PARKING SPOT 10 SECOND WALK AWAY, Four Winds is a two bedroom condo located directly on Tuna Wharf. If you love the sound of lapping water, you will fall in love with this special space. The first floor contains a galley kitchen with a gas stove. all essential cooking supplies are present. There is a slider off the kitchen that leads to a couple of adirondack chairs to soak in the view and sunshine.The first floor bedroom has its own sitting area, with a slider going out to the wharf. Adirondack chairs are waiting for you.There is a queen bed and an extremely comfortable down filled sectional in this bedroom. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the first floor. The second floor bedroom which has a queen bed also contains its own sitting area. There is also a Max Versailles soaking tub and a Roland intelligent digital piano. This space was renovated in 2012. There is a small deck with an outstanding view of Rockport harbor off the second floor bedroom. There are 10 windows on three sides to insure an ocean breeze at all times. I am unable to rent to anyone with young children due to the drowning danger. Thank you!

You can’t get much closer to the action than Mary Kay’s place! If that’s what your looking for- then you’ve found it. Mary Kay was a great hostess! Fantastic communication and very helpful in helping me plan a fun filled weekend with my family!

Mary Kay and Four winds are wonderful! The weekend we spent at the property were incredible. I used to summer with family in Rockport, MA and didn’t even know it was possible to stay on Bear Skin Neck. Overall incredible place to stay with incredible communication and charm.

Our stay on Tuna Warf at Mary Kay’s place was fantastic! Location is spectacular - right in the heart of the artist/shopping community. Mary Kay was so kind and communicative. We hope to be back!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We could walk to restaurants and shops and a short drive to area attractions. The property is a prime location for artists interested in painting the wharf views and the iconic Motif #1 and visiting the galleries in town. As an artist myself I highly recommend it.

Four Winds was amazing, and Mary Kay was an outstanding host. You cannot beat the location, and we enjoyed every aspect of staying here. My wife had a reguvinating soak in the giant tub, as I relaxed on the sofa soaking in the fantastic view of the harbor. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Mary Kay thank you for creating such a wonderful way for us to enjoy Rockport.

This cute 2 bedroom property was perfect for our getaway. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Beautiful views outside and a quick walk to all the restaurants and shops in Rockport.

We had an excellent visit and Mary Kay is lovely; helpful and accommodating and kind. The only thing that is hard to tell from the listing and photos is that there is not a ton of space separate from the bedrooms. In that, if you wanna gather with your group, it has to occur in one of the bedroom sitting areas, or at the table in the kitchen. That said, it is a really cute condo with local art on the walls, comfy beds and really spectacular views from allllll the windows. Additionally, we loved getting up in the morning and walking to get coffee and bagels to bring back and the whole area is really charming with lots of little shops and restaurants right out your door (but is still quiet enough at night to hear the water lapping against the sea wall.) We had a great time!

Couldn't be a better location to relax...directly across from Motif #1 (Fish Shack) on the harbor. We've already made plans to invite friends with us next time! Mary Kay...the host...was fantastic!

Absolutely beautiful space with the best views of Rockport and wonderful artwork by host decorating the walls. Host friendly and helpful. Sea breeze and views so relaxing that we barely left the place, although there are loads of galleries, restos, shops, and a beach nearby.

From the breeze off the water in the evening to sitting outside listening to the sounds and enjoying the views, Four Winds is a truly magical place. (Magical, parking, lobster and the beach all within a five minute walk...no brainer!)

We were a bit lost when we arrived in Rockport. Mary Kay FaceTime’d us and led us right to the rental. It’s adorable, we had a great time! The town is quaint and quiet at night. We felt totally safe the entire time and really enjoyed Top Dog for clams, homemade coleslaw, quick bites.

This property was amazing, I rented it for my elderly grandmother and my uncle to stay at for my wedding weekend. It was easy to access and my grandmother was able to stay on the ground level room which was like a full apartment with living room and patio over looking the motif #1. Through the galley kitchen you can access the stair well to the upstairs unit where there was another huge spacious apartment. My uncle loved having that private space w mini fridge and bathtub! Very clean and impressive place!

This is the type of authentic New England experience I was looking for. Mary Kay is a fabulous host with great communication. The property is older with older but has high end furniture. I love the fact that you can literally walk 3 ft. to the water. View is lovely. Small town is full of interesting shops.

I could not have been happier with our stay, from moment one everything was perfect including the location and access to multiple shops and eateries. Mary Kay Was so pleasant and checked in on us to make sure that we needed for nothing. The stay included all the amenities that you could think of including glassware pots and pans and a clawfoot tub upstairs that was to die for! I cannot say enough good things about this and wish you all to book immediately and do not miss out on this opportunity!

We have been traveling to Rockport MA for decades, we typically stay on the other side of town and walk over to Bearskin Neck. This year we decided to make a change, it was amazing staying in this area. MK was great, and the rooms were much larger than we expected. We hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful week at Four Winds! It is in the perfect spot with a great view. We loved watching the boats go out each morning and return home in the afternoon. As always we enjoyed our week in the beautiful town of Rockport. Staying at the Four Winds right in Bearskin Neck was a real treat. Thank you for having us!
