etc. Driveway parking is a big plus! Two bedrooms sharing a bathroom downstairs, living area, kitchen, bedroom and 1 and 1/5 baths upstairs. Beautiful little private backyard downstairs, plus 2 patios upstairs. This place worked out great for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars on communication was because it was a little confusing to me at first that even tho it's listed on VRBO, there's someone else that will contact you. They were great communicating letting me know everything I needed to and answering questions I had. Would def recommend this property!

The property looked MUCH better in the pictures than in person. The kitchen and bedrooms were nice, but the main living area was small. The AC vents were filthy and it looked like the filter had not been changed in months. I contacted the property manager who got back to me quickly about the filter, but never heard from her again to confirm anything had been done. The outside of the rental was very dirty . The downstairs room with bunk beds should not even be allowed to be called beds. They had a maybe a 5 inch piece of foam as the "mattress" and it was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Just not what I expected at all from the pictures. Very disappointed and would not go back to this location. Not worth the price we paid at all.

Second time renting this specific property and it's the best I've experienced. I've stayed at 2 others and they failed in comparison. This family really does all they can for you.

It was perfect for us and our 50lb black lab mix dog. Roomy and clean. Just a few things we would change if we could--carpet in master bedrm was a bit dirty and kind of worn; only access to backyard is through guest bedrm on lower level which is a bit awkward. Rent on Padre was right on any of our issues and took care of them with the owner or their own staff.

We enjoyed our weekend at this property. The living room and kitchen are quite large which allowed enough room for our group of 9. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Each couple had their own room which made it nice and comfortable. The kitchen had all necessary and extra amenities. The master bath and closet were marvelous. A short walk to the beach that we were able to do with babies so that made it perfect! I would highly recommend this property and plan on using again in the future.
