In the summer this condo is bike-in/bike-out for some of the greatest lift-accessed mountain biking in the state! Come enjoy the fall colors and the expansive views of the Yampa Valley from the large decks. No matter the season, your lodging will be a highlight at this condo. Pulling up to the base of the mountain, the La Casa condominium is tucked away, yet right near bus stops, shopping and, of course, the base area. The tall, covered parking has plenty of room for your SUV and all your toys that you choose to bring. This lower level unit is only steps away from parking making your arrival and departure a breeze. Immediately upon entering, the large custom kitchen and dining area greet you. With a large island in the kitchen and high-end appliances, this is a great spot to make that quick breakfast before heading out for the day or gather everyone around for a home-cooked meal. A laundry room and a separate room for ski storage are also attached for your convenience! Walking down from the kitchen to the den, you start to notice the clean, modern design. A large flat-screen TV as well as gas fireplace create the perfect den feeling. The LED lights in the ceiling are an awesome touch and are dimmable for the perfect lighting no matter the time of day. Two sets of large screen doors in the den lead to a wrap-around deck, an amenity not found in many (if any!) other condos in Steamboat. Coming up from the den, there are 2 rooms with twin bunk beds and plenty of dresser and storage space as well as a bathroom downstairs. The large rooms upstairs both feature gas fireplaces for those cold nights, and are beautifully furnished with custom furniture, no hotel style beds here! There are full bathrooms in each room as well, both sleek and modern as you have come to expect. A TV and dresser for storage round out the amenities of the bedrooms. Do not forget to catch the sunset from one of the upper decks leading out of the bedrooms, the views of the valley below are phenomenal! If you are looking for a Steamboat vacation to remember, the location, amenities and luxury of this condo will do the trick. The only down-side is having to leave! The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked multiple meals and used the gas grill just across the street twice. Location was very good, just a short walk to and from the slopes. Convenient enough that we went home for lunch several times. We had the early teens and 5 adults and fit well in the property. Thank you so much for the great stay. We went up for a bachelorette party. Not only was the property beautiful and met all of our standards, but it was such a fun small mountain town that has great food and entertainment options. We went to the hot springs, went to a cute bar with a live band, and ate at two great restaurants--8th Street Steakhouse (you cook your own steak) and Mazzola's. We would definitley be back!

Townhouse was very clean and main beds were comfortable. Bunk beds were not as comfortable and are a little small for adults. It was quiet neighborhood and close walking distance to a few restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. The small deck seating was nice.

This delightful, well equipped and stocked condo gave us room to host a dinner for friends as well as relax between wedding events. The condo was completely remodeled with well chosen decor and amenities. My only criticism is that the cabinets were situated for very tall people making it difficult for this short person to reach things.

We had a great stay at this property! It slept everyone very comfortably and was in a great location. We saw a bear and her three cubs right outside the property on our last day. Super cool!

This place was perfect for our girls ski trip. There were six of us and the place was big enough for all our gear. The large ski room was great to store everything. The hot tub is just steps away from the unit and it was about a block walk to the hill. The free shuttle was very convenient. Two things I would recommend, a Teflon plan for cooking egg and a lamp or dimmers in the family room. The lights were way too bright.

The location of this property has an easy access to the gondolas and downtown. Each room was sufficient for our family of 6 1/2!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. The location was a short walk to the gondola and the free shuttle stopped right in front of our door. We loved the three fireplaces and especially the heated floor. We found a great place for breakfast called the Egg that we took the shuttle to every morning. Besides the excellent skiing we also enjoyed going dog sledding. That was something we never thought we would do. We all thoroughly enjoyed Steamboat Springs and would highly recommend this condo.

The unit was as advertised, good value given the short walk to the slopes. Updates throughout the unit. Only suggestion is a better frying pan with a non stick surface, cooking eggs proved to be quite challenging everyday.

We had a great time at this condo. It was right on the mountain which made it easy to access skiing. There is a shuttle that will take you into town and it stops right at the property. Will certainly do again :)

We absolutely loved the house and it was perfect for our group. From the gondola ski run, you almost hit the bottom and then take this little catwalk to your left. You can pop off your skis and it takes less than 2 minutes. Great location and easy accessibility for all ages of the group. The rooms were clean with all amenities mentioned. The hangout downstairs was a great place for us to unwind after a long day of skiing. The only thing I would note is that the unit has two rooms with bunk beds. This ended up working well for our crew but if you have 3 couples it may be tough. The check-in process was seamless and the communication from the staff was effective and quick. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay at this property again! Highly reccomend.

Very nice accommodations but needs some attention

We loved this property and it is in excellent proximity to the ski mountain but there were several things that could have used a little attention for the price we paid to stay there. When we arrived we found an empty water bottle on the dresser in the master bedroom, dirty drink glasses and partially smoked cigars on the patio and someone’s shorts hanging on the back of the bathroom door downstairs (btw, we left them and they were still there when we checked out). The small bedroom on the kitchen level didn’t seem to be heated. There was a portable heater in the room which we used but the room was still cold to sleep in. There were also no instructions on how to adjust the thermostats which may seem self explanatory but turned out to be a little tricky. Besides this we found the batteries dead in the light and fireplace remotes and the lights under the cabinets in the kitchen don’t work so it was a bit dark when using counter space. The kitchen faucet was also broken, as it swiveled to the touch and the handle came off any time it was turned off or on. The living room fireplace is beautiful but has loose stones along the bottom of the fireplace screen and the fireplace screen came tumbling down in the middle of the night after everyone had gone to bed. The check out instructions ask that you throw away all trash but there is no trash dumpster on site to use. There did happen to be some gentlemen on site picking up the trash as we were preparing to leave otherwise we would have had to leave it in the unit. Most of these are minor issues that could be addressed with a simple walk through, some written instructions in the unit and a good cleaning but we definitely found these things to be disappointing considering the price we paid to stay there.

Enjoyed the heated floor, modern design and cleanliness of this condo. The location also can’t be beat. Some features weren’t working, such as the hot water in the downstairs bathroom, but the rental company was very responsive.
