Courtyards Villa #4 is located in Broken Top Golf Club, a gated community located on Bend's desirable Westside. Broken Top Club is located just off of Mt. Washington Drive, near OSU-Cascades, minutes from downtown Bend, The Old Mill District, Northwest Crossing, the Westside's numerous restaurants and pubs, including 10 Barrel and Ariana, and just blocks from Century Drive, the road to Mt. Bachelor. Our beautiful, quiet, updated 2 BR/2/5 BA 1800 sq ft two story luxury townhome is situated on the 18th fairway in the spectacular, secluded, gated community of Broken Top Club. Our townhome features a private entrance and garage, free wireless internet, three HDTVs with DVR, cable TV including The Golf Channel, and a washer/dryer. Our spacious living room features a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a newer 55 inch 1080p HDTV with cable, and oversized, comfy furniture. We have a large private deck with hot tub, Weber gas grill and outdoor dining table accessible from the first floor master suite and the living room. Our kitchen is fully-stocked and has a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, Keurig coffee machine and dinnerware, silverware, glassware, utensils, etc. The kitchen features a large island with marble counters and seating for four - great for entertaining - a dinette table which seats two and a living room coffee table which can be converted to an eating table. Our townhome features two master bedroom suites - one on each floor. The first floor suite has a queen bed with a luxury mattress, newer bedding and furniture, and a private bathroom with two sinks. The large upstairs master suite occupies an entire floor and has a king bed with a luxury mattress, newer bedding, a private deck, a huge walk-in double shower with a skylight, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. Unsolicited visitor comment: 'Our stay in Bend was perfect. In fact, I have stayed at a lot of places with VRBO/Homeaway and I would have to say your place was the nicest I have ever stayed at yet.' We truly enjoyed our stay at this Broken Top townhome. It was incredibly well thought out. All the amenities you need are provided. Cliff was an excellent host....very attentive. We enjoyed the hot tub, gas fireplace and property. Views of the golf course with deer grazing! Very peaceful. We will be back!

Spent 3 days here and would highly recommend to everyone. Clean, comfortable & probably the best equipped rental we have stayed in. The owners have thought of everything, great communication and all the information you need to enjoy your stay. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, great kitchen and lounge with very good tv channel access.

Everything is ready for a perfect vacation. Mattresses are great and so are sofa’s, deck, parking, location, communication. Do not hesitate to book this property!

We loved the home and the location. It was very quiet and peaceful but not far from town and the wonderful restaurants. We had a great time. The home was exactly as shown. No surprises. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for a week to attend a family wedding and enjoy central Oregon. The condo is comfortable and conveniently located to many of the fun things to do in the Bend area.

Wonderful place- all the amenities we needed- would stay again. We had a little snag with access through the gate (which was late evening) but the owner was incredibly responsive to the concern.

This was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. The condo was bigger than I expected and had everything we needed. There was a slight issue when we first showed up and the property manager was quick to fix it and was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

Lovely, well-provisioned 2 bedroom in a private community. Super quiet. We ate in many nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Also, very close to downtown Bend if you'd rather have someone else do the cooking. We came to ski and this townhome is on the West side of Bend about 30 minutes from Mt Bachelor. Loved the garage so we didn't have to worry about scraping snow off our rental car each day. I'd definitely stay again if we came back.

The house is easy to find, in a safe and very quiet gated community, close to everything. The house is very comfortable and there is a book of detailed instructions. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large with lots of storage. The hot tub was wonderful on the chilly nights we were there, and having a garage was very welcome. Cliff checked to make sure all was well after we arrived. It was a great stay and we will be back!

Had all the amenities and characteristics you would want with a VRBO to experience a comfortable, relaxing and hassle-free stay. Enjoyed being a bit secluded from the inner-city bustle of Bend, but, never being more than a few minutes from the bustle.

The location is perfect for getting around the City of Bend. The townhome was very clean with nice furnishings and a first rate kitchen. All necessary operating instructions were in a well prepared binder regarding the TV, hot tub, etc. The owner did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire rental process which was greatly appreciated. This property is first rate and we had a wonderful time.

This place was amazing, spotless, spacious, and it was perfect. The owner even had a bottle of Oregon wine waiting for us in the kitchen with snacks. Great location close to everything and very quite and bedroom was dark at night. The owner puts special touches into this place and there is everything you need and beyond. We had an awesome stay

Unit is in really nice condition and in a very quiet and private setting. Beautiful courtyard area with hot tub and grill. Great for hanging out in the evening.
Had some great walks in the community.
Convenient location to the Old Mill area and the rest of Bend.
Would have been nice to be able to eat dinner at the clubhouse or to use the pool.

Place is as advertised and Cliff is a great host. Condo was very clean and near everything we were doing in Bend. Would absolutely recommend this place and hope to be back again soon.

Perfect Family Getaway
Great location and fully stocked condo. Owner has detailed instructions that are very helpful. Comfortable, clean and everything you need. We had no issues connecting to WIFI, using the TV, using the hot tub etc. This is definitely a place we would stay again.

Not only was the property impeccably clean and in a terrific location, it is thoughtfully organized, has new bedding and fluffy white towels folded with care. Every aspect of kitchenware is new(er) and a gift basket w/ coffee pods, granola bars, tea bags, nuts and a nice bottle of wine. It was nice to feel welcomed and to experience a rental whereby the Owners take pride in what they do and were ready for our arrival. This choice is worth the five stars all the way around!

We looked at many options before picking this one and we were not disappointed. The hosts were incredibly gracious and communicated throughout the whole process. The townhouse was even better than what the pictures showed. It was clean and very comfortable. We will look to rent again when returning to Bend.
