Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this lovely house for R 8,119 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to our Mountain Oasis- Where beautiful views of the Sherwins, Mammoth Rock, the gondola, nature and wildlife abound. A bubbling creek out back can be seen and heard from most rooms. We are surrounded by open space on the most spectacular piece of land in all of Mammoth, step out your back door and take in the sprawling meadow with trails to explore, the beautiful flowing creek with waterfall and the unobstructed panoramic mountain views! Inside, immerse yourself in comfort in our newly remodeled home with all new granite counter tops and appliances, furnishings, linens, dishes, etc. We purchased our Mammoth home after 4 years of searching for the perfect space that literally "had it all!" Our patience paid off and we found this beautiful home. After our new remodel and updates, we were able to start with a blank slate as far as furnishings. You won't find any old castoffs here, everything is modern, new and updated, with comfort and style as the ultimate goal. Our home has three full bedrooms, two with king sized beds and one with a queen. All three bedrooms have 43 inch TV's. The upstairs loft is comfortable for adults or children alike and has two twin beds and a comfy reading chair. We are a family friendly unit and accommodate young children by providing a pack and play and booster seat if needed. We also have a small selection of toys. We offer amazing views, incredible outdoor space, new furnishings inside, comfortable beds, new walk in showers with rain heads as of March 2021 and excellent, personalized customer service. Our family/great room has a newly remodeled wood burning fireplace to keep you cozy on a cold winter night. The family room has a 60 inch smart tv, a large sofa and 2 love seats so everyone has a comfortable spot to enjoy the fire, a good movie, and the beautiful stream, meadow and mountain views that can be enjoyed from every single spot! We love to cook ourselves so we are pretty confident that we have stocked our kitchen with everything you will need to make a family meal for your group, and then comfortably enjoy it at our 7 foot long log table with 7 foot bench, plenty of space for everyone! We love the Snowcreek area for it's peaceful, open, and spacious family friendly environment with tons of outdoor room for kids and kids at heart to play year round, and for it's ease of getting to the mountain - less than 3 minute drive to Eagle lodge and 10 minutes to Canyon, or take the super easy shuttle that is at the snowcreek entrance. The shuttle is about a 5 minute walk from our front door. There is also a large spa onsite- an easy few minute walk from our home, for relaxing after a long day enjoying the outdoors. (Spa Hours are Noon- 9pm daily.) In the winter you can find the ultimate cross country skiing and snow shoeing right out back and sledding is right out front! We are a few minutes drive from both town and the village and gondola, or take the free shuttle! In the summer take an easy walk to the Snowcreek athletic club, the Mammoth Creek park, or even walk to town for bowling and theaters. While there is not fishing allowed on the creek directly outside our back door, but there is great fishing if you cross the little foot bridge in our back yard out into the meadow and fish on the larger fork of our creek. It's about 100 ft away and takes less than a minute to get to! Please note that this is not a party house, nor is it suitable for group events. This is a place for peaceful, memorable, family friendly fun and relaxation. Please no pets or smoking of any kind in or around the unit, and our maximum occupancy is 8 persons. Our property manager, who lives in the complex, helps to ensure the house policies are followed and to ensure your stay goes smoothly, we want you to have a wonderful vacation at our home. We are sorry but we do not allow charging of Electric Vehicles at our home Our unit is a tri-level townhome with a walk up entrance and easy parking. Once inside there are 2 steps down to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a normal flight up to the main living area consisting of great room, kitchen, dining room and breakfast bar. The sleeping loft with 2 twin beds is the entire third floor and looks down to the 2nd floor below. Please note that our home has a Ring security camera/smart doorbell located outside at the front door entrance with a view outside only of the front porch area and walkway. This is one of the nicest properties we've stayed at in Mammoth. The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and dinners, it has a beautiful view, and we felt very welcome.
We were two families with kids and we all had plenty of space. Checking in and out was easy, and the place was clean and nice. The host was super friendly and communicative. Overall, we loved our stay!

This is our second stay at this property and we had a wonderful time. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked as are the linens and wood for the fireplace.
We love the location and took advantage of the shuttle (parking closer to the pick up so we didn’t have to schlep their skis). The kids spent hours playing in the snow behind the condo.
Also, the owner, Melissa is wonderful. Great communication and very friendly.we will definitely stay again and are considering a summer visit!

We had a family of 8 stay here for a weekend getaway in early December. It really had everything we needed; ample parking, easy access to amenities like grocery, restaurants, etc., and right next to the creek! The drive to the mountain was less than 10 mins. With the kids beds in the loft, there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely love to come back.

I can only say good things about our stay. Melissa was patient and quick answering my questions. The house is very clean with well done renovations. The kitchen (which was important for our group) is stocked with all the essentials. We were also nice and warm at night. There is a thermostat in each room which was great.
Above everything, Melissa's home is just that, a home.
It's enjoyable to sit in the living room or around the dining table and visit with your friends and family.
We are so glad Melissa shared her home with us, and we will be returning on our next trip to Mammoth Lakes.

This condo is in a great location for summer activities. The back of the home has a beautiful stream and walking path to a small lake. I fished there and caught a trout within a few minutes…and I suck at fishing😂 the condo itself is clean and suitable for 8. It was just me and my wife so we didn’t need the top floor which has two twin beds. Each room has a large smart tv. For those of you that sign into your personal steaming accounts, you may want to remind yourself to log out upon leaving. FYI every TV in the condo had someone’s account still logged in. There was some roofing work being performed down the street but at the time we were there, it was far enough away not to disturb the tranquility of the home’s location. I treat these rentals the way I would want someone to treat our own home. The reason I say this is because the BBQ was new and needed a good cleaning. (This isn’t something the routine cleaning crew normally do as we have a rental in Palm Desert. ). Just be considerate as the owners guest. Just sayin it would be more enjoyable for everyone else. Other than that, the home was very clean and we’d consider renting again but for more time.

It was a beautiful location! The property was very clean. The property is made backwards. Can not access the back area without going through someone’s room! The upstairs has no bathroom and your constantly going up and down stairs!!

Such a cozy winter cabin that is located close to town. Having the fireplace going while watching the snow fall was the best. Stocked with all the items we needed and home was clean/tidy. The snow removal team also did a great job keeping things accessible during the snow storm, which was so helpful. The spa/sauna was also a nice touch after a long day of snowboarding.

We visited in the fall. This location is adjacent to the snowcreek meadow and there is a creek steps from the property. You can hear the water from the balconies. The property is well appointed. The owners use the property so its comfortable and has what you need for your stay, well stocked kitchen, proper linens, heating, fans, lighting, good furniture, etc. We stayed as a family, there are toys and games. Its quite yet everything is close. I would stay here again.

Clean and cozy, so pleasant to stay here. A great location and the grounds were beautiful. We even saw deer on the lawns! We loved the stream running along the property. The bubbling sound was so restful. A real treasure!

The stay was great. My advise is to make sure you turn up the heat as soon as you arrive in the winter. It took about 24+ hours to heat to 70 degrees. My only complaint is that the dryer did not work.

We had a great time at this home & the location was perfect for skiing at mammoth mountain! We had a few issues which we felt were important to pass along to future VRBO users. One was the internet being very intermittent & the other was the dryer not working very well. We did reached out to the owner who was responsive but unable to fix these issues for the duration of our stay. This became a big deal since we had pulled our children out of school for the week & needed good internet to do there homework. Unfortunately the dryer had to run constantly to dry clothes & with kids/snow gear that’s a problem. Just something to ask the owner about if you plan on selecting this home for your upcoming trip. Besides that EVERYTHING else was absolutely amazing & would recommend!
