This home includes a working elevator so it is handicap accessible; No stairs are necessary for full access to the property. Located on the South end of Tybee Island just steps away to the 19th Street beach access. This extremely desirable location has the perks of being where all of the action is (STEPS from the beach and a SHORT walk to the island's amenities such as shops, restaurants, and bars) but is tucked away on a private drive to provide privacy and serenity for your beach vacation. Tybee Retreat's condo#1 offers an open concept living space that is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. The comfortably furnished living space gives way to the covered patio that features a teak dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Come and enjoy! Bedroom 1: king sized bed, flat screen TV, with the bathroom down the hall Bedroom 2: king sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3: two queen-sized beds, flat screen TV, en-suite walk in shower. The condo is also equipped with a full sized washing machine and dryer. Getting Around: You won't have to drive anywhere, simply park for free and go and enjoy the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants the island has to offer. Tybee Retreat has a total of four condo units, each having covered ground level parking for two vehicles. Please note over-sized trucks and SUV's may not fit under this covered parking area. Other Things to Note: Since we consider Tybee Retreat to be a family friendly property and we know Pets are just as much family as our own children, Pets are permitted with approval and additional pet fees (maximum of 2 dogs, Cats are not permitted). A pet deposit of $35 per pet per night is required. In the garage guests have access to beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (on a first come first serve bases). High-speed WIFI is available throughout the property. Very nice, clean, roomy place to stay. Great location walking distance to everything. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again. Property management did a great job with communicating.

The property was in good condition.It was clean. It was a short walk to the beach.There were a few things that were disappointing. The 3rd bedroom had no TV. The kitchen cookware was somewhat limited. No sheetpans for baking. The guests in the unit above us were extremely noisy during our entire stay. There was bumping and thumping on the floor upstairs that we heard all during the day and night. We bumped on the ceiling with the broom handle to try to let them know the noise was disturbing us.. but it did not stop.

This condo was exactly as listed. The house was clean and tidy except the floors needed to be ran over with a mop. The pipes under the sink were not connected causing water to come up through the floor boards. I reached out to the host, who responded immediately. Everything else was great! I highly recommend.

The property was great. Very spacious for a family of 5 w/an infant. The location to the beach was perfect - less than a block walk (3 min walk). The owner was great with communication. Was able to answer questions very quickly. You could walk anywhere for food, shopping and activities. The listing is exactly what you should expect. We will def be back.

Even though the weather did not cooperate, the weekend was GREAT! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for us! The location was great too, just far enough from all the congestion. Check in and out was easy. We usually make about three trips to Tybee every year and usually stay at the same beachfront facility everytime. We are already planning our next trip and staying at Tybee Retreat will be our first choice from now on!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. It was so close within walking distance to the beach and check in process was super easy. Communication with Joseph was easy and the property manager was very prompt in helping us with a couple issues that arises. The only issue we had was we started experiencing bugs in the master bedroom. But it was fixed immediately and the exterminator was out the next day and the bugs were gone! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Condo was beautiful and very clean, great proximity to the beach. The owner was very accessible and responded to our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Only problems were it advertised sleeping 10, so we expected couch to let out to a bed or roll away beds. It comfortably sleeps 8 in my opinion, and neighbors above were very noisy, which isn’t owner’s fault. Overall great vacation! 😊

Absolutely loved our stay at Tybee! This condo has everything we needed including comfy beds and couches, plenty of bathrooms for our family of 5, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. Beach access was less than a block’s walk away, as were several great restaurants and shops. The New Year’s Eve fireworks show at the pier was visible from the balcony! Highly recommend this place.
