Nestled in Tybee Island, this charming house for R 4,826 per night is a great option for your next break. Seas The Day is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-family vacation home on the north side of Tybee Island. You will be just a few doors down from scenic Jaycee Park, which is 8.5 acres and offers playground facilities, walking paths, a ball field, basketball courts, and public restrooms. Also, you will be just a short 9-minute walk from the historic Tybee Lighthouse and Museum and access to the ocean side of Tybee's North beach. This beach access location offers visitors to shower and restroom facilities and the famous local restaurant North Beach Grill. The home is less than a block from a convenience store and another popular local restaurant called the Cockspur Grill. Seas the Day is a unique A-frame-style home elevated off the ground and has two levels of living space. The main level of the house has an inviting living area with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, a large 50" flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining table that can seat up to 8. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 2, all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, and the home also has a washer and dryer. There is a nice size furnished deck on the front of the house where you can enjoy evening breezes. Just under the home is a covered patio with a gas grill and picnic table, perfect for cookouts. Also located on the main level is a full bathroom and guest bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The home's second level features the primary suite and an additional guest bedroom. The primary bedroom has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is an excellent choice for adults or children as it is furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV. This room also has a twin sleeper chair to add flexible sleeping space for guests. Spend time enjoying the outdoor deck that is shaded by the majestic Live Oaktree. There is a gas grill on the deck for cookouts and al-fresco dining on the deck at the outdoor table that seats 6. There is a ground-level outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. This home is pet-friendly for an additional fee and includes high-speed internet and Wifi. Parking is available for four vehicles or three and a boat trailer. It was a charming little a-frame in a great location. Beautiful trees out front. We were disappointed we couldn’t build a fire as it was pretty chilly. I feel like it would have been nice to know before hand that the fire place is not for renters. I just assumed it was gas, but it isn’t. Management was helpful overall. However my daughter did leave a tiny friendship bracelet on the bed she has been making the entire week and when I texted to ask if someone could put it in an envelope I got a form letter saying there would be handling fees in addition to shipping fees etc all for a little child’s bracelet. Didn’t feel very friendly. Overall I would recommend the property though. We had a great time and there was plenty of space.

Lots of steps and the whole house shook when someone was walking up the front steps, which was scary.

Long weekend with family
Had a wonderful time with our adult children to celebrate an anniversary and birthday. First time to Savannah/Tybee Island. We enjoyed the history of the area and all the things to do. The property was clean and the pictures represented it well. It suited 5 adults perfectly. Remember that this is an historical area and properties represent that. It rained some during our stay and it would have been nice to have some games.

The table on deck was a great place to eat meals and the timed lights in the giant oak tree was a nice touch. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Golf cart rental was right on the corner and beach access was close. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Location
We really enjoyed the proximity to the park and North Beach. The upstairs mini splits in the upstairs bedroom were a little loud and hard to regulate the temperature. Otherwise this was a great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay! The company was GREAT to work with and the unit looked exactly like I was expecting! It was cozy but not too tight, beach and bright, and really just made our vacation that much better! Loved the individual air conditioning units in the upstairs rooms making it super comfortable for everyone staying. The large front deck/porch was a great place to share a morning cup of coffee with my family. The beach was about a 5 minute walk away, but the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful that walking in the morning quickly became one of my favorite things! If you choose to drive, the beach is pay to park, but it's not too pricey and for some people could definitely be more convenient. North beach was lovely and quiet. Obviously more of a locals retreat which left it quiet and relaxing, just the kind of get away we were looking for. We loved every minute of this vacation! Can't wait to come back!

We loved this property, it was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 3 kids that stayed! We loved that it was a short walk to the beach, yet it wasn't a really busy area which was perfect for us. The home was clean and just as we expected from the pictures. I would definitely recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day! It was, at most, a ten minute walk from the beach and Tybee Island Lighthouse. This property is just off the main road and few houses down so we walked everywhere! The location was perfect for us! Overall the property was very clean and neat. Exactly what we were expecting!! I had some concerns before our trip and called the TVR office several times. Staff was always very friendly and helped ease my mind so much. They were all so wonderful to communicate with and always eager to help with whatever we needed! They never seemed frustrated or annoyed with me calling.
Seas the Day is a beautiful property and I would definitely stay there again. The appliances are newer and were very clean. It is decorated minimally but it suits the property well. The colors were bright, inviting, and beachy! The bedroom decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I also loved that the cabinets had little labels inside for organizational purposes.

I was asked when I checked in if I would mind a realtor coming by on Saturday to show the property and if I would allow the showing I would receive a gift card. Since we had 6 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 infant and a dog, I declined. However, on Saturday I received a phone call advising me that I would have to allow the showing and asked what time we would be leaving for the wedding we were in town to attend. I told the representative that we should be leaving around 3:30 and she told me the realtor would come by after then along with a representative from the rental company I rented the house from. Well, at 3:27 sharp the realtor and prospective buyers came in and began walking through the house while we were still trying to get ready and get out to the wedding. Luckily, the rental company rep came by and asked the realtor and prospective buyers to give us a moment to finish up and get out. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the rental company and would need to use careful consideration as to whether I would use this rental company again. To add insult to injury I never received a gift card.
