The location really can't be beat. Two blocks from the base of Peak 9. One block to bus to gondola and base of Peak 8. Two blocks from the park on Main Street. On-site hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is conveniently located to downtown. It is a little dated. Frying pans need to be replaced. Furniture is tired but functional. We didn't spend much time in the unit, it did suit our needs.

Very convenient location for skiing and downtown. Take 4 o’clock run and cross the street to walk back to the condo. There is a shuttle across the street to take you to the snowflake lift. Downtown restaurants and bars are no more than a 10 min stroll. Place is a little outdated but very clean. Management was very easy to work with. Would stay here again.

This is our 4th time in Breck, and we had a great experience in this place. First of all, location is just fantastic, walking distance from Main street and the snowflake lift. The condo is clean and has it all. It is very comfortable and the fireplace gets the apartment warm very fast. We a re a group of 5 and all i can say is that the place fulfill all our expectations. We had an issue with the hot water of the apartment that was managed very fast. Would we come back ? Absolutely

There were a few signs of wear and tear in this unit, however our overall experience was excellent. It is within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in downtown Breckinridge. The pool and hot tubs were nice and great for meeting fellow travelers. We would stay here again.

The condo was centrally located for everything in Breckenridge. The condo is a short walk to main street for shopping and dinner. You can either take the buses to the lifts or it's a short walk to the Quick Silver chair. The condo had everything we needed except for a spatula.

We didn't feel like we were in each other's way. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking implements, but was otherwise fully stocked with plates, glasses, cups and pots/pans. The beds were comfy and the in-unit washer & dryer was so helpful. Great location to town and ski slopes as well.

The condo is centrally located and was as described. The kitchen has all your basic needs. There are some card games in the condo. The beds are comfortable. The condo seems dated as do the furnishings. It is not that any thing is bad but you can tell it has been well used. Things seem worn out. It was clean and ready for us. The check-in and check out process was easy.

The shower off the second bedroom was loved by all! Our kids were saying "You have to go take a shower in there!" The unit was very clean and well furnished. We opened windows and doors and used provided portable fans to stay cool (No AC). Despite hot weather, we were comfortable. My favorite thing about staying here was the walk to everything location. We could easily walk to Main Street for restaurants and shopping as well as groceries and the free gondola up to peaks 7 and 8. There were plenty of trails for bikes and hiking nearby. The kids enjoyed climbing on rocks in the stream that runs through town. I would definitely stay again.
