Trails End is a great location for summer and winter activities, close to town and true ski-in/ski-out, but without the hustle of the Village or Beaver Run. This unit, 411, is cozy and quiet. There were a number of problems.- the fireplace runs off a thermostat which was marginal when we arrived and broke during our stay. - multiple light bulbs were burned out- the TV is old and a bit unreliable with speakers that buzz- the furniture was new in 2018, but feels much older- the kitchen is nicely designed, but the trim on the counter is coming loose- not the owner's fault, but the outside hot tub was unusable for 3 of our 6 nights thereAll that said, we would stay here again if they fix these issues, due to location, privacy, and just a friendly feel that Trails End has.

The location is amazing, it's truly ski in ski out. However, it's on the "beginner" lift which on most days was VERY VERY long just to get up. The Beaver Run lift is 6 min walk and easier to get up the mountain. It's also a 5 min walk into downtown to all the great places to eat and shop. The unit is nice but very small. We were two people and it was small. I can't imagine more than two people in there. The unit is well appointed with cookware. It's the best we have had in all of Breck in years of renting. Only major complaint is that it was noisy inside. You could hear the neighbors and the people upstairs constantly. Laundry and trash were right out the front door. Ski lockers are okay but they charge which is very unusual. Parking is outside which compared to other places is not good. Also several times people parked there to walk to lifts so a few times we didn't have a place to park. They don't police who parks there and it takes up spaces during the day. Overall it's a decent place to stay.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We attempted to move to the pulp out couch but it was all springs. Ended up sleeping on the floor. There was no water filter (or filter type pitcher). The water left us vomiting most of the night. Stay was so bad we left a day early.

Nice condo, easy access
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and comfortable. Loved the king size bed. It is conveniently located near downtown, stores, restaurants and hiking trails.
Only complaint was the bathroom fan did not work well to clear the steam from the shower so it made the bathroom hot.

A very brisk walk to the Quicksilver Lift as well as to restaurants/bars/shopping areas. The only negative thing I experienced within the unit was the insane water pressure in the shower. A bit too strong... Access to hot tubs and sauna was really nice and the view out of the unit was pretty fun to wake up to.

Excellent building and location. Small but nice floorplan. Only complaint was the vertical blinds in den and bedroom. They are ineffective in blocking light and in disrepair. Couldn't darken the bedroom to sleep comfortably so I resorted to rigging a blanket over the top of the blinds valance. Blackout curtains would be much more effective. Also the door of a small closet was blocked by a chest of drawers. Access to a closet would have been nice but we managed without it.

It is the Best location we have found that provides us with Quality accommodations and access to the lifts, restaurants and downtown Breckenridge. We will be staying in the same building in February and we will be booking for next year's ski season.

Could walk to everything! So convenient with great mountain views. Very clean and well-appointed. Property manager was great to deal with and very helpful. Only issue we had was with hot water in the shower - it was missing twice during our stay and we wished they had additional patio furniture so we could all sit/eat outside. Would stay here again though.

Condo had good location and adequate space for the two of us. Kitchen space and amenities were also adequate, though pots and pans were beat up from extensive use (easy and cheap fix which should not be deferred). Liked location near elevator given easy walk to and from condo door with ski gear and groceries. Ski in and ski out access was nice - trailhead to ski lift access was short and could easily get to lift in the morning and back to trailhead in evening on skis. Access to The Maggie was a short walk from trailhead. Overall good experience.

This was truly a ski-in ski-out property. The peak nine lift was just outside the back door. The unit was clean and decently decorated. The bed was excessively firm. Humidifiers were provided. The kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils and could use a pair of scissors. Otherwise, appliances worked well. There were no provisions of food. Be sure to stop by a grocery store. There is a regular coffee pot, and filters were the only provision remaining from previous guests. Wi-Fi, television and fireplace worked well. The bathroom had a ceiling heater. The elevator broke on our day of departure requiring us to pack out our skis and suitcases down three flights of stairs. Outdoor parking was included in the rental and was ample.
