GUESTS DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR SHOWINGS. This is one of the most amazing homes in the Crested Butte rental market. Located on the end of a very quiet street on the coveted West End of town, this home is meticulously cared for and rented minimally. It is a luxury home with amazing views, wood burning fireplace and an easy stroll to downtown and the free shuttle. With 5 bedrooms, 4 stories, and 3800 square feet of luxury living, you can't find a nicer home to spend your vacation! Walk right out the front door and start your adventure whether its biking, hiking, skiing or just wandering the streets of historic Crested Butte. This property is currently for sale and can only be reserved 30 days in advance. The nightly rate has been reduced to compensate for any inconvenience you may experience by having a showing during your stay. Showings require 24 hour notice and will not occur before 10am. Your booking will be honored-that is why there is only a 30 day booking window. The main floor of the house hosts the living room, dining, and gourmet kitchen that will delight any chef. This floor has an open feel to it that allows even the cook to be a part of the conversation and activity going on around them. The large dining area with additional bar seating offers a wonderful place for large gatherings and family dinners. A wood burning fireplace in the living area creates a comfortable place to warm up after a day spent in the mountains. There is also an office on the main floor where you can find a bit of privacy to get a bit of work done or just to find a quiet refuge. A large deck with outdoor dining and a grill are just off the kitchen area. The deck overlooks the fenced in yard. Views abound from here as you look out to the Paradise Divide and the Slate River valley. Also accessible from this level is the hot tub. On the lower level of the house (patio level) you will find 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 twins) and 2 full baths complemented by a spacious and bright living room. The large media room has comfortable couches, flat screen TV, games, toys and puzzles. On the 3rd floor you will find the master suite with a king sized bed, private deck and full bathroom. Enjoy a nice soak in the large tub or a steam shower. Also on this level you will find the jr. master suite with a queen bed and full bathroom. On the 4th floor of the house, there is a bedroom with a full bed. There is a garage on the property for additional gear storage. The owners may keep a car in the garage so there is no parking there. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There is no doubt you will enjoy this one-of-a-kind home! Renters must be 30 years or older to rent this home. The Neighborhood: The west side of Crested Butte is quiet and has great trail access for hiking, mountain biking and nordic skiing. You can easily stroll shops, restaurants and the Sunday Farmer's Market on Elk Avenue. Getting Around: You don't have to have a car, but it is handy.
